- Be kind , but firm and professional regarding security protocols for vendors and visitors
- Monitor CCTV throughout the facility - maintain security and safety - report any breach or potential breach of security
- Assist with Medical Emergencies- Emergency protocol - Training provided - (CPR - First Aid)
- Maintain employee ID’s, visitor logs, and reports
- Respond to alarm activation to the facility if needed and provide escort into the building

About the Job
The Product Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for performing routine tasks in all product manufacturing areas after formal training on department-specific operating procedures. With the help of our operations team and software, you'll adhere to operating procedures and compliance guidelines.
General responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Performing assigned product manufacturing tasks according to standard operating procedures and protocols for the manufacture of consumer goods.
- Maintaining the highest standards of safety, hygiene & safe food handling practices by complying with internal policies and industry regulations.

Reporting to Vangarden's Chief Executive Officer, you will expand on our existing Sales & Marketing strategy, developing tactical plans, schedules, territories, and detailed record keeping. You will collaborate with Vangarden executives in building out the department, and oversee a growing team of sales professionals throughout the state.
Specific Responsibilities
- Set KPIs and train/coach team members accordingly
- Maintain liquidity on a diverse portfolio of premium, mid-market, and budget products across many brands
- Develop key accounts by assisting sales reps in the field
- Closely oversee all strategic partnerships and co-branded initiatives
- Oversee and evaluate the work of an internal graphic designer, field sales ops manager, and order fulfillment manager.
- Support state-required compliance in sales, marketing, and delivery
- Coordinate Vangarden's CPO and HR director on workforce management & scheduling concerns, compensation, hiring, onboarding, and performance management
- Support our CFO as needed with any sticky AR issues
About You
Once upon a time, you got your thrills setting and surpassing ambitious targets. Nowadays, you're a master of your craft (and yet, ever a student!), leaning on your excellent data analysis, leadership skills, and creativity to build a high performing sales team from the ground up.
You are also:
- Experienced (3+ years) in managing sales staff

- Confident managing within a highly-regulated industry, such as Cannabis, Healthcare, or Finance
- Located (or willing to relocate) within 30 minutes of 88 Huntoon Memorial Highway, Leicester, MA

JOB SUMMARY

Your main responsibility will be to assist patients in selecting the proper medical cannabis products for their needs and are the go to product expert on duty at the store. Wellness Advisors engage in one-on-one conversations with patients from the time they walk into the store until they check out. Compliance with applicable rules and regulations as implemented by the state and the company will be required.
The ideal Wellness Advisor should be friendly and positive, much like the barista who provides you your favorite coffee. We hope our patients are drawn to our Wellness Advisors and the dispensary because of our service, our products as well as your approachable and knowledgeable demeanor.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Educate medical patients (and customers) on different cannabis products and how cannabis impacts the human body in different way to best assist patients in product selection.
- Suggesting dosage starting points for new patients
- Correct cash handling
- Verification of proper paperwork, documentation and ID for patients
- Accurate use of the Point of Sale (POS) system; timely data entry of patient profiles in both the POS system and the state's electronic verification system
- Maintenance of hard copy files (when required)
- Assist in verifying the accuracy of orders when being delivered
- Ensure security measures and safety compliance for the store

- Manage the visitor log
- Reporting of employee issues or patient situations

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 - 5 years' experience in customer service

- Keep up daily laundry for employee uniforms
- Have opportunities to learn new skills related to cannabis production, software, and leadership and management

CORE JOB DUTIES
- Educate medical patients (and customers) on different cannabis products and how cannabis impacts the human body in different way to best assist patients in product selection.
- Suggesting dosage starting points for new patients
- Correct cash handling
- Verification of proper paperwork, documentation and ID for patients
- Accurate use of the Point of Sale (POS) system; timely data entry of patient profiles in both the POS system and the state's electronic verification system
- Maintenance of hard copy files (when required)

JOB SUMMARY
Cultivate Holdings, LLC is currently looking for a Compliance Assistant specializing in Marketing, Design and Print & Copy to work under the Director of Compliance. The Compliance Assistant will support compliance needs specific to marketing, design and print & copy. This position will be demanding, repetitive, and will require high attention to detail, and a practical approach to complex tasks. The Compliance Assistant will maintain compliance within their respective responsibility areas and support the Director of Compliance with additional projects as assigned.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
MARKETING
- Reviews and approves marketing initiatives and in-store campaigns for regulatory compliance.
- Submits marketing initiatives to the Cannabis Control Commission for proactive approvals
DESIGN
- Reviews and approves all design work for regulatory compliance
- Submits design work to the Cannabis Control Commission for proactive approvals
PRINT & COPY
- Works with Social Media and Customer Experience teams to review and approve all public-facing posts before go-live.
- Works with the Learning and Development team to review and approve any in-house training and development documents for regulatory compliance.
- Works with upper-management to create, review and/or modify documents drafted for submission to the Cannabis Control Commission.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in a regulatory compliance position, familiarity with state regulatory entities, and experience in the cannabis industry is a plus.
