Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Visit all stores in your region on a regular cycle prioritizing top grossing doors with higher footfall and sales
- Work in partnership with the sales department to develop programs and promotions that increase share of wallet with key channel partners
- Schedule regular training sessions virtually and in store on brand and product knowledge, specifically focusing on customer concerns to drive sales
- Oversee the execution of weekly on-premise and off-premise live activation events
- Provide relevant teams with retailer and consumer feedback and insights to influence campaigns
- Execute retail merchandising of accounts – setting up product displays, branded merchandise, and other collateral. Ensure all visuals and copy is on-brand and displayed according to brand standards
- Optimize in-store presence at retailers by being an advocate for our brand for prime shelf space
- Transport all necessary materials to and from pop-ups, dispensary events on an as needed basis, which includes a table and branded swag items
- Drive support for new product launches through the planning process and articulate important information from the teams to develop activation plans and point of sale materials
- Collaborate and lead post event analysis to optimize future programming, maximize ROI, and determine methods to drive maximum growth
- Always represent the brand to the highest standard through both written and verbal communication
- Ensuring a high standard of personal hygiene is maintained; grooming guidelines followed and emphasis is placed on cleanliness as in close contact with consumers

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree strongly desired, as well as knowledge of sales and marketing principles
- Strong understanding of cannabis products, customer base, and markets
- Ability to work cross-functionally, independently, and in a highly organized manner
- Ability to listen well and communicate effectively, orally and in writing with various audiences
- Proficiency with GSuite, Microsoft Office Suite, Word, and Excel with a strong attention to detail
- Must have occasional weekend and evening availability
- Travel throughout the market is required, must have a reliable source of transportation, valid driver's license with acceptable driving history

Summary
The Payroll Manager maintains and overseas all aspects of payroll and other reporting requirements. Submits and prepares all payrolls. As wells as maintains all reporting and state requirements.
Key Responsibilities
The Payroll Manager is responsible for processing payroll. Fostering effective work relationships with fellow employees and external outside vendors (such as Paychex), and state agencies. Assist with payroll and expense payment disbursements. Must have discretion in handling employee’s sensitive confidential information. Duties include but not limited to:
- Processes and submits payroll
- Prepares terminations, manual checks, and retro pay

The IPM Scout will be responsible for ensuring the proper care and operations of the daily IPM tasks in the Greenhouses. Identify and report all incidents regarding Pest activity to the Head Growers. The Machine Operator is responsible for overall safe operation of assigned automated machinery. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient line operation and is vital in achieving the goals and daily KPIs as set by the Company. The operator must achieve target machine efficiency standards, quality standards and waste goals. - Understand and enforce Company Good Manufacturing Standards (GMP) standards
- Adhere to all quality standards for each SKU in production
- Work with QA team to ensure compliant packaging and labelling as required by Company and government regulations
- Develop and enforce a daily pre-production verification of packaging and all input materials

- Track inventory of production batches of flower to be used for production
- Conduct cycle counts of all packaging and consumables

The Field Marketing Representative will be responsible for responding to and executing requests/tasks from the Marketing team. They will help the Trade Marketing Manager implement and execute all current and future processes this team may install in order to ensure it operates as efficiently and effectively as possible. Full Job Description
The Field Marketing Representative will be responsible for responding to and executing requests/tasks from the Marketing team. They will help the Trade Marketing Manager implement and execute all current and future processes this team may install in order to ensure it operates as efficiently and effectively as possible. As a team member on the front line of Lowell’s Sales and Marketing teams, you will be responsible for building and strengthening our brand partnerships at dispensaries in your territory by way of education/sampling on Lowell and other portfolio products as well as supporting the Marketing team. You will also respond to and execute any other reasonable requests from the Trade Marketing Manager and Director, the Sales Directors, Brand Managers, Marketing Directors, or VP of Sales or Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Successfully represent the Lowell brand standard in the field
- Coordinate budtender training and knowledge testing (schedule, organize, execute)
- Gauge store traffic and accurately log feedback on Lowell and the portfolio brands
- Work closely with the sales reps in your assigned territory to coordinate consumer sales initiatives, special events, incentive programs, etc. (schedule, organize, execute)
- Assist the Trade Marketing team and the Sales team in executing all specific brand initiatives including, but not limited to, budtender/Lowell incentive programs
- Attend meetings in person or conference calls and events when required
- In store relationship building through swag giveaways and other unique offerings
- Attend local events on behalf of the brand
- Perform in-person retail merchandising audits
- Act as a liaison with the Trade Marketing team to address immediate merchandising needs
- Utilize point-of-purchase materials to create marketplace excitement and stimulate sales
- Support in logistical planning and coordination of statewide field marketing campaigns
- Ensure compliance with marketing programs
- Use all required virtual communications, mobile CRM applications (i.e. Repsly, Google Suite, Slack) as directed by the Trade Marketing Manager and Director as well as the Sales Directors and VP of Sales
- Respond to the requests and needs of the Marketing and Sales departments in a timely manner
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 1-2 years experience in cannabis industry
- Enjoy managing own priorities and work well with different people and styles in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage time and prioritize workflow, which will differ from day to day
- Ability to track and analyze data to ensure targets of can sampling are achieved
- Basic knowledge of Google Suite, CRM use, MS Office Suite (excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to listen well and communicate effectively, orally and in writing with various audiences
- Flexibility to travel independently (sometimes overnight) for demonstrations and other events
- Ability to lift heavy items including tents, tables, and boxes up to 50 pounds
- At least 21 years of age

Maintains inventory and tracking system. Tracks inventory and processing while the following company, and state regulations.
· Learn and master ERP inventory system (EXACT MAX) while complying with company and state regulations
· Perform daily activities and responsibilities required for inventory data
· Must be able to maintain Tracking and Tracing always
· Prepare, calculate, and coordinate shipping information between Distribution, Accounting and other operational directors
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Inventory Tracking
· Tag Creation
· Data entry
· Information reporting
· Prepare, calculate, and coordinate shipping and inventory information between Distribution and Accounting for operational functionality
· Track and analyze inventory returns and adjustments
· When applicable, record and report necessary data to state-required monitoring systems
· Be fluent in product identification, while being the point of contact for inventory on hand
· Dynamic problem solving for inventory issues related to variating growing conditions
· Abide by all Company operating policies
OTHER RESPONSIBILITES:
· Real-time inventory upkeep, and management.
· Spreadsheet creation, and other types of organizational data reporting
· Long term data tracking
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
· At least 2 Years of product inventory experience.
· Proficient Basic Math skills
· Computer Literate
· Must be able to maintain Tracking and Tracing at all times
· Can follow quick and effective decisions on Tracking and tracking protocol
· High School Diploma
