We are seeking a professional, reliable, enthusiastic Field Marketing & Community Outreach Manager to help grow 1906 business in the Berkshires/Western Massachusetts market. As a successful candidate, you will serve as the face and voice of 1906 in the region, build brand recognition, and drive retail engagement and executional excellence (training budtenders, merchandising, consumer engagement and education, promotions, incentives, and launches). You will communicate and engage with our sales & marketing team, and our dispensary customers in meaningful ways to increase our company's brand awareness and help generate new sales opportunities. You will seek out community groups and partnerships to expand our audience and drive adoption and awareness of 1906 outside the dispensary.
JOB DUTIES:
- Understand 1906's mission, vision, team structure, and goals
- Understand all 1906 products and experiences and be able to clearly communicate this information to others
- Maintain a positive image of the brand at all times
- Act as a liaison between 1906 marketing and sales teams in sharing information and opportunities.
- Develop a clear and concise communication format with the teams to support objectives while in stores
- Scout for expanded visual merchandising opportunities in dispensaries
- Build rapport with current and potential customers and dispensaries
- Work closely with both 1906 sales and marketing staff + dispensaries to bring activity to life in market
- Lead in-dispensary pop-ups and budtender educations
- Support broader event activations on-site as needed
- Tracking results from sales support, pop-ups and budtender educations
- Lead development of local Brand Ambassador team as market need grows
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Age 21+
- Previous experience as an account representative, sales, brand ambassador or similar role is strongly desired, as well as knowledge of sales and marketing principles
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Engaging, outgoing, approachable personality
- Reliable, self-starter and team player
- Must be able to work independently/remotely
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel within Massachusetts using your own vehicle.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Communications or a related field (preferred)
- CPG experience in Alcohol, Cosmetics, Pharma or Food preferred.
- Availability to work weekends. This role is a full-time salaried position with weekend work required to facilitate events and in-store pop-ups.

Role overview

As a successful candidate, you will build brand recognition by forming professional working relationships with retail partnerships, and showcase abilities delivering marketing and promotion materials. You will engage with our retail partnerships and sales & marketing teams, to provide visually stimulating displays, deliver educational marketing material, and showcase our company's brand.
Responsibilities:

- Understand 1906 products and experiences, and execute visually appealing displays in the retail space with a high caliber of attention to detail and showcase of creative abilities

We produce, then license our suite of experience-focused, plant-based edibles (drops, beans, and chocolate peanut butter cups) to licensee partners in eight states. We have seen rapid growth to new markets in 2022. We are adding to our team to support these substantial growth plans. Including the addition of multiple other markets before the close of this year. This new role will help accelerate our team's progress.
The Brand Ambassador plays a key role in representing the 1906 brand at dispensaries and outreach events. This is a 1099 position that supports both the Marketing and Sales teams to drive revenue growth, increase brand visibility, consumer engagement, and strengthen key partnerships.

- Support Marketing and Sales teams in the field through implementation of marketing activations including but not limited to in-store pop-ups and other industry events
- Work collaboratively with Sales & Marketing to increase sales, engage retail sales staff, merchandise displays, and increase 1906 brand presence in-store
- Always represent the brand and company in a positive and professional manner
- Maintain high level of product knowledge and clearly communicate product details and benefits to customers and retail staff
- Activate retail accounts through marketing and sales initiatives, events, and merchandising product displays
- Build and maintain positive relationships with industry and dispensary contacts
- Provide regular post-event reports to Sales and Field Marketing team
- Collaborate with Sales Team to identify & prioritize account needs, growth opportunities, and implementation of sales & marketing initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Highly approachable & warm personality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule. Weekends are when the majority of our events take place, availability for this is crucial.
- Skilled in relationship building
- Punctuality and excellent time-management skills

- General understanding of cannabis & cannabis culture
- Must have own vehicle with sufficient space to transport event materials to and from events across OH

HOW WE WORK:
Join our innovative team to execute directly compressible tablet formulations across our rapidly expanding marketplace. In order to lead the production of the groundbreaking 1906 Drops coated tablets, the successful candidate will understand and facilitate operations of our advanced, high-speed machinery that processes powder into tablets, help train new machine operators in daily tasks, and troubleshoot problems. Exceptional attention to detail is essential as this person is responsible for actively monitoring and tracking product quality, production yields and equipment performance. Ideal candidates will bring flexibility, excellent communication skills, and an enthusiasm for travel as this position requires travel approximately up to 40 % of the time to external markets outside of the tri-state area.
JOB DUTIES:
- Batch record review and execution. Powder dispensing to prescribed quantities. Infusion (granulation), blending, compression and coating of compressed tablets to pharmaceutical standards.
- Operation of machines within cGMP's , safety, and regulatory guidelines
- Exceed acceptable quality and production goals
- Conduct in-process checks of every produced product in predetermined time frames
- Disassemble, clean, and reassemble machine and auxiliary equipment in a compliant and correct manner
- Train new machine operators in accepted correct procedures and policies

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent required, with a vocational specialization and at least one year machine operator experience.

This new role will help accelerate our team's progress. The Designer will work with the design director, CMO, designers, project managers, social media manager, and a variety of other freelancers and internal teams including sales, retail and media teams.
We are a lean team who pivots quickly to respond to market changes, real-time retail needs, consumer input, tech breakthroughs, and larger cultural shifts. We create our own "briefs", often on the spot, change direction on a dime, have impromptu collaboration sessions with the founders and maintain an experimental, iterative and non-siloed creative culture.

This will position will be on-site at our Phoenix, AZ headquarters Monday through Friday, 1st shift.
Job Duties:
- Package both individual units and master cases on our high packaging lines
- Read batch labels and apply to all products as instructed in a timely manner
- Assist with daily cleaning responsibilities and facility upkeep
- Maintain all Arizona Facility Agent best practices and procedures within the scope of work
- Assist production manager and packaging leads with any other duties assigned to accomplish daily deliverables based off of the production schedule
Qualifications:

Our operations team is seeking a Brand Ambassador!! This iposition will be ON-SITE at cannabis facilities across the state of Ohio. This job is 30+ hours per week. Events primarily take place on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

The Brand Ambassador plays a key role in representing the 1906 brand at dispensaries and outreach events. JOB DUTIES:
- Support Marketing and Sales teams in the field through implementation of marketing activations including but not limited to in-store pop-ups and other industry events

Our operations team is seeking a Production Planner (Finite Scheduler!! This position will be part of 1906's manufacturing division and support production, business, and other processes in a team-based environment. This role is a hybrid (3 day on-site, 2 day remote) opportunity based in Denver, Colorado.
The Production Planner (Finite Scheduler) will help to ensure that the organization has the products and raw materials we need, when we need them. This position will have full responsibility for all mid- and long-term planning requirements for national 1906 operations. This role will deliver, and maintain, detailed process schedules for the manufacturing facilities, aligning with the High Level Schedule (HLS) and Standard Work models to ensure the manufacture of product is carried out in an efficient and in the correct sequence. Assuring on an aligned 4 week out production schedule and creating the 3-month forward plan for the facilities. Additionally, performing 6 months to 3-year capacity plans for the manufacturing locations & Key Ingredient/Packaging Suppliers. Operational Execution includes delivering fill rate of 98.5%, keeping inventories to acceptable levels to meet service, reduce obsolescence, and working with the plants & suppliers to optimize the schedule to reduce the conversion costs.
JOB DUTIES:
- Deliver a finite schedule of production activities, and liaise with the production teams to create, maintain, and communicate, the finite production schedule.
- Manage the flow of all production material and work orders, preventative maintenance using ERP and MRP tools
- Generate process models to identify capacity constraints and to model solutions; provide guidance when schedule attainment/inventory shortages/quality problems arise and communicate issues to team.
- Work with teams to create the 4 week out production schedule to deliver Case Fill Rate of at least 98.5% while not exceeding inventory targets and utilizing available labor pool.
- Create and align on a 12-month rolling and 3-year capacity analysis by facility to determine constraints in production capacity, labor requirements, materials needs, etc.
- Work with 1906 national manufacturing facilities to create actions to resolve and escalate to the S&OP process concerns.
- Responsible/Accountable for KPIs such as Fill Rates, Capacity Utilization & Attainment, Inventory Plan vs Targets and Production Schedule Adherence.
- Collaborate with 1906 Supply Teams to collate supply needs by region, and then translate to loads to drive monthly Capacity Reviews with facilities and key suppliers.
- Review and advise on feasibility looking across the network to support incremental volumes for Promotions, new distribution and other Big Events.
- Launch all new products by ship dates - highlighting to S&OP Leads, Planning Leads and appropriate x-functional peers when there are risks to timing and/or product availability. Responsible for accurate Product Master Data setups in the system as new SKUs are launched.
- Collaborate closely across operations to manage Finished Goods, Ingredient and Packaging inventories to meet service & working capital objectives.
- Update Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP) report to accurately reflect intended build of finished goods, incorporating S&OP aspects such as pre-building inventory to level load production and achieving Target weeks of Supply.
- Build and maintain strong ERP network relationships with key stakeholders to build knowledge, best practice to support and influence effective issue resolution or business improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ Years of proven Planning/Scheduling/Forecasting Experience in a Manufacturing environment
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems
- Production experience in a cGMP manufacturing area
- Credible team player with good influence skills, particularly with regards to qualitative, abstract concepts

As a Staff Accountant you will handle full-cycle accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, supporting month end close, and reporting.
JOB DUTIES:
- Accounts Receivable – Payment application to customer accounts and issuing credit memos when needed.
- Research and resolve customer account variances.
- Follow up with customers on past due balances and ensure receivables are collected promptly.

As Production Manager, you will work hands-on with cross-functional team members (manufacturing supervision/staff, purchasing, R&D, sales, maintenance, etc.) to research and resolve issues that impact achievement of production schedules, and drive continuous improvement in the overall production scheduling process. This is a strategic role that will supervise, and develop Colorado Operations Talent for all operations from pre-production, production, and packaging, while maintaining the 1906 "no assholes" professional manufacturing culture.
The Production Manager will report to our Director of Operations.
JOB DUTIES:
- Lead Operations in determining most efficient utilization of production staff, through workforce schedule management and production planning
- Implement and maintain a performance improvement/employee development program
- Assist in implementation of an ERP system selection, and lead implementation
- Maintain inventory levels
- Assist Director and VP of Operations with employee policy procedures
- Collaborate to develop/update efficient, impactful Standard Operating Procedures.
- Supervise equipment calibration and preventative maintenance
- Track formula history on equipment to ensure all items are running as optimally as feasible.
- Independently author controlled documentation, including, commercial batch records, experimental trials, commercial investigations, raw material specification documentation, etc.
- Lead weekly/daily business reviews (including agenda, action items, and production calendar)
- Lead the daily CO Operations review, providing Daily Operations summaries to the manufacturing team, supply chain, and management.
- Implement 5S organization and HACCP evaluations across the Operation.
- Actively and systematically look to improve processes related to production scheduling and throughout in all facilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7+ years experience in high volume production for a food or nutraceutical organization
- Strong supervisory background, managing a team of 10+ direct reports
- Advanced in inventory management and reporting
- Advanced knowledge of cGMP
- Exceptional attention to detail and documentation.
- Demonstrated understanding units of measure, particularly metric system.
- Material processing experience, capable of following manufacturing instructions and executing dispensing of both powders and liquids to exact quantities.

This will position will be on-site at our Phoenix, AZ facility Monday through Friday.
Job Duties:
- Package both individual units and master cases on our high packaging lines
- Read batch labels and apply to all products as instructed in a timely manner
- Assist with daily cleaning responsibilities and facility upkeep
- Maintain all MED best practices and procedures within the scope of work
- Assist production manager and packaging leads with any other duties assigned to accomplish daily deliverables based off of the production schedule

Role overview
We are seeking a professional, reliable, enthusiastic Travel Coordinator & Comfort Concierge to help support our team of Traveling Tablet Technicians. This position has 100% remote capabilities. At 1906, our Travel Tableting Technicians are the heartbeat of our organizations, and VIP's of the company. These Technicians go to the variety of states that we're in (and expanding to) to carry out production of our products, to then be distributed and placed on shelves for our customers to purchase! These technicians work a 2 week on, one week off schedule, and this person would be their point of contact for everything and anything they need during their time away.
Responsibilities:
- Understand 1906's mission, vision, and goals
- Schedule all travel accommodations for the traveling production team (this includes flights, hotels, and car rentals)
- Manage itinerary and communications to team regarding arrangements
- Project trends and "run" completion dates, and future timelines to get ahead of scheduling and coordination
- Research and present cost-saving strategic measures for our frequent corporate travel (Corporate Leasing? Fleet Vehicles vs. Rentals? Etc.)
- Work closely with the 1906 accounting team to manage per-diem disbursements
- Provide Traveling team with white glove service, as their main point of contact for their needs during their trips - our traveling team does work on weekends and holidays. This person will need to be on an "on call" basis.
- Troubleshoot any last minute changes or problems with reservations and travel
- Manage corporate travel rewards and accounts to get us the best return on our spend!

In 2022, we are expanding to more new markets, including Michigan, Ohio, Florida, Pennsylvania, New Mexico, and New Jersey. We are adding to our team to support these substantial growth plans.
This new role will help accelerate our team's progress. The Controller will report to our VP of Finance This can be a remote position, but ideally the candidate will be located in the Denver area, and work one day per week on-site from our Five Points office or Henderson, CO licensed manufacturing facility.
As Controller, you will direct accounting team activities and priorities including AR, AP, cash management, payroll, fixed assets in accordance with GAAP. Support Executive team with narrated month-end financials (Cash flow, Balance Sheet, Income Statement) and organized close schedules. You will take a proactive approach to accounting system upgrades to enable high utilization across the organization. Ensure all tax obligations are met (sales tax, owner's draws, property) and manage annual external CPA firm audit or financial review.
JOB DUTIES:
- Staffs and manages Accounting team, ensuring professional growth and accountability.
- Direct oversight of all GL accounts.
- Liaison to Finance Department and Budget Owners in business.
- Manage capital assets; Ensure proper coding, disposal, amortization and asset tracking.
- File all taxes with city, state or country as applicable in timely, accurate manner. Stay up to date with tax regulations to ensure compliance.
- Manage filing of all documentation and file security.
- Manage annual audit by preparing reconciliations, support schedules and develop on-going readiness plan for future audits.
- Manage company-wide spending accounts, invoice approvals and spending controls.
- Oversee month-end close.
- Distribute monthly financials with notes for executive team review.
- Train all users on various ERP system users. Administrate the system, provisioning user licenses and oversight of upgrades.
- Manage all 3rd party integrations. Suggest new integrations when appropriate. Work with IT Systems Administrator to present upgrades, system process refinements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

We are currently seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to join our 1906 family on a Contract/Temporary basis! This position will report directly Director of Operations, and will be a minimum duration of 12 weeks.
The Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for connecting with vendors and maintaining continuous accurate inventory for all aspects of 1906, including raw ingredients for our tablet production, packaging, supplies and other materials, intermediate and end cannabis products, in process and packaged for sale inventory, while remaining compliant with state/federal, and other regulatory authorities and organizations. They are also responsible for purchasing production supplies.
Essential Functions:
- Prepare and maintain accurate daily, weekly, monthly and annual inventory control and reporting
- Manage production and operating supplies purchases including purchasing, receiving, shipping and reporting
- Create and maintain weekly, quarterly, and annual departmental inventory audits schedules.
- Maintaining all documentation and facilitate audits required to operate compliantly with all governing bodies
- Manage inventory control by directing, assisting, training, and distributing inventory workload to maintain cannabis inventory compliance
- Manage par levels of inventory and ensure incoming supplies to the production facilities are received, inventoried, and managed appropriately to eliminate shortages
- Manage department specific control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies, and discrepancies are noticed, addressed and resolved timely
- Manage and coordinate required annual inventory audit and inspections for the cultivation center
- Source and implement inventory control tools to ensure compliant operation as the production centers scale
- Provide routine management updates and reports on inventory performance
- Coordinate continued process and operations improvements with operations managers through use of Root Cause and Corrective Action
Required or Preferred Skills, Abilities, Licensures and Certifications:
- Ability to quickly create and modify processes and procedures to suit each department's inventory control needs
- Ability to work successfully independently and autonomously, in addition to high communication skills for inter-departmental and vendor working relationships
- Must have a valid Colorado MED Badge or the ability to obtain one.
- Prior experience working in a purchasing capacity in the nutraceutical, food, or beverage industry.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25lbs to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance
- Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods of time, maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stopping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks

Our finance team is seeking a Senior Accountant!
1906 New Highs is an innovative multi-state operator (MSO) in the fast-growing cannabis edibles industry. We license our suite of experience-focused, plant-based edibles (drops, beans, and chocolate peanut butter cups) to licensee partners in five states: Colorado, Arizona, Oklahoma, Illinois, and Massachusetts. This new role will help accelerate our team's progress. The Senior Accountant will report to the Controller. This can be a remote position, but ideally the candidate will be located in the Denver area, and work one day per week on-site from our Henderson, CO licensed manufacturing facility.
JOB DUTIES:
- Assist Controller in preparing accurate and timely monthly and quarterly financial statements, with consolidation between two operating entities.
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations for balance sheet accounts, including bank account reconciliations.
- Coordinate and prepare the company's monthly licensee revenue calculations and billings according to the respective licensee / partnership agreements.
- Maintain daily cash-tracking and treasury functions.
- Multi-state inventory and COGS accounting. Coordinate periodic physical counts of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods inventory.
- Help transition from Quickbooks to a new ERP in Q2/Q3 2022.
- Put in place a program to ensure compliance with all state and local tax and employment agencies.
- Overhaul the company's fixed asset records, build and reconcile new asset ledgers and depreciation schedules.
- Design and document standard operating procedures (SOP's) and internal control processes.
- Assist with other finance, accounting, and administrative projects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Undergraduate degree in accounting, with interest in pursuing a CPA or CMA designation.

We are currently expanding our production operations and looking for a Packaging Technician to join our 1906 family! This position will report directly to the packaging shift leads and production manager.
This will position will be on-site at our Phoenix, AZ headquarters Monday through Friday.
Job Duties:
- Package both individual units and master cases on our high packaging lines
- Read batch labels and apply to all products as instructed in a timely manner
- Assist with daily cleaning responsibilities and facility upkeep
- Maintain all Arizona Facility Agent best practices and procedures within the scope of work
- Assist production manager and packaging leads with any other duties assigned to accomplish daily deliverables based off of the production schedule
Qualifications:
- Arizona Facility Agency Card in hand before first day of work
- Self starter and technical problem solver
- Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, and lift up to 25-50 lbs frequently
- Due to the nature of our products, individuals with nuts, soy, or dairy allergies could have life threatening reactions in our facilities.

TERRITORY SALES MANAGER
Territory Sales Managers will personally manage and be responsible for the Ohio territory inclusive of initial market launch, ongoing account management and territory expansion to deliver financial objectives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Secure new retailers in assigned territory that are in-line with 1906 brand and vision.
- Serve as the lead point of contact with purchasing managers for all existing customers.
- Develop new business with existing retailers and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Use proven sales strategies (cross-sell, in-store promotion, merchandising, etc.) to expand and improve brand footprint in-store.
- Communicate unique 1906 brand proposition and value.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records across all CRM and reporting platforms, including Repsly, Leaflink, Copper, AMEX Spend Manager, SparkPlug, Seed Talent and Slack.
- Diplomatically resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes when necessary.
- Collaborate with all Territory Sales Managers to identify and grow opportunities across all territories.
- Partner with Field Marketing Team and Market Ambassador in planning and executing retail and outreach events.
- Coordinate with local distribution partner to ensure solid communication and a timely delivery schedule for all clients.
- Ensure brand integrity is upheld with in-store presentations that best reflect our image.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years of wholesale sales experiences
- Ability to travel within territory up to 70% of time
- Knowledge and living experience of the market and territory geography
- Ability to form strong relationships with purchases and decision makers in the space

The Social Media Guru is responsible for supporting all aspects of the 1906 social media strategy – from daily responsibilities supporting our platforms to long term project support - developing new platforms, increasing community engagement, expanding our brand awareness, and up-leveling our content. This person will be critical to growing 1906's integrated social media strategies that complement the brand's overarching business goals while learning, evaluating, and reacting based on analytics. The Social Media Guru should be highly motivated, creative, enthusiastic, extremely organized and have strong communication and project management. This person must possess a fluency for internet culture and trends across multiple communities and be adept in managing and overseeing video content. This person must have a creative, out of the box mindset, while at the same time have an understanding and respect for brand reputation.

JOB DUTIES:
Social Media Strategy
- Be the point of reference for 1906's social media presence and channel management.
- Develop social media strategy and guidelines for content.
- Artfully weave together creativity with analytical thinking in order to support social media strategy that achieves brand, marketing and sales objectives.
- Actively track the competitive landscape and trends.
- Serve as a trendsetter with respect to emerging technology, trends and platforms. Understand the ever-evolving nature of social media and obsess over keeping 1906 at the forefront of innovation, trends and "cool" factor.
- Oversee, manage and monitor all 1906's social channels including social, text, email, blog, and more platforms to be added as we grow. Onboard and creatively guide community managers as needed.
Influencers
- Support influencer strategy including influencer outreach and UGC coverage.
- Interact with the 1906 audience and respond to comments and DMs in a timely manner, ensuring 100% response rate.
- Safeguard and grow social media channels by building awareness while breaking through with trends and exciting new content
- Lead all aspects of community management: interact directly with global audience and diligently respond to inquiries, while continuing to partner with field and sales teams to deliver a consumer-centric experience.
- Work with an influencer team to cultivate a robust rolodex of engaged influencers, both micro and macro who identify with brand values and can clearly express industry differentiation.
- Manage external influencer content program for branded content development on both owned and earned channels; own workflow, briefing and asset delivery.
Content Creation and Management
- Create social campaigns with marketing team
- Develop new and creative highly engaging content to establish and grow new audiences.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure content is aligned with brand aesthetics and tone.
- Manage an editorial calendar including but not limited to brand content, UGC and content provided by other departments and strategic partners.
- Plan editorial content weekly.
- Manage the social media content calendar and posting schedule for all social platforms, ensuring we are being both proactive and reactive to opportunities in real time. Own the update and approval process for any changes that arise.
- Partner with creative teams to develop brand-right captions and messaging.
- Contribute ideas for seasonal activations and marketing support.

- Mine social platforms for relevant UGC and opportunities with creators.
Reporting
- Create the dashboards and tools to produce quantified reporting and analytics.

HOW WE WORK:
Join our innovative team to execute directly compressible tablet formulations across our rapidly expanding marketplace. In order to lead the production of the groundbreaking 1906 Drops coated tablets, the successful candidate will understand and facilitate operations of our advanced, high-speed machinery that processes powder into tablets, help train new machine operators in daily tasks, and troubleshoot problems. Exceptional attention to detail is essential as this person is responsible for actively monitoring and tracking product quality, production yields and equipment performance. Ideal candidates will bring flexibility, excellent communication skills, and an enthusiasm for travel as this position requires building strong relationships with our external Colorado business partners as well as travel approximately up to 70 % of the time, with a target of two weeks (up to 14 days) on and one week off.
JOB DUTIES:
- Batch record review and execution. Powder dispensing to prescribed quantities. Infusion (granulation), blending, compression and coating of compressed tablets to pharmaceutical standards.
- Operation of machines within cGMP's , safety, and regulatory guidelines
- Exceed acceptable quality and production goals
- Conduct in-process checks of every produced product in predetermined time frames
- Disassemble, clean, and reassemble machine and auxiliary equipment in a compliant and correct manner
- Train new machine operators in accepted correct procedures and policies
- Troubleshoot problems

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent required, with a vocational specialization and at least one year machine operator experience.

Position is carried out in a factory setting where there is exposure to dust and raw materials including GRAS botanical powders used in the supplement industry, pharmaceutical tableting excipients, and cannabis.

HOW WE WORK:
Join our innovative team to execute directly compressible tablet formulations across our rapidly expanding marketplace. In order to lead the production of the groundbreaking 1906 Drops coated tablets, the successful candidate will understand and facilitate operations of our advanced, high-speed machinery that processes powder into tablets, help train new machine operators in daily tasks, and troubleshoot problems. Exceptional attention to detail is essential as this person is responsible for actively monitoring and tracking product quality, production yields and equipment performance. Ideal candidates will bring flexibility, excellent communication skills, and an enthusiasm for travel as this position requires building strong relationships with our external Colorado business partners as well as travel approximately up to 70 % of the time, with a target of two weeks (up to 14 days) on and one week off.
JOB DUTIES:
- Batch record review and execution. Powder dispensing to prescribed quantities. Infusion (granulation), blending, compression and coating of compressed tablets to pharmaceutical standards.
- Operation of machines within cGMP's , safety, and regulatory guidelines
- Exceed acceptable quality and production goals
- Conduct in-process checks of every produced product in predetermined time frames
- Disassemble, clean, and reassemble machine and auxiliary equipment in a compliant and correct manner
- Train new machine operators in accepted correct procedures and policies
- Troubleshoot problems
- Additional duties as required or assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent required, with a vocational specialization and at least one year machine operator experience.
- Candidate must reside within 45 miles of a major domestic airport
- Travel up to 70% of work schedule. Weekend days spent traveling or working are reimbursed at PTO.
- Flexibility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced technical and mechanical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and documentation.
- Demonstrated understanding units of measure, particularly metric system

TERRITORY SALES MANAGER
Territory Sales Managers will personally manage and be responsible for the Ohi territory inclusive of initial market launch, ongoing account management and territory expansion to deliver financial objectives.
Take initiative to identify and build new connections/ open new accounts.
Serve as gatekeeper for existing dispensary.
Stand out as brand champion, personifying our brand integrity and messaging at all times!

Work as dedicated member of our dynamic team and deploy exceptional communication skills.
To succeed in this position, candidates must be resourceful, analytical, adaptable and, most of all, excited by turning a budding sales prospect into a flourishing account.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Secure new retailers in assigned territory that are in-line with 1906 brand and vision.
- Serve as the lead point of contact with purchasing managers for all existing customers.
- Develop new business with existing retailers and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Use proven sales strategies (cross-sell, in-store promotion, merchandising, etc.) to expand and improve brand footprint in-store.
- Communicate unique 1906 brand proposition and value.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records across all CRM and reporting platforms, including Repsly, Leaflink, Copper, AMEX Spend Manager, SparkPlug, Seed Talent and Slack.
- Diplomatically resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes when necessary.
- Collaborate with all Territory Sales Managers to identify and grow opportunities across all territories.
- Partner with Field Marketing Team and Market Ambassador in planning and executing retail and outreach events.
- Coordinate with local distribution partner to ensure solid communication and a timely delivery schedule for all clients.
- Ensure brand integrity is upheld with in-store presentations that best reflect our image.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years of wholesale sales experiences
- Ability to travel within territory up to 70% of time
- Knowledge and living experience of the market and territory geography
- Ability to form strong relationships with purchases and decision makers in the space
- Industry experience in cannabis is a HUGE plus
