Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Key Account Manager will perform the following responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain relationships with our key partners that bring in the most income for the company. These include dispensaries, nonprofits, and other cannabis focused organizations and brands.
- Meet with partners regularly, both virtually and in-person, ensuring that Leafwell and our partnership remains top of mind.
- Address and resolve key partners’ complaints and issues.
- Ensure that partners have everything they need for the partnership to be as successful as possible and that there are not any opportunities left on the table.
- Communicate and collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that partners’ needs are met.
- Manage partner marketing campaigns and activations from start to finish - developing the details according to what the partner is looking for and working alongside the Project Manager, Partnership Coordinator, and other members of the marketing team to see it to completion.
- Come up with creative solutions of how we can maximize our partnerships.
- Report on account progress, goals, and forecasts for stakeholders.
- Negotiate agreements with partners and meet established deadlines for determined projects.
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 4 years experience in an account management or partnerships role
- Cannabis knowledge and industry experience
- CRM experience, Hubspot experience a plus
- Proficient in Google Suite

- Present findings, trends, and suggested optimizations using Metabase and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Design and implement tracking so that optimization efforts can be measured using GA4, Google Tag manager, and other event tracking
- Identify inefficiencies in data processes and automate where appropriate
- Other analytical tasks as assigned
Experience and Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Information Systems, or another quantitative field
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in Data Analytics
- Experience collecting and analyzing data from Google Analytics or GA4 (preferred)
- Experience building and maintaining an event tagbook for GA4 or equivalent
- Advance working knowledge and experience in SQL and relational databases

Our Patient Care Representatives (PCR) are responsible for ensuring prospective and existing patients have an optimized experience on our platform and upholding standards of care. Leafwell is currently searching Patient Care Representatives to join our rapidly growing team! Our Patient Care Representatives (PCR) are responsible for ensuring prospective and existing patients have an optimized experience on our platform and upholding standards of care. As a PCR, you will support patients throughout the process of getting certified and recertified, respond to any questions we receive, and deal with general customer service queries across phone, chat, and email.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Patient Care Representatives will perform the following responsibilities:
- Clear, consistent, and respectful communication with clinic team members, healthcare providers, and other members of Leafwell as needed via Slack and email
- Assist prospective and existing patients via the Hubspot chat in a prompt manner
- Send emails via the shared team inbox
- Create, monitor, and resolve tickets for any patient issues
- Complete call tasks to prospective and existing patients
- Keep notes of any patient or healthcare provider issues
- Assist prospective and existing patients via the website chat in a prompt manner
- Facilitate an optimized telemedicine experience between patient and healthcare provider
- Receiving incoming calls and make outgoing calls
- Completing a set number of outgoing calls as assigned
