Position Summary: Everest Cannabis Co.’s Cultivation Technicians work on our award-winning cannabis farm in Albuquerque's beautiful North Valley. As a Cultivation Technician, you are responsible for a 1200 sq. ft. hoop grow space and will manage quality assurance and operational compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the coordination of all grow operations including but not limited to: quality assurance, potting, manicuring/pruning, harvesting, IPM, nutrient application, and propagation.

A successful Inventory Lead will demonstrate good attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work quickly and independently. Experience using BiotrackTHC, Excel, and Word is preferred but not required.

- Collaborate with manufacturing departments to list expected inbound and outbound shipments
- Receive shipments; unload the shipment, inspect/verify contents, make notations, and sign proper documentation

The Edibles Technician will be responsible for ensuring on-time completion of cannabis edibles and will include preparing raw and finished goods, processing and manufacturing in accordance with Everest sales projections. The Edibles Technician will follow written and verbal instructions, as well as be expected to complete a
variety of culinary, assembly, and organization duties as assigned by their manager.

Assistant Managers are responsible for all the duties that are required of the Cannabis Expert role and regularly perform this role. Additionally, they are required to perform daily administrative managerial duties along with supporting the Store Manager and Sales Floor.
Essential Functions
- *Follow Everest Cannabis Co’s Policies and Procedures for the daily operation and fully comply with the state regulations of cannabis in an adult use market.

Job Description: Everest Cannabis Co.’s Regional Retail Sales Manager is responsible for overall performance of all dispensaries in their region. The Regional Retail Sales Manager will hire new Dispensary Managers, and ensure they are properly trained. The Regional Manager oversees Dispensary Manager activities and participates in hiring and promotions within the dispensary. The Regional Manager works closely with the Director of Retail Strategy to determine strategic goals for each location and provides feedback on products and pricing. The Regional Manager will work closely with all Dispensary Managers to develop monthly plans in order to help them meet their sales goals. An effective Regional Manager will spend at least 70% of their time in the dispensary, developing team members and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Accountabilities:
- Maintain the highest quality customer service, promoting a positive customer experience at all dispensaries in their region.

Job Description: Everest Cannabis Co.’s Regional Retail Sales Manager is responsible for overall performance of all dispensaries in their region. The Regional Retail Sales Manager will hire new Dispensary Managers, and ensure they are properly trained. The Regional Manager oversees Dispensary Manager activities and participates in hiring and promotions within the dispensary. The Regional Manager works closely with the Director of Retail Strategy to determine strategic goals for each location and provides feedback on products and pricing. As a Propagation Shift Lead, you will be responsible for secondary oversight and management of our propagation team; ensuring quality, safety and operational compliance in and around all grow spaces. You will function as a resource for the propagation team when and if the Propagation Manager is absent. In this fast-paced, team-oriented department, all team members are given individual responsibilities while contributing to the larger mission of providing clean, sustainable cannabis to New Mexicans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the coordination of all grow operations including but not limited to: quality assurance, potting, manicuring/pruning, harvesting, and specifically propagation
- Work directly under Propagation Manager to ensure all propagation-specific duties are carried out according to developed SOPs
- Execute tasks and projects assigned by Cultivation Managers in adherence with established policies, procedures and safety standards
- Complete all work assigned during a scheduled shift
- Proactive communication with team members including but not limited to: open communication with management, reporting all security/procedural/quality control issues
- Responsible for being on time for scheduled shifts and communicating with management if unable to meet this requirement
Qualifications:
- Ability to oversee a small team of technicians and hold staff members accountable for quality assurance standards
- Understanding of applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
- Must maintain valid New Mexico driver’s license or state ID
- Must be able pass state and federal background checks * Physical demands are labor-intensive and include regular lifting, walking, standing, crouching, bending over, stooping, repetitive motion, carrying up to 75 pounds, outdoor work for extended periods of time

Job Summary: Everest Cannabis Co.’s Outdoor Grow Manager works on our award-winning cannabis farm, leading a team of outdoor cultivation technicians. You will manage a core staff of dedicated outdoor grow technicians, and will be responsible for assisting in layout design, material gathering, and strategy implementation. You are responsible for overseeing and assisting in all aspects of growing in assigned areas, while ensuring quality, safety, and operational compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all outdoor grow operations including but not limited to transplanting, watering, pruning, treating soil, pest-scouting, fertilization, shade and hail cloth strategy, and scheduling.
- Manage a team of dedicated outdoor technicians, providing guidance and training. Clear communication and transparency are key. Responsible for hiring, terminations, timecard approval, and corrective action as needed for all outdoor team members. Outdoor grow technicians will be a seasonal role and this should be effectively communicated to your hires.
- Ensure the IPM program and specific growing protocols are followed in exact accordance with standard operating procedures as developed by the Chief Cultivator, to ensure timely and effective biological or chemical treatment of insects and diseases.
- Regular reporting to Chief Cultivator regarding crop health, nutrient screenings, water and disease testing, infrastructure quality, etc.
- Proactive and professional communication with all team members and management.
- Follow all operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information, and established policies. Complete all work assigned during scheduled shift.
- Assist in harvest as needed including quality assurance, trimming, etc.
- Responsible for maintaining all security and compliance procedures as detailed by Everest and CCD/RLD regulations.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of farming or agricultural experience required
- 1+ years management experience required, 3+ years preferred

Assistant Managers are responsible for all the duties that are required of the Cannabis Expert role and regularly perform this role. Additionally, they are required to perform daily administrative managerial duties along with supporting the Store Manager and Sales Floor.
Essential Functions
- *Follow Everest Cannabis Co’s Policies and Procedures for the daily operation and fully comply with the state regulations of cannabis in an adult use market.
- *Provide exceptional product expertise and knowledge to guests and explain the effects and potential benefits of cannabis along with its proper use.
- *Efficiently communicating marketing events and sales to all relevant team members.
- Demonstrates effective sales tactics and service demeanor to fellow associates.
- Perform daily managerial store opening and closing duties.
