Position Summary
We are hiring for multiple product lines for both AM and PM shifts. Open availability is preferred.
Ideal candidates will have previous experience in the following industries: manufacturing, food production, pharmaceutical production, kitchen line cook, bakery kitchen or laboratory environments.

Manufacturing employees must be able to:

- Must be willing and able to conform to cleanroom practices with regard to apparel and personal hygiene. Lab coats, hair nets, closed toed shoes required and frequent hand washing required. No dangling jewelry or strong perfumes may be worn. Nail polish will require gloves.

Job Responsibilities:
- Follow daily instructions from supervisors to meet production deadlines.
- Set-up and safely operate various pieces of equipment including but not limited to: packaging and manufacturing equipment, mixers, blenders, ovens, and dishwashers.
- Work with speed, accuracy and efficiency to meet production goals at your assigned station.
- Follow company good manufacturing and safety policies exactly.
- Perform precise weighing, scaling and measuring of products and ingredients.
- Load and unload items from machines, carts and dollies.
- Maintain a clean and organized facility by completing daily tasks including but not limited to: washing dishes, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms, deep cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces and equipment.

- Sell.
Master our product information and company history to tell a story and shape the narrative. Understand the needs of each account and stakeholder in order to upsell value in the form of our products. Learn and counter objections in a way that leaves both sides feeling satisfied. Upsell and close, every-time with consistency.
- Master Relationships.
Establish relationships with everyone inside of your shops. Be in constant communication with your buyers & general managers. Build trust and rapport in a way that leaves your accounts looking forward to hearing from you to learn what’s new and coming next. Stand out as the subject matter expert who goes out of their way to create special moments.
- Fight for your Accounts.
Ensure nothing less than success in each of your dispensaries. Establish fluid lines of communication to see how product sales are performing. Execute constant follow up with each of your accounts - with latest menu changes, understand how product is selling, learn where we could be adding value on marketing, or to collect a re-order. When we make a mistake on our side, you dive with urgency to resolve the problem.
- Know your Numbers.
Be on top of our prices, how fast SKUs sell, how each account is marketing our product, and the overall performance of each account. You will leverage data to drive actionable results to drive performance for each of your accounts.
- Create Knowledgeable Staff.
Educate new and existing staff about our brand, our product, and what makes us the best in the state. Ensure budtenders are properly laced with product and armed with knowledge such that they can pass this on to customers & create new brand loyalists.
Requirements
- Valid California drivers license and a reliable personal vehicle for use for everyday job functions. Must be willing to travel up to 70% of the time. This position requires regular in person visits to accounts.
- 3+ years of sales experience in a rapid growing sales environment with a proven track record of exceeding performance targets
- Are willing to learn everything there is to know about cannabis - from the grow process, to regulations, to trends in the space, to what makes each strain unique. We’re looking for proactive individuals who are willing to talk the talk, roll up their sleeves, and dig into learning the space.

ROLE:
Our Drivers are responsible for delivering products safely, accurately and efficiently to our retail partners throughout California on short and long haul routes. Drivers also serve as Brand Ambassadors, sharing basic product education, demonstrating product display setup and adhering to regulatory requirements.
STRONG FACE TO FACE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS REQUIRED.
Responsibilities:
- Receive routes and verify wholesale orders for your route
- Drive and deliver wholesale orders to retailers throughout California.
- Advise Fulfillment Team on potential strategies to improve route completion % and road time efficiency

Role
We are seeking a self driven individual to be a public face of our brands and forge lasting bonds with retail dispensary accounts throughout Northern California with a focus on San Jose, San Francisco, East Bay and other surrounding areas.
This person will identify opportunities, open new accounts and grow existing ones. This is not a desk job. Success requires boots-on-the-ground grit and digital customer service chops.
Responsibilities
- Expand territories by opening new retail accounts
- Identify buying patterns across your territory and build growth with existing accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with account contacts
- Manage accounts and orders through a proprietary CRM system
- Regularly communicate with multiple department heads across the company to ensure seamless execution in delivering your accounts what they need.
- Provide gold standard customer service at all times.
- Provide insight and intelligence on market trends and opportunities to the department.
- Travel up to 80% of the time. Routine in-person visits to partnered dispensaries are a must.

Position Summary
We are seeking a creative, resourceful and tactical E-Commerce Manager to join our Los Angeles based team.
This position will execute on the ground level while leading conceptually to develop strategies, implement initiatives, and oversee marketing expansion efforts for all BREEZ brands. Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to take a leadership role in the future of Breez, one of the top-selling cannabis brands in California. We are rapidly expanding our brand portfolio, bringing new brands to market, and continually reimagining what’s possible with Breez.
This is not an entry-level opportunity. You’ll be developing, implementing, assessing and iterating 360-degree strategies for our brands, first in California and then beyond. You’ll be doing this in a market that’s heavily restricted by regulations, COVID, and various other forms of volatility, but you have the track record to prove you’re able to pull off creative growth with a great team in a challenging environment.
You will work in direct collaboration with the executive team to analyze market data, craft a game plan and execute in the following areas:
- Product Design
- Brand Development
- In-Store Campaigns and Displays
- Print collateral
- Social Media/Digital/Email Campaigns
- Events
- PR
This is sleeves-up, boots-on creative work. We’re a high-performance team that has rapidly graduated from startup mode to one of California’s top 10 cannabis brands, and we’re positioned to grow exponentially. You, like us, are a guerrilla tactician who can maximize impact with any scale of resources. You’re a polymath fluent in cutting-edge social media strategy, and also able to work with industrial designers to make a killer retail display. Hungry for data and hawk-eyed on results, you analyze the impact of our efforts in order to improve for the next round. You’re curious and thrilled to participate in an emerging industry. No prior cannabis experience necessary, but the more you know about the industry on the ground, the better.
You should be based in or near Los Angeles. Work is currently mostly remote, but in person meetings and creative sessions are the best way to get into the action. We intend to build the brand team in-office as soon as is practical.
