Job Summary
We are looking for someone motivated, hard-working, and detail oriented to collect data on all QA/QC parameters for our products. The main responsibility of this position is to constantly evaluate products at each stage of our processes. It is critical to identify, study, and help resolve any deviations from our quality standards. This position will also collect, organize, and share data to inform the resolution of specific issues.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and collect QA/QC data on all aspects of production
Monitor the climate (temperature and humidity) in the cure room, walk-in, and on the processing floor and notify SSD leadership of any significant deviations
Help production determine next steps for products based on QC measurements
Help identify the cause of deviations from our quality standards
Assist in determining solutions to prevent continued issues.
Help train new QA/QC hires when/if applicable
Assist SSD or Production whenever and wherever necessary

Communicate to your team lead when your demos are scheduled, and what you are learning from each one RE customer feedback or promotional tactics.
Calendarize all your demos on the team demo calendar, and report back to the sales rep in your territory how things are going.

The Metrc Coordinator is responsible for managing the integrity and accuracy of data within (the Cannabis seed to sale software) Metrc. - Maintaining Metrc records and ensuring that all finished goods inventory is properly recorded
- Entering all data entry within Metrc system for the direct to dispensary business
- Ensuring the accuracy of all data entries to the system and reconciling any outstanding transfers within defined timeframes
- Ensuring the consistent inventory of physical Metrc tags

This open position is for Part Time or Full Time employees to be apart of the team. Excellent option if you are in school or have other part time commitments. Full Time is more than welcome!
- Must have valid drivers license and insurance policy
- Clean record with minimal record points that would deny coverage
- Must be able to use own vehicle/phone in limited situations
- Ability to deliver 20+ orders per half shift without fatigue
- Efficiently pack orders following protocol
- Maintain 3+ orders per hour without falling behind in ETA
- 4-8 hour shifts are required
- Must be able to use technology with no issues
- Manage cash drops per delivery through point of sale
- Ensure greatest customer satisfaction possible each visit and keep reliable communication
- Must keep company issued vehicle and phone in perfect condition
- Time management is required!!
