We are seeking an enthusiastic Field Marketing Representative to be the face of our company at the various accounts in their assigned territories. They will assist both the marketing and sales team with ensuring that our product is fully stocked with ideal presentation, while building a relationship with the budtenders. Duties/Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the brand appearance and building budtender relationships at accounts within assigned territory
- Work in tandem with the sales team, which includes weekly meetings to discuss accounts to target and any goals or objectives
- Activate marketing programming at the store level
- Coordinate any market research objectives, data collection, or misc. assignments as provided by the Field Marketing Manager
- Must stay up to date on product knowledge, including being able to host any budtender trainings as needed
- Host in-store demos
- Assist the marketing team and sales team by attending events, partnerships and promotional opportunities
- Work with Field Marketing Manager or marketing team for any display or merchandising needs
- Responsible for any food or merch drops at accounts for budtenders

- Represent all KIVA product lines across the entire portfolio
- Conduct in–store demos, as assigned by your regional Market Manager and partnered distribution partner’s sales team

- Communicate facts regarding proper dosing, nutrition and key functions and benefits of cannabis, as well as how it relates to the Kiva products
- Provide samples and gift branded swag to interested patients
- Track all activity and consumer insights/feedback through digital recaps
- Be the eyes and ears of KIVA from the field, reporting observations regarding retail accounts as well as competitor activity

What we're looking for...
- Must have 2 years of relevant experience in events, promotions, media or consumer products marketing
- Must have minimum of 2 years work experience in a customer service setting

Job Summary*
As a Field Marketing Representative (FMR) you will be the face of the brand at various events in the field and in store with key retail partners. You will build relationships with key strategic partners, provide sampling and product demonstrations to consumers and engage budtenders (BT) by way of education and sampling on KIVA products. In this role, you will largely be responsible for encouraging growth of brand awareness and trial. FMRs will report to their local territory Market Manager.

As Kiva's Field Marketing Representative, you will...
- Represent all KIVA product lines across the entire portfolio
- Conduct in–store demos, as assigned by your regional Market Manager and partnered distribution partner’s sales team
- Create a unique patient experience within a modular footprint to increase brand awareness and build customer loyalty
- Communicate facts regarding proper dosing, nutrition and key functions and benefits of cannabis, as well as how it relates to the Kiva products
- Provide samples and gift branded swag to interested patients
- Track all activity and consumer insights/feedback through digital recaps
- Be the eyes and ears of KIVA from the field, reporting observations regarding retail accounts as well as competitor activity
- Communicate success stories, key learnings, and other activities to your manager

What we're looking for...
- Must have 2 years of relevant experience in events, promotions, media or consumer products marketing
- Must have minimum of 2 years work experience in a customer service setting
- Must be 21+ years of age
- The ability to positively engage the public, representing the brand in a highly positive manner
- An understanding of both marketing & sales fundamentals
- Sales experience and/or knowledge of the cannabis industry or CPG industry
- A deep-rooted understanding of the relevant market and surrounding area
- Mastered the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Access to a computer for reporting sampling results and are well versed in Google systems
- Access to a personal smartphone for schedule updates, photo capturing, and emails
Work Environment
Ability to travel independently throughout your territory/state for demonstrations and other events is required
Ability to lift heavy items including tents, tables, and boxes up to 50 pounds.
Ability to be in contact with and handle food products

We are seeking an enthusiastic Field Marketing Representative to be the face of our company at the various accounts in their assigned territories. They will assist both the marketing and sales team with ensuring that our product is fully stocked with ideal presentation, while building a relationship with the budtenders. - Activate marketing programming at the store level
- Coordinate any market research objectives, data collection, or misc. assignments as provided by the Field Marketing Manager
- Must stay up to date on product knowledge, including being able to host any budtender trainings as needed
- Host in-store demos
- Assist the marketing team and sales team by attending events, partnerships and promotional opportunities
- Work with Field Marketing Manager or marketing team for any display or merchandising needs
- Responsible for any food or merch drops at accounts for budtenders
- Report and log all feedback and daily tasks into company CRM

- Must be old enough to work in CA cannabis - CA residency with valid CA ID is required
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation is required

Job Summary
As a Field Marketing Representative (FMR) you will be the face of the brand at various events in the field and in store with key retail partners. You will build relationships with key strategic partners, provide sampling and product demonstrations to consumers and engage budtenders (BT) by way of education and sampling on KIVA products. As Kiva's Field Marketing Representative
- Represent all KIVA product lines across the entire portfolio
- Conduct in–store demos, as assigned by your regional Market Manager and partnered distribution partner’s sales team
- Create a unique patient experience within a modular footprint to increase brand awareness and build customer loyalty
