The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator, be able to remain calm + composed, and work well in high stress/high volume situations. A great work ethic, great multitasking skills, great communication/customer service skills, common sense, and trustworthiness are required. Everything else can be trained! You are the first point of customer communication for the company, so it is important that you represent the company well!
You must own a computer that can function with multiple programs open at once. We provide an external monitor that will be used.
By law, must be 21 or older.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customer through phone, email, and text on computer.
- Process orders (everything related to this process)
- Route drivers
- Data entry/data management
- Organize inventory
- Communicate with team members during work flow
- Maintain inventory
Skills/Requirements
- Fast typer - we will have you take a typing test before an interview.
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Proficient in math related to money and taxes
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
- Active listener with excellent communication skills
- Sound judgement and critical thinking
- Common sense
- Trustworthy
- Detail oriented
- Cannabis experience is NOT required!
