DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES *
- Work closely with Managers to help meet supply needs, quality and delivery requirements
- Part time driver to assist when a driver is out
- Shipping and receiving duties: Inspect shipments for accuracy and completeness, receive/unpack items as necessary
- Provide information on items in stock, location, quantities, and movement of inventory all upon request
- Record, count, and stock items including full and cycle counts
- Maintain spreadsheets and systems to input entries for all non-production related inventory transactions
- Work directly with Manager to ensure facility is maintained in an organized and efficient manner
- Pull and pack orders for distribution
- Manage QA of order picking
- Process order returns and wasted product
- Assist with and actively participate in internal and external inventory and packaged goods audits
- Fulfill all duties related to packaging finished stock and preparing orders for delivery in accordance with established regulations, labeling requirements, etc.
- Comply with all rules and regulations as identified by the state
- Work collectively and respectfully with other team members
QUALIFICATIONS *
- Good interpersonal skills; must be capable of effectively interacting at all levels in the organization.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
- 3+ years experience in inventory control and distribution
- Detail oriented / analytical thinker with an eye on process optimization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to manage high stress situations, and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES *
- Under the supervision of the Inventory Manager, perform cycle counts, update physical inventory and ensure inventory is accurate at all times
- Work closely with Managers to help meet supply needs, quality and delivery requirements
- Provide information on items in stock, location, quantities, and movement of inventory all upon request
- Follow company standardized protocols for report creation to deliver reporting on inventory received, inventory on-hand, movement, orders packed, orders delivered, orders returned.
- Record, count, and stock items including full and cycle counts
- Maintain spreadsheets and systems to input entries for all non-production related inventory transactions
- Work directly with Manager to ensure facility is maintained in an organized and efficient manner
- Monitor inventory and reconcile physical inventories with records
- Shipping and receiving duties: Inspect shipments for accuracy and completeness, receive/unpack items as necessary
- Pull and pack orders for distribution
- Manage QA of order picking
- Process order returns and wasted product
- Manage inventory storage areas
- Assist with and actively participate in internal and external inventory and packaged goods audits
- Fulfill all duties related to packaging finished stock and preparing orders for delivery in accordance with established regulations, labeling requirements, etc.
- Comply with all rules and regulations as identified by the state
- Work collectively and respectfully with other team members
QUALIFICATIONS *
- Good interpersonal skills; must be capable of effectively interacting at all levels in the organization.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- 3+ years experience in inventory control and distribution
- Able to travel between two locations in the Gainesville/Alachua area
- Detail oriented / analytical thinker with an eye on process optimization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to manage high stress situations, and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Must have the ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 pounds if relevant to job duties listed above.
- Throughout extended periods, must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking throughout the work day.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and through written media.
- Must be able to handle constructive criticism and guidance and offer the same to others in the department.
- Ability to articulate job goals in a manner they're completed effectively the first time.
- At least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the US.
- Proper employment documentation; reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- If necessary, ability to work 7 days per week and to be flexible with schedule.
- Environmental Requirements and Exposure, depending on work location:
- Exposure to fertilizer, dusts, odors, high heat, low temperature, high and low humidity, high noise levels, vibrations, water, dry salts, allergens, pollen, dust, plant pathogens, other volatile organic compounds, and other environmental variables.
EDUCATION *
- Minimum High School or G.E.D equivalent is required.

LBS Distribution is seeking a Full-time Distribution Associate to add to our team!
Summary:
A Distribution Associate performs a variety of shipping and receiving tasks such as assisting in coordinating incoming and outgoing deliveries of bulk cannabis, soft goods, finished goods, loading and unloading company products, checking and inspecting loads received or staged for accuracy/visual damage, data entry, maintaining records, cycle counts and other duties as needed.
Responsibilities Include:
- Check weights and documentation of incoming and outgoing cannabis shipments
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing products
- Verify the Chain of Custody is complete per the Supply Chain Dept. and Bureau of Cannabis Control standards
- Ensure the organization of raw goods and finished goods inventory
- Responsible for performing inventory cycle counts of raw & finished goods and providing physical inventory reports as needed
- Prepare and organize raw goods for daily production
- Check issued raw goods in and out of the cage
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-year experience with shipping, receiving and planning
- Knowledge of company products, weights and case /pallet counts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
- Ability to work positively in a team environment
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Must have excellent documentation skills
- Basic arithmetic, MS Word and Excel proficiency
- Familiar with UID / Metrc tags and processes

Primary job duties include:
- For intake and outbound order preparation and processing.
- Pack and/or verify accurate product, UID, count and vendor/customer order requirements for orders.
- Accurately complete QAR checklist.
- Communicate any compliance issues with management to facilitate resolution, as applicable.

- Upkeep warehouse cleanliness.
- Perform periodic inventory audit.
- Achieve productivity targets and product receipt and shipping standards.
- Loss prevention.
- Complete driver checklist and vehicle inspection form with distribution driver prior to departing from and upon returning to the warehouse.
- Successfully complete all required training as assigned by management.
- While performing job duties, abide by all operational requirements as set by the Company and state and local law.
- Any warehouse/distribution duties as assigned by management.
