You will be managing all incoming phone/texts orders needed for Hidden Treasure Delivery - a state licensed recreational and medical cannabis delivery out of Sacramento office and will have opening and closing responsibilities on the weekends and some weekdays.
Dispatching hours: 4-6 Hours Sat and Sunday to start.
Starting Shift 9:00 AM
Closing procedures 8:00-11:00 PM
Reloading totes: 2-3 Days a week and weekend 8:30pm-10:30PM evening shift weekday and weekend coverage

Position Summary

Requirements:
- 6+ years of call center management experience
- Prior experience as the manager or director of a call center
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

- Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of management principles and familiarity with company services and policies.
