Position Summary:

General summary:
The ASM must be a team player and always looking to achieve store productivity goals. This professional will be apart of a small team of cannabis enthusiasts so don’t bring negative energy to the team.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assumes overall responsibility for the store

Job duties will also include assisting patients with determining which strain and method of cannabis would best suite their ailments, handling cash transactions, counting and organizing cannabis inventory, receptioning, budtending, managing, and knowing and abiding by the Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission regulations.
Having knowledge about the cannabis industry or cannabis in general is always a plus but not mandatory upon applying. If hired, you will receive full training on everything cannabis. Training will take 1-2 weeks unless we deem more training is necessary. Once fully trained you will be up to speed on everything cannabis and all the rules and regulations of the Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission.

- Create invoices for all retail transactions for every brand Bloom Network does business within 4 hours of receiving. If received at the end of the day, please create the invoice at the start of your shift the following business day.
- Create a weekly report including projected sales, delivered sales, and any relevant sales information
- Be available to work 9-5 Monday through Friday unless otherwise scheduled. Be available for every scheduled manager call and team calls.
- Make sure all Metrc documentation is completed with signatures and brought back to the facility after a fulfillment is completed.
- Maintain all activity logs on a daily basis (e.g., new + old appointments, follow-ups, promos, weekly + monthly sales, etc.) including CRM (Customer RelationshipManagement) file via hubspot
- Update Google Calendar for new Buyer meetings.
- Scouting potential leads and bringing in new accounts, being available for trade shows and or brand demonstrations with retail partners, help lead goal setting for lead generation to set minimum target expectations.
- Help weekly with the driver logistics log for all retail sales.
- Develop and maintain daily plans to maximize a high volume of meetings, including preplanning, adhering to metrics, and customizing scripts to market segments and prospect type.
- Staying current with industry trends, market research, pop culture, industry technology, and developing products, within our company and the market.
- Fulfilling orders, handling/processing returns, logistics of sample distribution w/ your driver, validating and verifying the accuracy of the both outgoing orders and returns. Be the first point of contact and signature for incoming, be the second point of contact and second signature for outgoing
- Sales training and weekly meeting participation regarding Bloom Network’s brand product differentiation, and upcoming product launches.
- Accomplish goals from a daily, weekly, monthly activity standpoint (e.g., buyer meetings, menu emails, follow-ups, account replenishment, etc.) Work to increase growth by at least 15% from the current average of all retail sales made up to this point.
- Partner with BA’s to maintain brand loyalty and healthy relationships with consumers.

Position Summary: Assist General Manager in all managerial duties and responsibilities. This is a training position, and the assistant should be able to perform tasks to advance, including supervise the daily operations of the dispensary including, but not limited to the following duties: knowledge of and compliance with laws, ordering, sales, cash handling processes, financial reporting, inventory management, customer service, regulatory compliance, customer communication and education, and customer information management.

Required Qualifications:
