? Operate and maintain manufacturing and packaging equipment
? Ensure that all products are manufactured and packaged in compliance with state and federal regulations
? Conduct regular quality control checks on products to ensure consistency and safety
? Maintain accurate and detailed records of production and packaging processes
? Collaborate with other team members to improve production processes and efficiency
? Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and facilities
? Understand and comply with procedures, methodologies, and compliance steps for tracking hemp-cannabis products from seed to sale.
? Accurately calibrate scales and balances to ensure proper measurement of hemp-cannabis products.
? Ensure personal hygiene is acceptable before performing any production activities by washing hands, wearing a hair net and other personal protective equipment, etc.
? Sanitize all production equipment and tools including workspace, utensils, containers, cookware, and machinery.
? Assist with the creation of batch production records and labels in accordance with state regulations.

Under the direct supervision of the RPM Manager, this position provides administrative and clerical support for the RPM Leadership team. Assistant Manager, Manufacturing oversees our manufacturing processes. Minimum Education:

- A history of process data collection is necessary (OEE/time studies etc.)
