Position Summary:

Duties/Responsibilities:

Within the cultivation assistant role there is a heavy emphasis on cleaning. The cultivation assistant is primarily responsible for cleaning, upkeep and sanitation of the cultivation facility. Including, but not limited to, breaking down and setting up rooms, washing and sanitizing equipment.
Responsibilities and Duties but not limited:
- Continuous systematic cleaning and sanitizing of grow facility and machinery; dispose of waste according to strict compliance guidelines.
- Follows SOP’s and comply with all safety regulations.
- Learn and apply safe and effective commercial marijuana cultivation techniques.
- Consistently perform daily work in assigned cultivation rooms such as cloning, transplanting, pruning, plant training, and cleaning of cultivation rooms/work areas.

Hollister Holistics is currently seeking to post an In-House Sales Representative. This position requires savvy negotiating skills, aptitude for building and continuing to grow successful business partnerships. This individual must be a self-starter. This position is required to meet a monthly sales quota as set by the Director of Sales and will report to the CEO and COO.
This position will be starting at a base salary equivalent to $60,000 with a 2%-3% commission, pending on the sales total per month. The commission is variable based on the sales reps monthly sales volume. Any monthly sales under $80,000 will be awarded a commission of 2%. Any monthly sales over $80,000 will be awarded 3%. The In-House Sales Representative will be reimbursed for mileage every month. We will be using Mile IQ to track their miles. This position would require a minimum of 3 years experience with sales to retail. Cannabis sales preferred.

This is a part-time bookkeeping position in the cannabis industry which requires a flexible schedule 10-16 hours a week, Monday through Friday. The individual must be trustworthy, have good etiquette, reliable, determined, & have their own transportation. Overall, this individual must be a team player with a friendly demeanor. Experience using QuickBooks and Excel is essential.
An Associate's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business if preferred. On the job training will be provided, but great attention to detail is expected. Summary: Under general supervision of the Post-Harvest Manager, Trimmers are responsible for assisting in the harvesting, handling, storage, processing, activities. You will also be responsible for equipment sanitization and sterilization.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Must have the ability to hand trim 2 lbs. of finished flower per day
- Communicate with the Post Harvest Manager or Head of Cultivation to assess needs
- Keep detailed harvest records
- Monitor quantity and quality of harvest crews work
- Help cultivation staff when grow is completed
- Ensure that workstation is clean and organized
- Organize and separate buds as directed
- Ensures the stability and reputation of the cultivation facility by complying with all federal, state, and local legal requirements
- Other duties as assigned

Full-time temporary work Monday - Friday with some weekends.
