Job Description: The production assistant works in the production, fulfillment and packaging of legal medical cannabis and CBD products to patients, consumers and medical providers from our production facility and retail location in Brunswick, Maine consistent with applicable state and local laws and regulations. All employees are expected to wear many hats and pitch in as needed, so you can expect to be hands on with extraction, manufacturing, packaging, fulfillment and keeping the facility clean.
Experience with medical cannabis is preferred, but not required.
In this role, the candidate should expect to:
- Must have 1-3 years experience in any of the following regulated industries such as cannabis, pharmaceutical, supplement, nutraceutical and/or food production industries
- Work safely in a chemical process and commercial kitchen environment.
- Manufacture, fill and package various Hemp and THC based products.
- Use of proper PPE while operating the process.
- Processing plant feedstock through extraction and filtration process.
- Clean equipment and facility according to SOPs
- Collection of samples for quality control
- Maintain good record keeping and ability to follow and perform batch record operations.
- Follow and support the ongoing development of SOPs
- Running analytical samples with company SOP and training
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
Qualifications*
- Experience working in manufacturing, processing and production facilities and following OSHA and lab safety procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Capable of independent work and willing to take initiative
- Confidence in troubleshooting and problem solving
- Eager to work collaboratively in a team and to both give and receive feedback to support professional development for self and others
- Responsible and reliable, capable of maturity in handling confidential information
- Must be legally eligible for work in Maine and be over 21 years old.

Job Description: The Manager assists in the production, fulfillment and legal sale of medical cannabis and CBD products to patients, consumers and medical providers from our production facility and retail location in Brunswick, Maine consistent with applicable state and local laws and regulations. All employees are expected to wear many hats and pitch in as needed, so you can expect to be hands on with packaging, fulfillment, logistics, sales, customer service etc. Experience with medical cannabis is preferred, but not required.
In this role, the candidate should expect to:
- Must have 2-3 years experience in any of the following regulated industries such as cannabis, pharmaceutical, supplement, nutraceutical and/or food production industries.
- Ability to create, implement, revise and improve SOPs to ensure compliance with the various safety and quality standards.
- Experience in bottling, labeling, packaging, fulfillment, logistics, inventory management, cost tracking with e-commerce or direct to consumer company.
- Have strong management skills and comfortable with supporting online direct to consumer and wholesale sales accounts from sales, orders, fulfillment and followup.
- Experience using online e-commerce platforms, shipping and customer support software. Experience working with shipping companies UPS, USPS, Fedex. Managing inventory and cost optimization of goods, packaging, fulfillment and employee labor
- Hands on ability to perform work and manage other employees
