- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day cultivation activities and adjusting workflow and procedures in order to increase yields, efficiency, and overall performance. Compensation

Overview
The Greenhouse Manager plays a vital role in the overarching success of our greenhouse cultivation operation. They will oversee the plant cycle from the very beginnings of the vegetative stage, all the way until the harvest of the plants. They are simultaneously looking at the workflow in front of them, and carefully planning both the backend, and future, of the plants, and will have a bird’s eye, high level, vision of the entire lifecycle of the plant from clone through till harvest.
Day to day you will be coordinating with the Nursery Manager to ensure that a consistent schedule is met to feed plants into the greenhouse for veg and flower. You will also be coordinating, and directly leading both the Veg Manager, as well as the Flower and Harvest Manager to ensure that schedules are met, plant health and vitality is maintained, and production goals are met. You will be directly responsible for managing, planning, organizing, and executing the goals set forth by management to ensure the overall workflow, and success, of the greenhouse. The Greenhouse Manager will report directly to the General Manager, and together will create a plan of action to meet the goals of upper management.

Personnel Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure the overall heath and success of all plants in the greenhouse, from the early vegetative cycle all the way through till harvest. While the primary responsibility will be ensuring the success of the plants within the greenhouse, this role will work closely with the Nursery Manager to make sure clones are healthy and ready to feed the greenhouse, as well as with the Harvest and Post-Harvest Managers to ensure that the plants are properly taken care of before and after.
- Lead and manage the Veg Manager, Flower Manager, and Harvest Manager, ensuring cross department communication, workflow, and success. Additionally, the Greenhouse Manager will lead and manage employees to ensure that production goals are met and that things are in full compliance with all state and local regulations.
- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day cultivation activities and adjusting workflow and procedures in order to increase yields, efficiency, and overall performance. Oversee proper techniques related to cultivation including, but not limited to transplanting, pruning, defoliating, watering, feeding, and harvesting.
- Create, implement, and follow a strict IPM program to mitigate against, and actively combat, risks associated with pests, bacteria, mold, and the like.
- Develop and adhere to cultivation schedules, ensuring plants are receiving the optimal amount of time in the veg stages, and flower stages, as well as planning the overall schedule of harvests to ensure a smooth and consistent work and product flow.
- Create, maintain, and update SOPs as related to ongoing cultivation efforts, and enforce strict adherence throughout the facility.
- Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and general traceability of plants including plants counts (both physically and in LeafLogix), as well as taking corrective measures to account for plant inventory discrepancies.
- Assist with calculating production yields and have a continuous improvement mindset in order to incrementally get more efficient as we grow in operations.
- Monitor stock of cultivation supplies, equipment, nutrients, etc. and work with the General Manager and/or Procurement Manager to order supplies, and to make sure we always have the tools needed on hand.
- Provide job responsibility, HR management, and task management, as well as work directly with the General Manager on reporting task schedules, work performance, and any other issues that may arise.
