Brand Ambassador
Good Day Farm is seeking a Brand Ambassador who will support the greater Brand, Wholesale, Product and Finance teams in representing all brands and new products, for the Good Day Farm family of brands and its licensing partners. This person will serve as the face of the brand in Columbia or Kansas City markets and bring to life brand enhancing efforts to drive brand awareness, new customer acquisition and brand loyalty. As a fast-moving startup, we’re looking for responsible, self-starters who are excited at the opportunity to do all of the things – priority focused on Brand Ambassador initiatives, but showing up for other duties as assigned carries a lot of weight and will take you far here.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop in market relationships with both the community and dispensary partners and consult with WS/ Marketing Team to bring opportunities to the table where the GDF brand could participate
- Organize on brand exciting local engagement activities and events to build brand awareness and education - including vendor days and in store pop-ups
- Coordinate and deliver brand assets for all launches and facilitate involvement of the Sales and Brand Team as needed to execute and deliver in market brand assets and brand collateral, etc
- Be the embodiment of the Brand in each state developing deep relationships with the Chamber of Commerce and local businesses for potential co-marketing opportunities

The Post-Harvest Manager is responsible for the oversight of all processes from pre-harvest planning to order fulfillment, ensuring that harvested plant material moves through the post-harvest pipeline carefully and efficiently, and in compliance with state regulations and company SOPs. Description and Duties
The Facility Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day facility operations in a regulated, cannabis cultivation facility. This position is responsible for all physical and mechanical aspects of the facility, including, but not limited to, directing and overseeing the work and tasks performed during routine maintenance, emergency after hours calls, facility security, custodians, managing outside contractors, establishing service contracts, and vehicle fleet maintenance. This includes developing facility maintenance schedules, oversee ordering of maintenance supplies, scheduling facility techs, custodians, and maintaining within operational budget.
- Oversee maintenance of facility and equipment to achieve optimal performance regarding uptime, downtime, availability and utilization.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for the Facility Techs, and Custodians.
- Implement and oversee usage of CMMS software for work orders, preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and project scheduling.
- Review CMMS data to implement corrective measures or suggest equipment upgrades to minimize equipment and operational downtime.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Maintenance Technicians, including scheduling and prioritizing tasks to ensure minimal equipment downtime.
- Ensure sanitation and safety protocols are followed.
- Conduct routine safety inspections of facility, including ensuring all equipment is certified safe and effectively used, tracked and maintained to manufacturer standards.
- Maintain inventory of equipment including tools and necessary spares to keep on hand.
- Work closely with our security vendors and maintain the relationship.

- A minimum of 5 years leadership experience with Facility Maintenance emphasis.

About The Role
Our cultivation team is undergoing a restructure with teams dedicated to specific grow rooms, and the responsibility to care for plants in their assigned zone from clone to harvest. This role would manage a small team of cultivation techs. As a result, there will be multiple open lead positions, and we’re currently accepting applications.
Leads will be responsible for the proper execution of all cultivation projects, IPM applications, fertigation, and cloning within their rooms. We’re looking for experienced cultivators that are either familiar with all phases of growth, or willing and able to learn all phases of growth in a timely manner.
Lead performance will be largely measured based on the yields of sellable flower per harvest out of their pod. The following is a non-exhaustive list of responsibilities:
· Maximize the quantity of total sellable flower per harvest
· Manage plants through all phases of growth: clone, veg, flower, harvest
· Effectively lead and manage a team of cultivation techs
· Delegate the appropriate personnel to work on all projects
· Train the team on all cultivation tasks, and closely supervise project execution
· Regularly scout for pests and perform IPM applications to mitigate of pest issues, according to schedule
· Monitor fertigation by strain and recommend adjustments according to how plants are feeding
· Complete all cultivation projects efficiently and on schedule (DE leafing, upskirt, trellis, etc.)
· Coordinate with other pod leads to allocate team members to projects that require larger teams
· Maintain the cleanliness of all rooms/tables daily

Description and Duties
The Facility Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day facility operations in a regulated, cannabis cultivation facility. This position is responsible for all physical and mechanical aspects of the facility, including, but not limited to, directing and overseeing the work and tasks performed during routine maintenance, emergency after hours calls, facility security, custodians, managing outside contractors, establishing service contracts, and vehicle fleet maintenance. This includes developing facility maintenance schedules, oversee ordering of maintenance supplies, scheduling facility techs, custodians, and maintaining within operational budget.
- Oversee maintenance of facility and equipment to achieve optimal performance regarding uptime, downtime, availability and utilization.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for the Facility Techs, and Custodians.
- Implement and oversee usage of CMMS software for work orders, preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and project scheduling.
- Review CMMS data to implement corrective measures or suggest equipment upgrades to minimize equipment and operational downtime.

The Human Resources (HR) Senior Generalist leads and manages the following areas working closely with the HR Manager: Recruiting, Onboarding and New Hires, Employee Support and Engagement, Workforce Planning and Employment and Workforce Relations and Development. The HR Senior Generalist serves as the backup for the HR Manager when the HR Manager is out or unavailable.
Recruiting, Onboarding and New Hires
- Serves as the main point of contact for all recruiting, onboarding, and new hires whether a direct hire or a temporary hire.
- Conducts orientation and ensures that the new hire completes all required documents.
- Processes all new hire information (background check, state badge, I-9) and inputs the new hire information into the HR Information System.
Employee Support and Engagement
- Manages employee events working with the facility leadership.
- Supports employees with their HR requests – PTO, address change, direct deposit change, HR Information System access.
- Manages Company Employee Programs.
- Assists with benefits enrollment and benefit changes.
Workforce Planning and Employment
- Manages transfers, promotions, demotions, terminations, and any other compensation changes. Processes these changes in the HR Information system.
- Administers the timekeeping and attendance system
- Completes employment and earning verifications and ensures proper documentation and compliance.
Workforce Relations and Development
- Trains and assists with employee disciplinary actions and dispute resolution.
- Administers and processes disciplinary actions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or can substitute experience for the degree.
- Professional certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred, but not required.
- 4 - 6 years of HR experience with companies having +100 employees
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
