Summary of Job Duties:

Role Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for managing accounts and driving sales for the company’s portfolio of products. We have over 600 products in store and it is very important you know the difference between each product and how they can be used/sold.
Budtenders should also possess some form of retail POS - CASH handling experience. It is very important that you can appropriately count cash/coins and be able to provide the correct change back without issue. Budtenders should also be able to stand on their feet for long periods of time as some transactions may take up to twenty, thirty minutes each.
Budtenders are also expected to perform other job related tasks during downtime such as packing prerolls, running deliveries(if you'd like), managing inventory, cleaning, etc.
Your daily duties may include but are not limited to: Greeting all patients, listening to customer needs, addressing potential health concerns/risks, providing product recommendations, checking out and finalizing sales via register, packing prerolls, playing with weed : )

As the HRC 2, you will report to a Senior Human Resource Consultant and support various divisions throughout the agency. Duties
As the HRC 2, you will be responsible for processing and monitoring HRMS employee and position actions, records management, process improvement, and recruitment back-up. In this role, you will also create monthly HRMS reports, prepare a variety human resource related correspondence, and collaborate with payroll and budget teams to insure the needs of our internal and external customers are met and actions are processed timely and accurately.
Some of your duties include:
- Provide HRMS consultative and technical support.
- Provide monthly reports to management.
- Analyze HRMS actions submitted for processing to ensure applicable state laws, rules and collective bargaining agreements (RCWs, WACs, and CBAs) are followed.
- Consult with customers on HRMS position actions and organizational management.
- Create appointment letters, templates and other HR related correspondence.
- Assist in auditing work and related data clean-up in HRMS.
- Consult with customers and stakeholders to ensure actions taken are accurate and supported by required documentation.
- Scan personnel and position files into Laserfiche (agency electronic record system).

- Perform instrument QC and preventative maintenance
- Participate in drafting and execution of study plans to optimize assay/reagent parameters and product configuration
- Participate in experimental data analysis and interpretation.
- Present data for review and discussion at individual and group laboratory meetings
- Follow laboratory protocols rigorously to execute experiments, thoroughly document all activities and maintain formal notebook. Understand the experimental goals and results and provide feedback and basic troubleshooting as necessary

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors or Master’s degree preferred with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a research, industrial, or academic laboratory setting.
- 1+ years’ laboratory experience in food manufacturing or chemical laboratory environment
- Capable of prioritizing tasks to meet goals and ensure product quality
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Good attention to detail and an ability to multitask

42 Degrees, LLC is looking for a driven, self-motivated, and talented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role will report to the executive management team, will work with other team members, and will assist with any & all design projects that come through our department. Additionally, this team member will play a key role in sourcing and coordinating packaging materials with external vendors all over the world.
You Will:
Be our lead in all things graphic design, from branding & packaging to digital media marketing campaigns, and a key point person for our clients and their projects. A proven track record of successful branding and packaging experience is highly desirable. Design without fear of failure and have the foresight to adapt to changing needs, environments, and iterate quickly and collaborate with different departments within the company - marketing, production, operations, and as well as company leaders
Previous experience must include a full concept cycle through final design, working directly with members of management to create and set the tone for our brands and assist in the overall packaging design to produce the final product. Additional experience with content creation is a huge plus as a portion of the role may include content editing (pics & videos)
Responsibilities:

This position requires a blend of skills and experience that is specifically focused on inventory management in the METRC inventory tracking system (Michigan statewide product tracking software), as well as experience in all general inventory functions including purchase order management. The successful candidate will have previous experience working in ERP environments and systems.
Responsibilities include: Maintaining accurate inventory using several different processes and determining the cause of any inaccuracies. Data entry and product tracking through the product lifecycle with a high degree of accuracy. Some of these processes include cycle counting, report running, and maintaining a high level of communication among various departments. Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of inventory is a vital component to ensure continued operations and avoids product or inventory shortages.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete responsibility for all inbound and internal facility inventory transactions
- Manage purchase order process which includes entry and receipt of all purchase orders for facility
- Ensure supplier purchase order payment information is coordinated with accounting team
- Manage secure transportation for all METRC items
- Setup and manage new supplier’s information in ERP system
- Setup and manage new items and SKU’s in ERP system
- Account for all product receipt of goods, ensuring receipt information is updated in the ERP and METRC systems
- Oversight of the local store packaging process, team, and inventory transactions
- Ensure inventory levels for packaging materials including METRC tags are adequately stocked
- Auditing the physical inventory to ensure that the inventory aligns precisely with system inventory numbers and locations for all applicable systems
- Coordinate and conduct cycle and inventory evaluation and verification procedures for all locations
- Research inventory out of balance situations and adjustments; implement controls to reduce adjustments
- Work with managers to maintain an accurate account of non-stock and unavailable inventory
- Create discrepancy reporting to provide the quantity and value of lost or missing inventory for ERP and METRC systems, and report to appropriate Management
- Make approved adjustments to the systems when required
- Communicate with manufacturing, purchasing teams and other departments as needed to research discrepancies
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- METRC experience highly preferred
- Ability to quickly learn and master new skills
- Strong math skills, proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Inventory management experience preferred
- Purchase order management preferred
- ERP software experience preferred
- CPIM certification preferred
