Objective:
- Ensure the safety of both Etain LLC personnel and property both during the course of the work day and while on delivery and pick-up runs.
- Ensure that all employees are operating in compliance with Etain LLC policy and Department of Health Regulations.
- Security Team Members interact and work with members of multiple departments and a high level of professionalism is required at all times.
- Ensure the facility is clean by assisting in janitorial work such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuuming.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Secure Etain, LLC facilities against both internal and external diversion through the use of provided security equipment and direct observation.
- Maintain a professional demeanor during all employee, manager, and patient interactions.
- Package lots for shipment, ensuring the accuracy and quality of each batch
- Deliver Etain, LLC product to dispensing locations, ensuring the accuracy of the transfer manifest and maintaining a clear chain of custody record.
- Transport funds from dispensing locations to banks, ensuring that the quantity transported matches accounting records.
- Ensure that the manufacturing facility is maintained in a sanitary and operational condition by sanitizing surfaces, removing waste, and maintaining equipment.
- Maintain detailed daily logs of visitors, maintenance, petty cash use, waste disposal, and employee time sheets
- Use Etain, LLC provided software to track inventory for transport and for stock verification
- Identify security threats to the correct authority
- Participate in inventory audits at all five Etain, LLC Locations
- Perform all duties and responsibilities in a safe and compliant manner, utilizing proper personal protective equipment and methodology
- Thorough weekly cleaning of the facility (lab, rest rooms, cultivation, common areas).
- Empty and dispose of root balls at the end of harvest
- Assist members of other departments with tasks as needed, including tasks related to harvest, packaging, and processing of medical marijuana.
Competencies:

Work Environment:

Farm Laborer's will engage in all cultivation tasks from daily watering through to post harvest processing. They will also participate in quality control tasks such as auditing and Good Agricultural Practice logs. All team members must maintain a clean environment suitable for the production of medical products, and work cohesively as part of a team to achieve department objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Farm Laborer tasks include, but are not limited to the following list. You may be asked to perform any or all of these tasks on a given day while maintaining compliance with the relevant regulations and Good Agricultural Practices.
- Utilize irrigation equipment and hand watering methods to apply solutions formulated with the correct nutrients and pH.
- Prepare grow media using specialized machinery, and prepare pots for transplanting.
- Maintain plants through pruning, trellising, and defoliating.
- Move plants to selected areas while maintaining BioTrack records accurately.
- Participate in harvest activities including defoliation, trimming, bud removal, drying, grinding, packaging, cleaning, and waste removal.
- Dispose of waste in accordance with the New York State Regulations, and Good Agricultural Practices.
- Follow the Etain LLC guidelines for sanitary practices regarding hand washing, and the use of PPE such as protective lenses, suits, gloves, shoe covers, scrubs, and work shoes, and face masks.
- Participate in cleaning all cultivation areas, including within greenhouses, hallways, and drying rooms.
- Participate in training sessions designed to either improve your skills or your understanding of Etain LLC and the New York State Regulations.

Importantly, all members of the cultivation staff must wear PPE including Tyvek suits, scrubs, boot covers, protective eyewear, hair and beard nets, gloves, and face masks.

Objective:
The Facilities Technician is a highly versatile individual who assists in many areas of the business. While their primary responsibility is ensuring the operations and maintenance of company manufacturing equipment and the cleanliness of the manufacturing facility, they will also assist with deliveries, harvests and packaging. We are looking for someone with great communication, organization and mechanical skills to lead this role. You will be expected to work in a variety of settings including outdoors, in delivery vehicles and in sterile labs and greenhouses. This position occasionally will require long hours on the road, traveling between Etain LLC locations for deliveries and pickups. Driving proficiency is required. The Facilities Technician is required to be on call during some nights, holidays, and weekends to provide assistance for alarms in Automated Logic, Link 4 or maintenance repairs. This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Objective:
The Inventory Specialist will manage all aspects of inventory at Etain LLC’s manufacturing facility in Chestertown, NY. This includes maintaining an inventory log for finished product, predict and prepare for production supplies, and consumables. This position also includes responsibilities such as QA/QC, maintaining printers for barcodes and labeling, procurement, managing vendors, and implementing automation where possible. The Inventory Specialist must ensure that all Etain team members have access to the right supplies when and where needed and must make purchases and plans made on production projections and schedules.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Inventory Specialist tasks include but are not limited to the following list. You may be asked to perform any or all of these tasks on a given day while maintaining compliance with the New York State Regulations, Etain LLC Standards and Good Manufacturing Practices. Etain LLC strives to create a teamwork-oriented environment and all employees are expected to help in other departments if they have down time.
Maintain inventory logs for final product, works in progress, returned items, consumables, excipients, and all other materials required by the manufacturing facility.
Implement and maintain automation for inventory tracking where possible and train others on the use of new systems
Inspect deliveries for defects, approve receipt, and track incoming inventory
Perform and assist in quality control checks of final products and work collaboratively with members of other departments to perform standard inventory audits and checks of medicated materials and products
Destroy waste products such as returned inventory, or byproducts of manufacturing and cultivation in compliance with Etain Health and New York State Department of Health procedures and regulations
Maintain detailed daily logs of activities, yields, quality control assessments, standard maintenance, both on paper and through the company tracking software.
Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles. Check inventory quantity on both inbound and outbound shipments against shipping manifests and operate a forklift to receive deliveries (Training available on site at Etain)
Perform Quality Control and Quality Assurance checks on all lots and sublots produced within the manufacturing center and on inventory purchased from other suppliers.
Maintain a vendor list and good vendor relationships

Objective:
The Facilities Technician is a highly versatile individual who assists in many areas of the business. While their primary responsibility is ensuring the operations and maintenance of company manufacturing equipment and the cleanliness of the manufacturing facility, they will also assist with deliveries, harvests and packaging. We are looking for someone with great communication, organization and mechanical skills to lead this role. You will be expected to work in a variety of settings including outdoors, in delivery vehicles and in sterile labs and greenhouses. This position occasionally will require long hours on the road, traveling between Etain LLC locations for deliveries and pickups. Driving proficiency is required. The Facilities Technician is required to be on call during some nights, holidays, and weekends to provide assistance for alarms in Automated Logic, Link 4 or maintenance repairs. This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Objective:
Cultivation Assistants will engage in all cultivation tasks from daily watering through to post harvest processing. They will also participate in quality control tasks such as auditing and Good Agricultural Practice logs. All team members must maintain a clean environment suitable for the production of medical products, and work cohesively as part of a team to achieve department objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Cultivation Assistant tasks include, but are not limited to the following list. You may be asked to perform any or all of these tasks on a given day while maintaining compliance with the relevant regulations and Good Agricultural Practices.
- Utilize irrigation equipment and hand watering methods to apply solutions formulated with the correct nutrients and pH.
- Prepare grow media using specialized machinery, and prepare pots for transplanting.
- Maintain plants through pruning, trellising, and defoliating.
- Move plants to selected areas while maintaining BioTrack records accurately.
- Participate in harvest activities including defoliation, trimming, bud removal, drying, grinding, packaging, cleaning, and waste removal.
- Dispose of waste in accordance with the New York State Regulations, and Good Agricultural Practices.
- Follow the Etain LLC guidelines for sanitary practices regarding hand washing, and the use of PPE such as protective lenses, suits, gloves, shoe covers, scrubs, and work shoes, and face masks.
- Participate in cleaning all cultivation areas, including within greenhouses, hallways, and drying rooms.
- Participate in training sessions designed to either improve your skills or your understanding of Etain LLC and the New York State Regulations.
- Work cohesively with team members to achieve department objectives.
Competencies:
- Ability to perform repetitive actions with a high level of accuracy over time
- Ability to use a computer and to learn new programs for accurate record keeping
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for 8 hours
- Manual dexterity at a level sufficient to operate small tools such as scissors or drills and to tie knots in repetition.
Work Environment:
This is a manual labor position which requires heavy lifting and which involves repetitive tasks. This position operates within greenhouses which can reach elevated temperatures. All Cultivation Assistants must be able to remain within greenhouses during work hours over an eight-hour day. Importantly, all members of the cultivation staff must wear PPE including Tyvek suits, scrubs, boot covers, protective eyewear, hair and beard nets, gloves, and face masks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 2 years' experience in agricultural or factory settings
- Equivalent level of education, training, and experience

- Operate all equipment for manufacturing and packaging in a safe and compliant manner, as prescribed by management.
- Produce all manner of Etain LLC products, and apply the correct labels and child resistant packaging to each device.
- Maintain an efficiency level to meet the needs of all product orders.
- Participate in Quality Control and Quality Assurance checks on lots produced within the manufacturing department.
- Perform all duties and responsibilities in a safe and compliant manner, utilizing proper personal protective equipment and methodology.
- Use all sanitary gear and maintain the elevated level of personal hygiene necessary for the sterile manufacturing of medical products.

Work Environment:

Objective:
- Ensure the safety of both Etain LLC personnel and property both during the course of the work day and while on delivery and pick-up runs.
- Ensure that all employees are operating in compliance with Etain LLC policy and Department of Health Regulations.
- Security Team Members interact and work with members of multiple departments and a high level of professionalism is required at all times.
- Ensure the facility is clean by assisting in janitorial work such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuuming.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Tasks include but are not limited to the following list. You may be asked to perform any or all of these tasks on a given day while maintaining compliance with the New York State Regulations, Etain, LLC Standards and Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Secure Etain, LLC facilities against both internal and external diversion through the use of provided security equipment and direct observation.
- Maintain a professional demeanor during all employee, manager, and patient interactions.
- Package lots for shipment, ensuring the accuracy and quality of each batch
- Deliver Etain, LLC product to dispensing locations, ensuring the accuracy of the transfer manifest and maintaining a clear chain of custody record.
- Transport funds from dispensing locations to banks, ensuring that the quantity transported matches accounting records.
- Ensure that the manufacturing facility is maintained in a sanitary and operational condition by sanitizing surfaces, removing waste, and maintaining equipment.
- Maintain detailed daily logs of visitors, maintenance, petty cash use, waste disposal, and employee time sheets
- Use Etain, LLC provided software to track inventory for transport and for stock verification
- Identify security threats to the correct authority
- Participate in inventory audits at all five Etain, LLC Locations
- Perform all duties and responsibilities in a safe and compliant manner, utilizing proper personal protective equipment and methodology
- Thorough weekly cleaning of the facility (lab, rest rooms, cultivation, common areas).
- Empty and dispose of root balls at the end of harvest
- Assist members of other departments with tasks as needed, including tasks related to harvest, packaging, and processing of medical marijuana.
Competencies:
- Attention to detail required for complex recordkeeping
- Ability to use a computer and to learn new programs
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Work Environment:
This is a both an office and manual labor position which requires versatility and attention to detail. This position operates within a manufacturing environment and requires daily use of personal protective equipment such as respirators, hair nets, gloves, and goggles. When outside of the manufacturing center, professional attire is required.

Etain is seeking passionate, driven and hardworking individuals to fill positions as Farm Hands and Greenhouse Cultivation Assistants for its Chestertown, NY location.
Farm Hand and Cultivation Assistant positions are hands-on and require individuals who enjoy rolling up their sleeves and who are accustomed to manual, agricultural labor-intensive jobs. These individuals are responsible for performing routine tasks related to agricultural and manufacturing production. This is an industrial agricultural operation.
Etain is a leading producer of premium herbal alternatives to mainstream medicine. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for patients in New York State by providing access to the highest quality, pharmaceutical-grade products and treatments available. We give patients safe, legal access to palliative medicines for effective treatment of debilitating symptoms and diseases. Our medication is exclusively manufactured in Chestertown, New York.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Preparation of growth media, pruning, moving plants, installation of irrigation equipment, and preparation of plants for harvest.
- Assisting in the growth, extraction, trimming, watering and packing of related products.
- Cleaning and sanitation of Greenhouses, related work equipment, and common areas.
- Assisting in loading and unloading of products and materials.
- Following policies and procedures related to clean and safe production of finished goods and compliance to waste disposal procedures.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.
Essential Job Qualifications include:
- Ability to follow thorough instructions without deviation.
- Capable of lifting 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for a full 8-hour shift.
- Must be comfortable working in summer heat conditions and air-conditioned rooms.
- Must be able to work at a steady pace and meet production deadlines.
