Position Summary

The Account Manager has a passion for medicinal and recreational cannabis and is responsible for providing sales, marketing and educational support for our dispensary partners. They are a self-starter, strategic about time organization, and can successfully function in an independent environment. In addition, Account Manager represent Kikoko in a professional manner, are punctual, and have the ability to adapt to various personality types.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take ownership of key accounts and drive sales to deliver Kikoko Sales Goals and financial objectives.
- Leverage reports and data systems to populate the Sales and Activity Trackers. Analyze business, customer, and market trends and results to inform future decisions and action.
- Assess, define and execute business building opportunities aligned with Sales Directors.
- Collaborate with distributor to manage accounts and drive sales. Ensure distributor remains stocked with sales collateral.
- Manage dispensary relationships including distribution, pricing, marketing, and merchandising to achieve sales goals.
- Manage relationships with retailers and multi-functional partners to deliver on sales, deliveries, inventory, cost and disputes. Including but not limited to:
- Coordinate with dispensaries to schedule in-store product demonstrations, education and events.
- Develop amazing in-store visibility (shelving, display, signage, etc) at the retailers.
- Ensure Kikoko products and printed educational materials are stocked and properly displayed in dispensaries.
- Collaborate with the team to execute promotions for our distributor and dispensaries.
- Support dispensary inventory management via websites in order to procure orders.
- Maintain and track non-med tea station supplies.
- Weekly emails to Flow Kana regarding accounts who haven’t ordered in 30 days.
- Stock demo kits and coordinate kits across the state and with our distributor.
- Work with Director to set and implement individual training plans, develop relevant skills and grow your career within Kikoko.
- Lead event logistic management and execution for the Sales/Outreach team. Submit events to Project Manager to include in Team Calendars so that all staff is up to date on industry and Kikoko-related events.
- Represent Kikoko at trade shows and lifestyle events to build an outstanding reputation for Kikoko.
- Learn the details of Kikoko products, including how products are made, their effects and best uses.
- Represent company in a professional, friendly manner.
- Coordinate products/samples, supplies, and collateral shipments for their region business and events.
- Manage inventory of sales supplies at local office locations.
- Complete administrative tasks related to back-end organization of above responsibilities.
- Load activities, manage dispensary contact list, pull reports from CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Audit and update website monthly with logos of current accounts carrying Kikoko.
- Manage Weedmaps account and verifications.
- Other tasks as directed by management.

Job Description:
Item 9 Labs is looking for a highly motivated, knowledgeable Facility Manager to control the direction and oversight of our cultivation facility. Candidates should have a strong horticultural background, a deep understanding of cultivation management and entrepreneurial spirits.
The Facility Manager oversees the day to day operations of the entire facility operations. The Facility Manager is the designated Dispensary Agent with oversight of the Inventory Control System that the Company utilizes, LeafLogix. Works with the Master Cultivator and Master Extractor to manage personnel to perform all the tasks necessary to grow various strains of quality medical marijuana in a large-scale indoor cultivation facility. Work closely with the Master Cultivator on the implementation and timing of cultivation plans to maintain a continuous flow of live cannabis plants through the Cultivation Operation.

Duties:
Responsibilities:
- Arrive at facility 15-30 minutes prior to staff start time or arrange opening the facility with another manager
- Perform/coordinate a building walk-through with our Master Cultivator and Master Extractor checking security cameras and each pod room to make sure everything is operating and recording properly;
- Verify all staff who have reported for work and secure all entrances to the facility;
- Arrange Monday morning meetings to go over weekly staff duties to be assigned and accomplished. Take notes and circulate action items from that meeting
- Inspect the grow rooms and plants. Compare layouts and details to LeafLogix records. Reconcile as needed.
- Perform an inventory check on all products needed to maintain their specific areas of operation, including grow rooms, lab, and administration needs;
- Direct staff to perform their inventory checks as needed
- Make sure all products are put in their proper place and no supplies are needed. Coordinate with Master Cultivator;
- Coordinate and schedule independent lab test samples to be taken. Make sure tests for toxics are done separately from cannabinoid tests to optimize test expenses and still be in accordance with state regulations
- Verify and log lab results and label completed and tested medical marijuana products;
- Load tested and labeled products into the vault and enter product information into LeafLogix to ensure that inventory is accurate.
- Schedule confirmed orders to registered dispensaries and prepare for secure delivery;
- Consistently check on staff and assist them with any needs or work issues;
- Prepare for end of day cleanup and lock up all production rooms;
- Secure and lock the Secure Inventory Vault;
- Ensure that security systems are functioning correctly and recording correctly;
- Perform final security walk-through with security staff to ensure everyone is out of the building; and
- Lock and secure facility and set alarms for the end of day.
