Distribution Administrative Specialist Job description
We are currently looking to fill the position of Distribution Administrative Specialist to assist the Distribution Manager in daily operations. These duties include accomplishing invoicing and manifesting for all orders assigned, inventory control, and confirming orders by maintaining close relationships with all partner shops. The successful applicant will support Distribution operations by assisting the Manager in the day-to-day execution of inventory processing through the Distribution Network. This position analyzes and interprets data and trends and recommends solutions for inventory and delivery deficiencies. If you have the knowledge and expertise in the distribution, shipping, and logistics industry, this is the right opportunity to expand your skills.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Ensure that all warehouse personnel follows policies and procedures for inventory-handling and order picking
- Develop and maintain accuracy standards to ensure unit inventory integrity
- Evaluate and track the level of service and accuracy standards
- Accomplish accurately and timely invoicing and manifesting utilizing the company's Inventory Management and Sales Processing Software
- Assist the Distribution Manager in ensuring all orders are complete, accurate, and on time
- Assist in the creation and submission of all required reports to local and state regulatory agencies
- Assist in performing regular cycle counts and verification of all raw materials and packaging supplies
- Assist in reporting of financials to Executive Leadership
- Manage customer service requests promptly and resolve issues quickly
- Actively participate in company-wide Continuous Improvement process
- Control material flows and inventory accuracy using the company's Inventory Management and Sales Processing Software
- Control finished product damage levels and monitor product loading errors
- Assist in ensuring 100% inventory accuracy
- Assist in the development and or implementation of internal systems and business processes
- Allocate available inventory to multiple production sites for a pull distribution environment
- Facilitate the review and resolution of potential inventory shortages and overage issues
- Assist in root cause analysis on issues pertaining to safety, service, quality, and cost
- Manage data integrity of our in-house proprietary system, spreadsheets and other forms of data
QUALIFICATIONS
- Military supply chain experience appreciated
- Proven record of success in a warehouse or distribution setting
- Comfort in utilizing the telephone and email to communicate and coordinate with clients and partners
- Working knowledge of California Cannabis Compliance Regulations
- Strong interpersonal communications skills
- Able to maintain a positive attitude and strong work energy
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and effectively deal with tight deadlines
- Strong computer literacy skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook

Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator
Primary Responsibilities:
Working closely with the marketing team, you will be creating photographic and graphic content for a few brands within our organization. This person should be highly organized and able to think at a strategizing level to grow two brands in all areas of social media.
You should have professional experience creating a variety of content including but not limited to photography, graphic design, videography, ad design, short-format video ads (looping videos, stop motion graphics, gifs).
Your main focus will be overseeing and running 2 EXCEPTIONALLY FUN brand's social media pages (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook), as well as running campaigns on those platforms. You should have experience working with influencers, and you should be on top of the latest and greatest internet trends. This position requires being well versed in the world of cannabis and CBD, and you should have an eye for brand marketing, and design. Amongst taking responsibility for our social media, you will also be creating content for a variety of brands under our umbrella, which will include taking product shots and assisting in the creation of sales and marketing materials.
- Ensure brand consistency and brand voice in digital marketing and social media
- You will be on top of responding to all direct messages and inquiries on all platforms and making sure the correct departments receive the inquiries
- You will work very closely with marketing and sales to align social media with all other company calendars (eCommerce product launches, various sales events, and expos, etc.)
- This position will require some travel with the sales teams to various expos and events to capture moments and stay on top of new trends.
