Requirements:
- Oversee, manage and improve overall business functions of the company. Manage all department heads.
- Responsible for maintaining knowledge of Title 6 and other regulatory compliance. Implement and oversee policies and procedures to ensure compliant operations.
- Participate in the creation and implementation of company goals
- Coaching and development of direct supports
- Communicate company strategy and results to direct supports

- Follow established policies for sales / customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and promote brand loyalty.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of every product and strain in the store.
- Help customers make the right choices by knowing how different methods of cannabis consumption affect our patients differently and suggesting dosage starting points and upward titration for inexperienced members.

We are looking for energetic, results-driven individuals to join our rapidly growing team and industry.Job DescriptionThe Cultivation Technicians are responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company's cultivation operation from seedlings to harvest.
Essential functions:
- Supports the Director of Cultivation in various ways such as planting, trimming, watering and pruning plants, resetting the room for the next harvest, making adjustments to the lighting, water, Hvac and room systems. properly disposing of waste, filling out the logs and the sheet for data.
- Maintains the cleanliness of growing areas and may assist in monitoring and documenting plant growth.
QualificationsEducation: High School diploma/GED
Experience: Horticulture / Indoor horticulture operation experience required at least 1-2 years
Age: State law requires that applicants be 21 years old and over.
