Job Description
The Pen Is Mightier Content Creators, LLC is a full-service content creation agency that specializes in digital content creation across various industries. We create and manage the digital marketing copy for over 270 law firms across the U.S., ranging from sole practitioners to some of the country's oldest and most established mass-tort firms. We also have clients in the cannabis, legal, marketing, and medical industries, among others. We write the high-quality copy that drives their marketing efforts and converts clicks to leads to clients.
Our writers are on contract, meaning that you have the flexibility to work from home and can dictate your own availability for assignments or projects. This is an excellent fit for an experienced freelancer or someone who is looking for supplemental income.
Strong writers can take on large projects and can expect to receive consistent assignments, but this is not a full-time opportunity.
Because of the nature of the material and the high standard of quality expected by our clientele, we can only accept writers with technical writing experience. Creative writing or other non-technical experience does not usually translate to success with our projects.
We strongly encourage you to apply if you are:
- An experienced writer with technical writing experience
- Are able to work independently and meet strict deadlines

- An in-house position around others
- A chance to showcase creative writing
- For novice writers who are interested in getting into technical writing
