Job purpose
Samplers collect random samples of cannabis and cannabis products in a manner prescribed by state and local regulations and company policy. Samplers work largely in the field, driving to customer sites, and working directly with clients to collect the samples. Samplers will report to the lab at the beginning and end of each shift to receive instructions and drop off samples. Samplers will maintain a chain of custody of products sampled, and ensure the sampling takes place using appropriate and clean tools and protective wear. Samplers are also responsible for developing customer relationships and collecting payments from customers.
Duties and responsibilities
Sample Collection:
- Randomly select samples for testing using the appropriate procedures
- Document sample and client information
- Maintain proper chain of custody of the samples from the client to the laboratory
Customer Relations:
- Contact clients to determine their sampling needs to create a sampling plan
(e.g.# of batches, requested analyses, sample information) and schedule sample collection. Schedule events in conjunction with client communication
- Collect payments from clients
Qualifications
Cannabis testing samplers must be 21 years old or older. Sampler must also have an excellent driving record and excellent customer service skills.
Working conditions
This job may include some extended work hours or weekend work and other
busy seasons as well as travel to client facilities or processing sites. This job will also require the applicant to drive to Huntington, OR every 2 weeks for sampling events and stay in accommodations overnight (if they would like) and drive back. A company vehicle will be provided for this commute, but you must also have a reliable form of transportation.
Physical requirements
This job requires long periods of standing and driving.

- Maintaining work area per SOP
Qualifications:
- Dependable, on-time, & available for full shift (Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm)
- Training shift begins M-F 9-5 for a month before transitioning to evening shift
- High level knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently within the confines of existing SOPs
- Comfortable asking for help in new situations and confident enough to attempt problem solving first

This full time position is anticipated to work 9:00-5:00 Tuesday-Sunday.
Position description:
Successful applicants will be responsible for reporting of various hemp and cannabis products in compliance with regulatory requirements and applicable internal protocols and SOPs.
The Reporter is a client-oriented customer serving role so we are looking for kind, motivated, sociable and friendly type listeners, who care about our family of co-workers and clients.
This job requires attention to detail, customer service skills, and excellent communication know-how.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
Report analysis of cannabis and hemp in compliance with the Oregon Health Authority, OLCC, ODA, and Orelap guidelines.
Follow all PREE standard operating procedures (SOP'S) and TNI Standards.
Communicate with co-workers both in the field and within the laboratory.
Maintain a safe, clean, well organized, and efficient work environment.
Continuous Learning-Stay current with SOPs and any changes to the rules/regulations of the listed governing agencies.
Keep detailed records and documentation while following our sample plan worksheet and chain of custody protocols.

Must be 21 or older.
Education/Previous Experience:
Prior Experience in the Cannabis Industry is a huge plus but not a must. Must be able to follow SOPs and document laboratory sampling activities. Excellent oral and written communication skills. BS in a Science related field is preferred but not required. Basic Computer skills are a must!
Skill sets:
Work as part of a team, as well as individually, and maintain strong/prompt communication with coworkers and clients.
Must be self-motivated to finish tasks on time.
MUST be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Position Description:
We are looking for a reliable QA Manger to ensure that all external and internal requirements are met before our product reaches our customers. You will be responsible for inspecting procedures and outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues. An excellent QA Manager has eyes like a hawk and solid experience in quality control. The ideal candidate is a reliable and competent professional whose approval will be necessary for the continuation of a business life cycle.
The QA Manager is responsible for the oversight and review of quality control data but is independent from laboratory operations. The QA Manager's training and proof of experience in QA/QC procedures, knowledge of analytical methods, and familiarity with the laboratory's management system is vital to the success of the laboratory. The QA Manager must have a bachelor's degree in science and experience in an environmental lab setting.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and update standard operating procedures to inspect and report quality issues in conjunction with laboratory director and manager
- Monitor all operations that affect quality
- Supervise and train technicians and other staff
- Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output
- Appraise customers’ requirements and make sure they are satisfied
- Report all malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action
- Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data
- Review current standards and policies
- Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation
- Ensure all legal standards are met
- Communicate with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspections
Skills
- Proven experience as a quality assurance manager or relevant role
- Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
