What we are looking for:
We are looking for someone who is friendly, tech-savvy, organized, great at multi-tasking, and can handle a busy/rapid setting. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, so the ability to make a customer's day an amazing one from the moment they walk in the door is key! The position of Receptionist is responsible for checking in new and existing patients per state and CRA requirements, creating patient profiles, and generally assisting where needed.
Job Duties
- Verifying customers legal age requirement, registering new customer in the POS system, and scanning in returning customers
- Checking customer purchasing allotments through POS system upon check-in
- Promoting the JARS brand and getting customers excited about shopping at our location

Requirements

Summary:
Retail Inventory Associates are responsible for day to day inventory management at the retail storefront. They ensure inventory counts and shipments are accurate. A JARS Delivery Driver/Curbside Specialist is much more than just an average delivery driver. Job Duties
- Deliver orders to customers in an efficient and timely manner

What we are looking for:
JARS Cannabis is seeking a Retail Inventory Manager to our growing retail team. Our Retail Inventory Manager will be responsible for involved inventory recording, compliance, and accuracy in all phases of the retail sales of cannabis products in the dispensary. Ideal candidates will have a working knowledge of cannabis industry software systems. The Inventory Manager will be responsible for overseeing all products systematically received into inventory and METRC/LeafLogix, physical organization, tagging and labeling, and maintaining inventory accuracy within the store operations.
Job Duties
· Maintain inventory in compliance with state regulations as well as assist in the implementation of the company's policies and operating procedures on inventory controls
· Monitoring and coaching the Inventory Assistant in all department-related tasks and duties
· Defining/implementing quality control parameters and intake, inspection and proper storage of products & invoices
· Manages all data entry into LeafLogix and METRC
· Coordinates all invoice reconciliation with Accounts Payable team
· Ensure products are received within METRC system and have appropriate labels before making goods available for sale
· Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and assist other departments when needed
· Identifies theft or diversion of products and reports incidents directly
· Investigate errors and deficiencies in inventory and ensure proper reconciliation, record and solving.
· Maintain an accurate log of inventory for disposal

What we are looking for:
JARS Cannabis is seeking a Retail Inventory Manager to our growing retail team. Our Retail Inventory Manager will be responsible for involved inventory recording, compliance, and accuracy in all phases of the retail sales of cannabis products in the dispensary. Ideal candidates will have a working knowledge of cannabis industry software systems. The Inventory Manager will be responsible for overseeing all products systematically received into inventory and METRC/LeafLogix, physical organization, tagging and labeling, and maintaining inventory accuracy within the store operations.
Job Duties
· Maintain inventory in compliance with state regulations as well as assist in the implementation of the company's policies and operating procedures on inventory controls
· Monitoring and coaching the Inventory Assistant in all department-related tasks and duties
· Defining/implementing quality control parameters and intake, inspection and proper storage of products & invoices
· Manages all data entry into LeafLogix and METRC
· Coordinates all invoice reconciliation with Accounts Payable team
· Ensure products are received within METRC system and have appropriate labels before making goods available for sale
· Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and assist other departments when needed
· Identifies theft or diversion of products and reports incidents directly
· Investigate errors and deficiencies in inventory and ensure proper reconciliation, record and solving.
· Maintain an accurate log of inventory for disposal
· Oversee METRC and LeafLogix platforms are being accurately managed and maintained for accuracy of data
· Help determine, initiate, and execute subsequent corrective actions
· Collect, audit, and file required paperwork to ensure state compliance
· Effectively communicate with management to ensure the business has a consistent supply of inventory available to meet needs
· Responsible for the labeling and tagging, organizing, counting and quality checks
· Develop and maintain inventory programs as “audit-ready” at all times
· Monitor levels and quality of all products in the department
· Assist in cannabis inventory allocation to ensure that incoming cannabis inventory is utilized in the best possible products
· Utilizing LeafLogix reporting to monitor expiring products and how to allocate/delegate the data
· Collaborate closely with Company departments to include Sales, Retail, Finance, Distribution, & Compliance
· Executes and maintains a clean and orderly inventory storage room
· Completes other assignments, tasks, and duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Inventory Management experience in retail or hospitality field required
- Previous experience in data entry position is required
- Experience in wholesale logistics is preferred, but not required
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Ability to identify top talent and train/develop/retain great people
- Knowledge and familiarity with cannabis software Leaf Logix
- Knowledge of or a willingness to learn state specific cannabis laws and regulatory compliance

What we are looking for:
A JARS Delivery Driver/Curbside Specialist is much more than just an average delivery driver. You are a cross trained individual who can function in all store departments as well as provide exceptional customer service at the door and behind the wheel. This position is for an individual looking to showcase a multi-faceted skillset in a fast paced, contagiously enthusiastic environment. Strong attention to state and CRA compliance rules and regulations is required for this role.
The Delivery Driver role offers candidates an opportunity to gain experience in the fast-growing cannabis industry while providing JARS customers with access to high quality, safe, and legal cannabis products.
Job Duties
- Deliver orders to customers in an efficient and timely manner
- Works scheduled shifts and follows the company’s attendance policy
- Follows all delivery safety and CRA rules policies
- Timely and effective communication when issues arise while making deliveries
- Promoting the perks of being a JARS customer (Loyalty Program, Referrals, etc.)
- Verifies correct cash amounts during transactions
- Responsible for reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
- Understands the operations of curbside and can fill in when needed
- Verifies customer information upon delivery per CRA rules and regulations
- Escalates customer issues to upper management when appropriate
- Maintains a positive, caring attitude, and treats both customer and co-workers with respect
- Fills in when short-staffed and is willing to be cross-trained
- Follows and integrates JARS company policies and procedures with on-the-job interactions, tasks, and behaviors
- Listens and responds to customer and coworker needs/requests appropriately and timely
- Manage documents associated with medical cannabis delivery ensuring that proper documents are kept and manifests are returned completed and ready for filing
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience working within in a retail, sales and/or hospitality environment
- Minimum 1 year of delivery experience is preferred, but not required
- Acquired knowledge of cannabis strains and applications
- Must be able to handle fast-paced situations and multi-task
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must pass a MVR background check

The Patient Advisor is responsible for interacting with and building positive relationships with patients. We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager that is a cannabis knowledge expert to lead and undertake the responsibilities of daily operations in regards to staff, inventory and compliance standards.
The ideal candidate will inspire, respect and be able to provide educational cannabis sales information to customers, guests and other team members.
The Assistant Manager must be well educated in cannabis knowledge including but not limited to: industry knowledge, strain differences, the growth process, effects of cannabinoids, types of terpenes, cannabis weight measurements, physical effects on the body, THC versus CBD, concentrates, edibles, tinctures, types of devices to consume cannabis with, etc.
The goal is to delegate and engage with employees and customers to identify their needs, present and answer questions about products and services while also recommending solutions. Having a positive attitude and a desire to grow your career in the cannabis industry will make you successful in this role.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring the day to day operations of both retail front of house and inventory/receiving back of house with emphasis on controlling staff and store flow
- Review and assist the inventory manager and general manager in receiving all deliveries with diligence and accuracy in accordance with company and state regulations
- Create effective organization and information gathering for all inventory regarding special patient orders, employee patient samples, and weekly deals
- Learn the ins and outs of the point of sale system
- Regulate the cash audit process on a daily and monthly basis, including but not limited to counting down drawers, making bank deposits, fulfilling change orders, etc.
- Track various sales metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Oversee employee scheduling and attendance
- Track employee disciplinary actions including marks against attendance, drawer balancing, inventory discrepancies, etc.
- Lead employee training and review processes according to company SOPs
- Monitor the conducting of nightly and monthly inventory audits in accordance with company and state guidelines to ensure there are no diversions of inventory, and effectively respond to discrepancies
- Maintain records for all necessary documents: delivery and inventory manifests, nightly and weekly inventory counts, and other company reports
Skills
- Proven work experience as an Assistant or General Manager
- Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role, cannabis experience preferred
- Understanding of the retail sales process. (Selling/Cashiering)
- METRC, Leaflogix, and Cannabis seed to sale experience highly preferred
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
- Basic math skills
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships with customers and fellow employees
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts
