This position is responsible for compliantly organizing starting materials in METRC, NAV and Google Sheets for the Extractions, Kitchen & Processing Packaging Teams. This position is responsible for adjusting and creating packages in Metrc and NAV. This position helps with assembling sales orders and manifesting these in Metrc. This position requires a high attention to detail and a more advanced working knowledge of Google Sheets, NAV & Metrc. This position provides regular and timely communication with Compliance, Quality Control/Assurance, Analytics, Extractions, Kitchen, Processing Packaging and Supply Chain management as well as team members within those departments.
Essential Duties
Data Entry and Systems
- NAV data entry & adjustments for Processing Department products.
- METRC data entry and adjustments for Processing Department products.
- Google Sheets data entry and adjustments for Processing Department products.
- Acceptance of Metrc manifests.
- Combinations & conversions of packages within Metrc/NAV/Google Sheets.
- Regular use of Google Sheets.
- Assignment of production batch tags for product ready for testing.
- Creating child packages for compliant distribution.
- Ensure that workflow and work procedures are documented, and that appropriate controls and audits are in place to ensure data and processing integrity.
- Validate data provided from Processing Department Production Teams.
Compliance and Auditing
- Ensure company compliance with the local and state regulations.
- Assist in physical audits of products and verification of data in Google Sheets, NAV and Metrc.
Other Duties
- Assist other teams to meet production and compliance goals as needed.

Supervision
- Works under the direct supervision of the Processing Department Analytics Manager, also takes direction from managers in the Processing Department, Compliance, Quality and Supply Chain departments.

Job Qualifications
Work Experience
- Six months to three years of work experience in a related industry or work environment.
- General knowledge of marijuana related products (concentrates, edibles & topicals).
- One year to three years of data entry experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
- Prior experience working in Metrc preferred.
- Prior experience working in NAV preferred.
- Demonstrated oral and written communication capabilities.

Good Day Farm is growing fast! We are looking for an additional team member with a passion for the cannabis industry to join the Company as a Data Entry Tech. The Data Entry Tech is primarily responsible for transferring data from paper format into computers files or database systems in an accurate and timely manner. The Data Entry Tech will report directly to the VP of Operations and will ensure the accurate entry of important data including new product vault inventory, weekly sales, METRC, test results, and other items requested by management.
The Data Entry Tech will be scheduled to work 40 hours. Schedule is flexible, but typically 8am to 5pm.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Transfers data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards and scanners
- Updates spreadsheet with sales based on many differentiating product information
- Checks and ensures METRC data is inputting in management spreadsheet
- Compiles and enters test results for products including concentrates, vapes, gummies, flower, etc.
- Retrieves data from database or electronic files
- Performs regular backup to ensure data preservation
- Organizes and files paperwork after entering data to ensure it is easily accessible
- Creates sales orders for dispensaries
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and able to obtain a State Marijuana Agent Card
- 1+ years data entry experience
- Fast typing skills: knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred

POSITION SUMMARY
Our Cultivation Data Entry Technician is responsible for inputting data and making changes to existing data figures in our digital database, Sage X3. Their duties include inputting data from digital spreadsheets (Smartsheet), current workload needs, horticulture supply inventory, updating order statuses, crop planning, and tracking plants through mothers to cloning to harvest to waste disposal. The Data Compliance and IT Technician will provide extraordinary attention to detail when it comes to accurate and timely digital and physical record keeping. With the help of our operations software, METRC training courses, and guidance from our Head of IT, you'll adhere to strict operating procedures and compliance guidelines.
Data Compliance Responsibilities:
- Be trained into technical mastery and compliance over all phases of cultivation, from beginning to end of the plant's life cycle.

The Cultivation Data Technician position is responsible for a variety of duties on the Analytics Team, dealing both with Cultivation and Processing related data. The focus of the Data Technician is to properly report production and processing information in Maryland Metrc, NAV and internal tracking systems, such as Google and Smartsheet In addition, the Data Technician is responsible for verifying the accuracy of data entered by other departments and will be assigned various reporting duties as needed. This position requires a high attention to detail and an intermediate working knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel. The position provides regular and timely communication with Analytics, Cultivation, Post Harvest, Processing, Compliance, Supply Chain and Quality management as well as team members within those departments. The Data Technician is expected to operate under the highest standards of compliance and professionalism.
Essential Duties
Data Entry and Systems
- Create and adjust packages in Maryland Metrc for production and processing purposes.
- Create and adjust inventory in NAV for production and processing purposes.
- Enter and edit data in internal Google Sheets and Excel Reports.
- Maryland Metrc searches and product verification.
- Enter recorded cannabis waste in Maryland Metrc.
- Digitally move the plants based on garden audits in Maryland Metrc.
- Daily entry of the previous day's harvest into Maryland Metrc.
Auditing
- Perform physical and digital audits of products in NAV to compare against physical counts and data within Maryland Metrc.
- Verify testing data for packages.
- Verify and report plant audits from Cultivation to Maryland Metrc.
Reporting
- Run reports in Maryland Metrc, and NAV in relation to plant counts, on hand inventory, distribution rates and sales.
- Search internal systems on a wide range of data including but not limited to: plants, packages, labor statistics, testing results, etc.
- Accurately compile and scrub data to report on a wide range of activities in multiple departments as assigned.
- Maintain & update internal documents used by the team.
Quality Control/Assurance
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Ensure that workflow and work procedures are documented and that appropriate controls and audit are in place to ensure data and processing integrity.
Other Duties
- Coverage in other areas of Analytics.
- Occasional coverage/assistance for data entry in Post Harvest.
- Creation of Maryland Metrc manifests and NAV transfers as needed.
- Assist Cultivation in any digital processes that they may be behind on. This will include looking for potentially missing plants & assisting Cultivation with auditing.

About the role:
As Nectar’s Product Control Data Entry Technician, you will process and upload data into our Point of Sale (POS) and METRC systems for all Nectar stores and work through ticketing systems. You will work closely with the retail and compliance teams. Specifically, you would be responsible for:
- Incoming product, ensuring it is received compliantly at the warehouse daily.
- Outgoing product, ensuring it is processed compliantly daily.
- Accurate Data is processed, QC’d, and uploaded to the system daily.
- Ensuring Inventory Flow is efficient and uninterrupted daily.
- Questions and potential inventory concerns from the stores are resolved or escalated.
- Ensuring communication and support between all warehouse departments is accurate and frequent.
- Fulfilling high-priority requests such as 4/20 and new store openings.
- Make sure warehouse renovations are completed without interrupting production.
- Supporting all departments as requested.

Qualifications:
- OLCC Worker Permit.
- Intermediate-Advanced Microsoft office work (with emphasis on Excel).
- 365 Cannabis ERP Software experience preferred.

- In-depth understanding of cannabis products and their categorization/definition as defined by the OLCC.

Purpose
This position is responsible for entering trim and bud products into CounterPoint in a timely, efficient, accurate, and compliant manner. This position is also responsible for being available to take on the Running role of the room, confirming entries are correctly inputted. This position is responsible for creating and editing packages within CounterPoint. This position requires a high attention to detail and a more advanced working knowledge of CounterPoint as well as METRC and BioTrack. This position provides regular and timely communication with Packaging management as well as team members within the Cure, Distribution, Testing, and Analytics departments.
Essential Duties
Tracking and Audits
- Take instructions and follow direction as delegated by Supervisors to meet daily, weekly, individual and team production and quality standards.
- Works in an accurate and timely manner.
- Collaborates with management and team members to identify and address issues that enhance tracking, reporting and audit processes.
- Maintain a culture of professionalism.
Data Entry and Systems
- CounterPoint data entry for bud and trim products.
- Regular use of Google Sheets.
- BioTrack data entry for bud and trim products as needed.
- METRC searches and product verification as needed.
- Assignment of package tags to product to be used for distribution.
- Ensure that workflow and work procedures are documented and that appropriate controls and audit are in place to ensure data and processing integrity.
Compliance
Ensure company compliance with the MED regulations.
- Assist in physical audits of products and verification of data in CounterPoint, BioTrack, and METRC.
- Accurately complete all paperwork and spreadsheets.
Other Duties
- Runner role of the room to check and clarify work before creating a package.
- Coverage in other areas of Cure, Distribution, Testing, and Analytics.
- Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work such harvesting, trimming, packaging, farm, cure, cleaning and light maintenance as needed throughout the facility.
Work Environment
- Ensure organization and cleanliness of immediate work station.
- Keep doors closed when not in use.
- Wear protective clothing when working with plants.
- Before exiting the facility remove protective clothing and ensure that there is no cannabis on your personal clothing, shoes, or hair.
Supervision
- Works under the direct supervision of the Management of Grow Packaging, also takes direction from managers in the Cure, Distribution, Testing, and Analytics departments.
- This person does not supervise others. This role is responsible to help guide their associates as necessary.
