Hana Meds is looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This includes nights and weekends. Main working days will be Monday, Friday, and Saturday. This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus.
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome patients and greet people who visit the business. You will coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients as soon as they arrive at the office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
Skills
- Being bilingual (Spanish/English) will be very helpful in this role
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)

General Summary: As a patient representative you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients. Key priorities include greeting patients, assisting them with selection of medicine, completing transactions, upholding compliance with the AMMA and answering questions regarding medical cannabis. We will provide you with the proper educational tools to assist you in learning the industry.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provides patient engagement in positive and approachable manner.
- Assists in maintaining a clean, well-stocked dispensary for patients.
- Helps in the inputting of inventory into the software program.
- Independently replenishes medicine, rolls pre-rolls, etc.
- Accurately handles customer funds and processes transactions using the POS system.
- Remains constantly aware of patient activity to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
- Performs all other duties as assigned in order to maintain an effective and profitable store operation.
- Correct and accurate balancing of registers and cash reconciliation daily.
- Maintain full compliance with the AMMA and AZDHS.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.15 per hour
Main working days include: Monday, Friday, and Saturday.

Position Requirements:

Hana Meds is looking for cultivation/growers in Chino Valley! This position provides manual labor to support the activities and operations of the Cultivation Department, while abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines.
Essential Functions:
Assist with the coordination of all grow operations including: daily activities, quality assurance, potting, manicuring, harvesting, and trimming as well as assuring compliance with local, state, and federal licensing requirements.
Responsible for executing assigned tasks, projects and expectations in accordance with Hana Meds’ mission, vision, goals, and objectives.
Responsible for completing any work assigned to them during their scheduled shift, as well as information sharing.
Maintain open communication with the management team and other co-workers.
Report employee issues or product situations to management.
Responsible for following all operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information and policies when performing duties.
