*Project Responsibilities*
- * Emphasis of the position is centered around creating and implementing systems for creating investor leads, prospects, and maintaining a sales process of a private equity start up company
- Creation and Deployment of Lead Generation Campaigns for diversified cannabis investment using digital platforms (e.g. Active Campaign/Mail Chimp)
- Creation of investor lead campaigns both digital and in real life
- Create new digital lead generation channels in collaboration with owners
- Independently procure digital and IRL media, advertiser vendor relationships
- Collaborate and Organize with project owners providing support, organization of project documents

- Manage Investor Updates Monthly; drive founders and deadlines for Investor Updates
- The Marketing Coordinator (MC) is the content “owner” and responsible for making sure that content is created and sent out on a regular basis to the newsletter list. The newsletter list is a list of contacts and their email addresses in ActiveCampaign, tagged “Gladbrook Insights.”
- The MC coordinates with outside resources, subcontractors and 1099s to get the content created.
- That content ranges from graphics to website edits to videography to copywriting. The MC coordinates and schedules these people/resources and also manages the invoicing and time tracking of these resources to stay on budget.

- * Coordinating and managing follow-up and follow-thru on inbound-leads via email and phone
- Managing investors and prospective investors and managing lead generation and supporting owners through the investor sales process
- Organizing any paperwork and managing administrative tasks that are related directly to investor lead, sales and support
- Manage communication via email, mail and by phone with investors
- Manage incoming/outgoing deliveries (document binding, overnight mailing, etc), incoming and outgoing mail
- Keeping daily ledgers, and constant communications regarding investor sales and money processing documentation; maintaining up to date records regarding investor sales and logistics via CRM and back up databases
- Practicing highest quality service standards in all interactions with clients, prospective clients and personnel
- Managing different/varied personalities, working in an environment with more than one boss, working in a startup environment
- Maintaining ongoing calendars for project managers/founders with a deadline mentality

**Skills:**

Hiring Position:
Synchronicity Holistic is growing rapidly, and we are currently looking to fill the role of a General Manager/Director Sales & Marketing.
