We are a newly expanded cannabis delivery service seeking drivers with clean driving and criminal backgrounds. Evening and/or weekend availability is a must. Candidates must be over 21.

Our drivers are responsible for:
-Confirming that packed orders match what's on the customer's invoice
-Safely transporting orders to customers in a timely fashion
-Verifying ID with every order
-Collecting cash and processing/confirming electronic payment (Debit Cards and Paytender)
-Effectively communicating with dispatch to resolve unanticipated issues in the delivery process
-Serving as an ambassador for our brand with the highest level of customer service and professionalism

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Dispatchers are the customer service lead of our organization. Their primary responsibilities include:

-Guiding customers through the ordering and delivery process
-Answering phones & product questions
-Creating, receiving, processing, packing orders
-Creating delivery routes for drivers
-Responding to company emails
-Maintaining a clean workspace
-Serving as the intermediary between drivers and customers prior to delivery
-Verifying IDs prior to delivery

The right person will have the following skills:
-Top quality customer service
-Excellent written and verbal communication
-Ability to quickly and effectively solve problems
-Adaptability to consistent change
-MULTITASKING!
-Basic cannabis knowledge, and the desire to learn more
-Basic algebra
-A clean federal and state background check
