About the role:
The Post-Flower Manager is responsible for overseeing all processes from the harvest of plants to order fulfillment, ensuring that product moves through the post-flower pipeline process carefully and efficiently, and in compliance with state regulations and standards set forth by PTS Corp. This position involves oversight and management of the Harvest, Dry/Cure, and Trim Rooms.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Follow Post Flower production schedule each week, to ensure the daily operations are streamlined to meet demand.
- Follow deadlines to ensure the post-flower department is meeting set goals.
- Oversee the harvest process and all record keeping/data entry that follows.
- Oversee the curing process of drying plant material depending on the moisture levels.
- Ordering of production daily burn materials.
- Ensure that harvested plants are correctly weighed and recorded into the inventory tracking software and any applicable internal inventory tracking software.
- Inspect drying plant material daily and monitor moisture levels.
- Maintain digital and physical inventory of all post-flower material.
- Monitors and upholds the company’s Quality Control program.
- Visually inspect plants for any diseases, insects, and mold.
- Communicate and coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure the health and safety of equipment.
- Generate and review ongoing Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ensure daily compliance with policies including but not limited to; state compliance, security protocols, and company SOPs.
- Ensures all employees receive proper training for the tasks at hand and the tasks are being completed accordingly to the SOP’s.
- Ensure all employees are aware and adhere to the company policies.
- Coordinates with the leadership team to ensure accurate information is communicated to staff; Communicates company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to team.
- Motivates team members and assesses performance of leads.
- Accountable for understanding all requirements of each job reporting to this position, ensuring each person is performing all requirements of the job and providing adequate training and development, as necessary.
- Maintaining organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of production area.
- Adhering to strict biological security protocols to aid in the efforts of preventing contamination.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be physically able to climb ladders or scaffolding, bend, kneel, or crawl into awkward spaces.
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Prolonged periods of hand use.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at appropriate times as this position may be exposed to splash hazards, high temperatures, and chemicals.
Education and Experience:
- To remain compliant with state law, you must be 21 years of age or older and can pass a background check to obtain a Department of Agriculture Agent Card.
- Associate degree.
- 2+ years of management experience.

The Harvest Technician provides on-site support for the harvest process by completing tasks assigned by the Harvest Lead that include harvesting, trimming, plucking, and shucking plants. The Harvest Technician helps maintain workspace cleanliness and follows strict quality control measures to ensure high-quality product. Starting pay is $14.00 per hour. Job Duties:
- Assist with the harvesting of the plants.
- Weigh, record, and label post-harvest materials and manage cultivation waste.
- Visually inspect plants for any diseases, insects, and mold, reporting concerns to management for remediation.
- Performing repetitive tasks for a long period of time.
- Strictly adhering to hygienic and sanitation policies by maintaining cleanliness of work area and equipment at all times.
- Identifying and reporting all quality control issues during harvest/trimming.
- Maintaining accurate records of product trimmed to ensure product identification and quality control.
- Follow company packaging procedures and standards.
- Report all quality control issues during harvest to the Lead immediately.

Education/Requirements:

- Two years of experience in a general production, preferably a regulated field producing for human consumption. Or, any satisfactory combination of experience and training which clearly demonstrates the ability to perform the required duties.

Cultivation Data Entry Technician

POSITION SUMMARY
Our Cultivation Data Entry Technician is responsible for inputting data and making changes to existing data figures in our digital database, Sage X3. Their duties include inputting data from digital spreadsheets (Smartsheet), current workload needs, horticulture supply inventory, updating order statuses, crop planning, and tracking plants through mothers to cloning to harvest to waste disposal. Other duties will include those of a standard cultivation agent and special projects assigned to them.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Enter the cultivation activity log, create crops, room transfer crops, inter-crop transfers, employee time entry, waste management and plant destroy activities into Sage X3 Cultivation Module.
- Communicating crop moves and updates to appropriate Cultivation Supervisors.
- Take inventory of cultivation supplies weekly and verify accurate numbers in Sage X3.
- Maintain harvest data in Excel software to track grams/W and grams/sq. ft.
- Support and back-up cultivation agent duties in clone, vegetative, and flower departments.
- Execute special projects as assigned by supervisors.

Cultivation Team Lead

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Cultivation Team Lead is responsible for assisting with managing the day-to-day operations of the Progressive Treatment Solutions (“PTS”) cultivation facility in accordance with standards set by the state and PTS by completing tasks assigned by the Chief Cultivation Officer (“CCO"), Cultivation Manager, and Lead Supervisor to monitor and maintain plant production and health. This position provides support for all cultivation agents, including training, policy and procedure updates, industry news, and product information. The Cultivation Team Lead maintains organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of production area as well as carrying out day-to-day plant care tasks, including watering, pruning, harvesting, and trimming. This position also maintains quality control measures to ensure high-quality products by monitoring and maintaining plant production and quality control measures in accordance with the State and standards set by PTS.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS:
- Reports to CCO, Cultivation Manager, and Lead Supervisor daily
- Follows direction from CCO, Cultivation Manager, and Lead Supervisor by implementing tasks and practices
- Communicates with other team leads and team members to execute tasks
- Communicates company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to team
- Documents and reports workload to delegate tasks appropriately via email or text to learn building of work cycle to better understand workload
- Motivates team members and assesses performance
- Works with management as responsibilities for team members are set for specific rooms or areas
- Provides help to management, including training, and keeps management updated on team performance
- Ensures that team member responsibilities are being fulfilled on time
- Keeps team members on task
- Reports issues/problems/difficulties with equipment or personnel to CCO or Cultivation Manager.
- Completes training for POL (Pesticide Operator License)
CORE JOB DUTIES:
