As the nature of this industry can be taboo to some, it is important that Patient Service Representatives are approachable, knowledgeable and can develop personable interactions with a professional delivery. As the face of the dispensary, It is important that Patient Service Representatives practice superb listening skills, provide knowledge and guidance while educating patients about how Nature Med’s services and products can best suit their needs.
It is imperative that Patient Service Representatives provide the best educated recommendation possible when consulting patients, as it is prohibited to make any definitive prescription for patient ailments.
Daily Operations
- Greet Patients, Welcome Patients to the dispensary; demonstrate excellent communication skills and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain the efficient work flow of patients, Practice Patient Priority.
- Check / Scan customers' ID to verify legal age, Validate patient info and allotment for purchase
- Confidently answer customers’ questions regarding the different strains of cannabis, their medicinal uses, and methods of consumption.
- Guide and direct customers in their cannabis purchasing journey; advise them on cannabis products based on their preferences, needs, and budget.
- Answer customer questions and concerns; ensure that they are well-informed and leave the store satisfied with their purchases and reason to return.
- Process customers' payments via the dispensary's point of sale system; ensure compliance in all transactions.
- Meet and exceed sales goals; participate in incentives; ensure that the sales floor is adequately stocked.
- Assist with opening/closing of stores and other tasks as assigned.
- Maintain a clean and presentable sales floor in addition to overall cleanliness of the dispensary.

Daily Operations
- Greet Patients, Welcome Patients to the dispensary; demonstrate excellent communication skills and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain the efficient work flow of patients, Practice Patient Priority.
- Check / Scan customers' ID to verify legal age, Validate patient info and allotment for purchase
- Confidently answer customers’ questions regarding the different strains of cannabis, their medicinal uses, and methods of consumption.
- Guide and direct customers in their cannabis purchasing journey; advise them on cannabis products based on their preferences, needs, and budget.

Job Description: As the Store Manager you will report directly to the Director of Operations and will be responsible for direct oversight of the daily operations of a cannabis retail dispensary while cultivating a strong group of professionals through training, mentoring, and development.
