Job Summary:
The Distribution Specialist provides on-site support to supply chain activities within a cannabis cultivation facility. As a Distribution Specialist, you are responsible for receiving, distribution, and inventory tasks. Distribution Specialists may be cross-trained and asked to support other departments occasionally to meet business needs.

The Production Specialist, Distribution ensures that all product is packaged and identified in compliance with State regulations and ensures that all aspects of orders are fulfilled in an efficient, accurate and compliant manner in timely communication with Sales and Distribution team members.

Position: DISTRIBUTION SPECIALIST
The Distribution Specialist will assist in analyzing and improving the fulfillment and distribution systems, processes, and procedures to increase efficiency while maintaining and mandating compliance and quality of deliverables geared towards operational excellence. This includes, without limitation: following all compliance as mandated by the State of Arizona, managing inventory, cultivation intake, dispensary deliveries and day-to-day operations.

➢ Key Result (how does the role contribute to the mission) – By delivering quality cannabis compliantly to dispensaries driving achievement of month over month revenue through the distribution, delivery, processing of returns, and accepting of payments from our dispensary customers.
➢ Key Result (how will it be measured) – Measurements of success will be based upon timely deliveries, safety, attendance, weekly audits on completed wholesale and purchase orders, ensuring all transactions are in compliance with AZDHS, ensure delivery vehicles are current on all services, insurance, registration, etc., and safe driving.

Day in the Life
· Maintain AZDHS compliance standards in accordance with audit requirements.
· Collaborate and provide feedback to all areas of the business in relation to distribution.
· Handle customer returns to include pictures, powerpoint slides, emails and return paperwork through Sage/MJ Freeway or manual trip paperwork.
· Assist in improving operations systems, process, and policies to support the organization's mission as the industry's leading medicinal cannabis company.
· Weekly audits of completed wholesale orders and purchase orders to ensure all supporting documentation is uploaded.
· Receive intake deliveries from Willcox to include wholesale, ecomm and samples.
· Upload intake paperwork from Willcox on Sage/MJ Freeway.
· Change wholesale order information to reflect order cost, transportation agent and wholesale customer delivery address.
· Transport deliveries in a safe and compliant manner and adhering to the dispensary intake rules.
· Complete wholesale orders by uploading supporting documents, notating how order was paid and any other pertinent information.
· Routinely inspect Pharm vehicles to examine cleanliness, damage, and/or wear and tear of the vehicle and reported to manager with any findings.
· Collaborate with operations, sales, and leadership to build best practices and streamline logistics and processes.
· Responsible for end-of-day close out paperwork, payments dropped and vehicle keys turned in.
· Manages deposits and responsible for a significant amount of cash on a regular basis.
· Represents the Pharm/Sunday Goods while in the public; remain professional at all times as company representative.
· Work with leadership to coordinate with sales team
· Primarily unsupervised position as often travel alone, must make judgement decisions and act independently, must manage time based on daily tasks/responsibilities
· Management of MMJ compliance, rules, changes, and software programs. Problem solving for delivery, account concerns, operational issues.
· Exercises discretion in final quality inspection of product. Inform leadership of any concerns or complaints on packaging or product quality.
· When deliveries are not being made, Distribution Specialists are expected to help with other business needs, specifically in packaging department so preparing orders for sale (to include but not limited to packaging pre-rolls, jars, packages, etc)
· Other duties as may be assigned.
What You Have
· 2 to 4 years of experience in distribution, warehouse and/or inventory and logistics operations
· Clean driving record for the past 7 years
· Strong mathematical and logistic operations skills (must be able to complete documentation accurately)
· Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel and/or G Suite
· An understanding, and/or competency of learning and navigating computer ordering systems and other IT systems
· Road warrior traveling 75% in Phoenix metro area and 25% outlying areas
· Strong Cannabis knowledge, ability to speak about product in knowledgeable way
· Must be 21 years of age or older to obtain DAC: The Arizona Medical Marijuana Act (the “Act”) stipulates that candidate must successfully pass a criminal background investigation and fingerprint clearance conducted by state authorities. Additionally, the Act requires that candidates apply for and obtain a valid dispensary agent registration card prior to commencing employment at either a dispensary or any of its cultivation sites.
· Must have ability to sit for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours a day), lift up to 50 lbs frequently (to move product for delivery from vehicle to end customer), and ability to drive are essential functions of this position.

Summary
This position's primary focus is the prioritization of orders, internal and external, according to customer priority, date submission, and guidance from leadership on processing capacities (both cultivation and extraction). Responsibilities:
- Confirm and process orders for customers and schedule deliveries or pick ups against production schedules/inventory/critical due dates to ensure order timely fulfillment
- Review, prioritize and manage the outbound order pool to ensure the accuracy of orders to facilitate high fill rates for all customers according to sales management criteria
- Acts as the key link between Warehouse Operations and the Wholesale sales team to ensure orders flow on-time, consistently and accurately.

- Maintaining and compiling labor metrics for relabeling bill backs.
- Records and maintains all turn times metrics.
- Producing D.A.R. reports

- Records edible expiration dates and THC/CBD on manifest paperwork
- Prepares product for shipment to final retail location
- Prepare and print hook labels for all products prior to leaving Distribution Center
- Enter all THC/CBD percentages into POSaBIT upon delivery to Distribution Center
- Intake, assign barcodes, sticker and/or prepare register scanning documents for all paraphernalia prior to leaving Distribution Center
- Daily monitoring and feedback of scheduled deliveries
- Perform paraphernalia specific tasks prior to leaving distribution center as assigned by Distribution Manager
- Sublots and quarantines defective and returned items
- Coordinates with vendors for returns and label replacement
- Schedule and carry out destruction of product
- Directs Inventory Stockers to help complete tasks as needed, while keeping Sales Floor Manager informed of direction

Summary: The Distribution Specialist will drive to and from Willcox throughout Arizona daily. Experience/Skills:

Day in the Life
- Maintain AZDHS compliance standards in accordance with audit requirements.
- Collaborate and provide feedback to all areas of the business in relation to distribution.
- Handle customer returns to include pictures, powerpoint slides, emails and return paperwork through Sage/MJ Freeway or manual trip paperwork.
- Assist in improving operations systems, process, and policies to support the organization's mission as the industry's leading medicinal cannabis company.
- Weekly audits of completed wholesale orders and purchase orders to ensure all supporting documentation is uploaded.
- Receive intake deliveries from Willcox to include wholesale, ecomm and samples.
- Upload intake paperwork from Willcox on Sage/MJ Freeway.
- Change wholesale order information to reflect order cost, transportation agent and wholesale customer delivery address.
- Transport deliveries in a safe and compliant manner and adhering to the dispensary intake rules.
- Complete wholesale orders by uploading supporting documents, notating how order was paid and any other pertinent information.
- Routinely inspect Pharm vehicles to examine cleanliness, damage, and/or wear and tear of the vehicle and reported to manager with any findings.
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and leadership to build best practices and streamline logistics and processes.
- Responsible for end-of-day close out paperwork, payments dropped and vehicle keys turned in.
- Manages deposits and responsible for a significant amount of cash on a regular basis.
- Represents the Pharm/Sunday Goods while in the public; remain professional at all times as company representative.
- Work with leadership to coordinate with sales team
- Primarily unsupervised position as often travel alone, must make judgement decisions and act independently, must manage time based on daily tasks/responsibilities
- Management of MMJ compliance, rules, changes, and software programs. Problem solving for delivery, account concerns, operational issues.
- Exercises discretion in final quality inspection of product. Inform leadership of any concerns or complaints on packaging or product quality.
- When deliveries are not being made, Distribution Specialists are expected to help with other business needs, specifically in packaging department so preparing orders for sale (to include but not limited to packaging pre-rolls, jars, packages, etc)
- Other duties as may be assigned.
What You Have
- 2 to 4 years of experience in distribution, warehouse and/or inventory and logistics operations
- Clean driving record for the past 7 years and valid AZ Driver's License
- Strong mathematical and logistic operations skills (must be able to complete documentation accurately)
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel and/or G Suite
- An understanding, and/or competency of learning and navigating computer ordering systems and other IT systems
- Road warrior traveling 75% in Phoenix metro area and 25% outlying areas
- Strong Cannabis knowledge, ability to speak about product in knowledgeable way
- Must be 21 years of age or older to obtain DAC: The Arizona Medical Marijuana Act (the “Act”) stipulates that candidate must successfully pass a criminal background investigation and fingerprint clearance conducted by state authorities. Additionally, the Act requires that candidates apply for and obtain a valid dispensary agent registration card prior to commencing employment at either a dispensary or any of its cultivation sites.
- Must have ability to sit for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours a day), lift up to 50 lbs frequently (to move product for delivery from vehicle to end customer), and ability to drive are essential functions of this position.
