Knowledge of the medical cannabis industry is a plus.
Primary responsibilities:
- Respond to telephonic inquiries and requests for products
- Communicate with patients/caregivers via telephone about delivery and product status
- Enter relevant information into Point of Sale system in a timely manner
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure patient needs are met in a timely and confidential manner.
- Telephonically greet patients. Answer phones, take messages, return calls and provide needed information, while documenting all phone calls accurately and completely.
- Register patients. Confirm, enter, and/or update all required demographic data on patient system. Follow procedures when identifying patients.
- Maintain department and/or individual work queues and reports as required.
Skills and Abilities:
- Computer skills required; Point of Sale software preferred
- Attention to detail and the ability to abide by policies, procedures and operational guidelines.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential patient information

Position Overview
Nature’s Medicines Patient service providers (PSR) are responsible for interfacing and consulting with qualified patients and caregivers.
