SUMMARY: The Trim Associate is responsible for all aspects of plant processing from post-harvest through packaging and labeling of the final product ready for customer sale as outlined by the Curio management team. The Trim Associate will be trained in the use of equipment for trimming and packaging.

- Hand trim sugar leaves from medical cannabis using shears, scissors, etc.
- Weigh, package, label, record/track medical cannabis for distribution

What You’ll Do:
You will contribute to a premium retail experience at the Far & Dotter Wellness Center & Spa. In this role you will assist in navigating patients, customers, and caregivers through the education, selection, and purchasing process. You will use your consultative skills to help patients over the counter, fill pre-orders, tag products, rotate products and provide world class customer service. You will open and close the store and assist with coaching and mentoring the employees in the Wellness Center. You will also be responsible for partnering with the Marketing Manager to execute the marketing strategy and initiatives in the store.
Must be able to work a retail schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
What You’ll Need:
You will have 5+ years of experience in retail. Passion for medicinal cannabis, previous exposure to selling cannabis products is a plus. Top notch customer service and consultative skills will be needed in this role. Your knowledge of, and passion for, wellness and wellness products will be why you love your position! Must have previous marketing experience preferably in a retail setting.

- Map out email strategy and measure performance, making strategic recommendations for improved engagement
- Develop and manage SEO and content strategy for our website
- Drive the marketing components of the CW app, including performance and data analytics, push notification strategy, content strategy and managing other aspects of the app programming with the app developer and agency
- Discover and execute digital growth strategies such as display ads, PPC campaigns, co-op partnerships with customers (dispensaries) and more
- Ensure that our brand is properly positioned on customer menus across the state

SUMMARY: The Transportation Agent is responsible for the safe transportation of Curio Wellness products to Customer sites. What You'll Do:

What You’ll Do:
The Curio Wellness Field Sales Representative will represent our medical cannabis brand in territories across Maryland. Field Sales Reps are responsible for promoting Curio Wellness products, and our family of brands, to dispensary management and agents as well as the community’s medical cannabis patients. Field Sales Reps are also responsible for ensuring that our products are well-stocked at each dispensary in their territory and manage how marketing materials are displayed and merchandised in store to ensure brand awareness. As “the face of the brand,” Curio Wellness Field Sales Representatives will develop plans that support lines of service, brand objectives, and increased Brand/Company awareness to the market and patients.
- Manage relationships with approximately 25 dispensaries in a territory. Field Sales Representatives are expected to visit all assigned dispensaries every week during regular business hours (10am-7pm). Individuals may set their own schedule as to how this visit schedule may be achieved. A record of each visit is required in the company’s customer relationship management (CRM system).
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding weekly revenue targets for assigned region
- Weekly visits to each dispensary to:
- Review a dispensary’s inventory of our products and solicit orders to assure product availability. This is a sales role; not a order taker.
- Suggest promotional plans for Curio Wellness products and our family of brands and assure inventory of promotional products is in place and/or scheduled to be delivered in order to run promotion successfully
- Assist dispensary partner with merchandising dummy packaging, printed educational materials, and uploading digital marketing assets to dispensary’s displays and online menu.
- Solicit feedback from dispensary agents about our products quality and effects.
- Solicit feedback from dispensary agents about patient requests related to conditions and/or symptom relief.
- Deliver dispensary agent specialty SWAG
- Schedule and staff monthly or quarterly pop-ups at dispensary locations to meet patients, solicit product feedback, distribute product information, and gifts-with-purchase.
- Offer quarterly brand trainings to new dispensary staff to ensure dispensary agents understand the tenants of Curio Wellness, Dixie, Wana, and Kaviar products.
- Observe and communicate new products and market information to Marketing Manager and Product Innovation Science Manager
- Observe and communicate marketing initiatives and sales trends to Marketing Manager
- Contribute to Curio success by increasing sales and profits by organically growing existing key customers and developing relationships with key decision makers

- Personal vehicle and ability to drive to dispensaries in designated territory to meet as well as quarterly travel to Timonium, MD.

As the Consumer-Business Insights Manager, you will be responsible for driving consumer and business insights and strategy across the Far & Dotter brand. This role will be required to dig into industry and consumer data to identify trends, clearly “tell the story” and make recommendations for how Far & Dotter will make strategic decisions to drive a strong return on all investments.
What You'll Do:
- Drive both strategic and tactical research that considers business objectives, for both near-term deliverables and longer-term deliverables for Far & Dotter.

What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA, BS) or four (4) years of equivalent job-related experience. A bachelor’s degree in Finance is preferred but not required.
- Strong Microsoft BI, SQL, and Tableau skills, ability to learn Leaf Logix and Wurk systems are necessary for the role.
- Must be well versed in Microsoft Suite especially Excel and Power Point.

What You’ll Do:
As the Financial Analyst for Curio Wellness, you will serve as a key member of the Financial Planning and Analysis team. You will have the opportunity to work and partner across functional divisions to drive financial, analysis, and management reporting. You will design and create various financial reports and analysis that provide insight into the financial performance of the business. You will assist in budgeting, forecasting, and developing long-range models including statement, balance sheet, and cash flow. What You’ll Need:
You will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar major, or 4 years of relevant experience. You should have experience in GAAP accounting, the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into a clear narrative, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. If you have an MBA, CPA or CFA, that’s an added bonus.

What You'll Do:
You will be responsible for executing operating strategy and establishing clear goals and metrics for the operational teams in the Cultivation division by aligning with corporate financial and strategic goals to produce high quality products with ever increasing quality, efficiency, and profitability. What You’ll Need:
You will have your bachelor’s degree (BA, BS) in Plant Biology, Physiology, Biological Sciences, Agricultural Sciences, or related major and 10+ years of cultivation and management experience. You will have a strong understanding of the science behind plants and previous experience managing a large scale horticulture facility. Your excellent ability to management people, with respect, will be needed in this role. Experience using Argus Systems and/or Priva is a plus.

SUMMARY: The Merchandising Manager is responsible for ensuring the products we buy for resale are properly merchandised, at store level, to maximize sales while maintaining the standards of the brand. Merchandising:
- Understand psychology of customer base as it relates to retail industry

- Create planograms or something similar whereby stores can easily follow merchandising direction

Position Overview
Curio Wellness is seeking a Director of Manufacturing with lean management system experience to lead the manufacturing of medicinal products in our state-of-the-art cannabis extraction and manufacturing facility. The scope of operations includes production planning, extraction, processing, packaging, laboratory testing/quality control testing and inventory management functions. A major focus of this position is to drive operational efficiency, meet demanding production schedules to produce products on-time and within budget in a highly dynamic and rapidly growing environment. The position reports to the VP of Manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Execute strategy by establishing clear goals and metrics for the operational teams aligned to corporate financial goals to produce high quality products with increased efficiency and profitability.
- Develop metrics for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Productivity and align team objectives to improve performance.
- Develop manufacturing plans and establish procedures for maintaining high standards of manufacturing consistent with cGMP operations to ensure that products conform to established quality standards and safety regulations/standards.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining a lean management system creating processes that are free of waste and produce products of high quality.
- Set up work cells/teams utilizing continuous single piece flow and standardized work. Engage teams in continuous improvement through daily Gemba Walks, 5S and quality checks as well as kaizen events and daily problem solving.
- Recruit, train, develop, and retain new and current staff. Motivate and coach team members to achieve their best and create an engaged culture in continuous improvement.
- This position is responsible for the P+L of manufactured products and requires close coordination with Sales and New Product Development to ensure stock availability and launch of new products on time and at desired cost.
- Assure compliance with all health and safety standards.
- Ensure that all staff are adequately trained for their job functions to meet regulatory and safety standards for cannabis processing and manufacturing.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including GLP, GCP and CLIA
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or greater in a technical field or quantitative discipline and/or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably in a process-oriented operation and/or related industry. A minimum of 5 years of experience managing a significant segment of a large manufacturer or the entire operation of a smaller manufacturer.
- Demonstrated ability to manage operations to established targets
- Ability to schedule and plan workloads, implement systems and projects that align with strategic objectives of the company Demonstrated experience working in a highly regulated environment (ISO, OSHA and FDA) is preferred.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and basic quality systems under ISO, or related standards is a must.
- Familiarity with laboratory analysis reports, stability reports, Certificate of Analysis, Raw Material release and technical reports.
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced complex environment
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with Windows operating systems.

Position Overview
The Laboratory Director oversees the Curio Wellness state of the art laboratory. This lab tests cannabis and cannabis-based samples in support of product development, manufacturing, and cultivation operations. This person will organize and direct the day-to-day management of the laboratory as well as direct and oversee multiple labs as the company grows. This position reports to Director of Manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing, validating, and implementing analytical methods for various products.
- Establish and maintain all Standard Operating Procedures for the Analytical Laboratory.
- Supervise, direct, train and the analytical chemist’s work.
- Manage all automated analytical testing procedures and analytical data retrieval systems of the Analytical Laboratory.
- Allocate laboratory resources efficiently to ensure that production requirements are met while maintaining cGMP quality .
- Ensure that all laboratory personnel are properly trained on GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), personal hygiene and that laboratory procedures are compliant.
- Responsible for calibration and preventative maintenance management for all laboratory equipment/instruments.
- Review documentation and test records for accuracy, completeness and compliance to requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of accurate test results to internal and external customers.
- Ensures lab compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills
Required:

- Strong instrumentation experience required with a variety of chromatography instruments is a must such as HPLC-UV, GC-FID, Moisture Balance, Karl Fisher, etc.
- Familiar with laboratory analysis reports, stability reports, Certificate of Analysis, Raw Material release and technical reports.
- Demonstrated experience working in a highly regulated environment (GMP, ISO, OSHA) is preferred. – pharmaceutical, food safety, clinical, forensic, environmental and cannabis experience preferred.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and basic quality systems under GMP, ISO, or related standards is a must.
- Maintain understanding of current and future regulations developed and implemented by the MMCC. Provide feedback to MMCC or other state commissions during notice periods, and provide a summary and plans for implementation of new guidelines at internal laboratory(ies)
- Ability to schedule and plan workloads, implement systems and projects that align with strategic objectives of the company.

Position Overview
Horticultural Technicians (HT) will be responsible for efficiently deleafing and pruning cannabis plants to ensure the highest-quality product that is compliant for processing or sale. This position will also assist in defoliating plant material harvest and transporting plants into the dry cure room in support of the cultivation team in the preparation of the dry/cure phase of the flower as well as assisting the cultivation team with routine labor duties. This will be accomplished by performing various tasks in the cultivation area. This position will require the removal of leaves and transporting plants from the flower room to drying room efficiently all while ensuring the integrity of the plant is intact. HT's will follow all company policies and procedures and be responsible for ensuring flower rooms meet the Curio Wellness expectation and cGMP standards of cleanliness and organization before, during, and after harvest.
Responsibilities
- Preparing clone trays, Soaking and leaching rock wool, moving plants, trellising tables, keeping cultivation areas clean, mopping, washing down tables and rooms post-harvest, defoliation, trimming, and waste disposal. In addition to; Cleaning and sanitation, transplanting, transporting plants, and harvesting
- Responsible for approaching each branch of the plant to ensure all fan leaves that restrict airflow to the flower are removed
- Responsible for the cutting down of the plant at the base of the pot after the de-fanning phase
- Responsible for organizing the plants by strain and room, labeling the strain after harvest and ensuring the Metric tag of the plant is intact with the plant after being
- Assist with transporting the plants from the flower room to Dry Cure rooms to which they are assigned

The grower will be responsible for assisting in daily activities as they pertain to maintaining the health of medical cannabis plants. This job operates in a commercial horticulture environment. This role routinely uses sharp instruments and is exposed to a variety of environmental conditions. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. Exposure to tight corners and workspaces. Exposure to a pollen producing environment. Work time expectation: 60% of the time will be spent working with plants in the grow rooms propagating, transplanting, moving, pruning, spacing, grading, watering, potting, and loading cannabis plants. 30% of time will be spent doing general duties around the nursery as they relate to the upkeep of the nursery, including 5s. 10% will be spent on continuous improvement.

Position Overview
Trim Associates are responsible for all aspects of plant processing from post-harvest through packaging and labeling of the final product ready for customer sale as outlined by the Curio management team.
All qualified applicants will be trained in the use of equipment for trimming and packaging. This position reports to the Trim Manager.
Responsibilities
Assisting in the post-harvest plant processing of medical cannabis. This will be accomplished by performing various tasks:
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Hand trim sugar leaves from medical cannabis using shears, scissors, etc.
- Weigh, package, label, record/track medical cannabis for distribution
- Take instructions and assist with tasks delegated by the Trim Lead, Trim Manager and management team
- Work in a quick and efficient manner
- Maintain a culture of professionalism and service
- Ensure daily compliance with policies including, but not limited to, state compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules

Position Overview
This role is a new role designed to drive in-process quality tasks in the Manufacturing area. This role reports directly to the Manufacturing Quality Assurance Manager while collaborating with the Site Compliance Manager for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring GMP Standards, MMCC Compliance, Quality policies and procedures are adhered to
- Write, update, and maintain SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures) for the Quality Assurance Program related to Manufacturing
- Collaborate with external and internal audit processes
- Responsible for departmental non-conformances and implementation of corrective action ensuring all corrective actions are documented and outstanding actions closed in timely manner
- Participate in root cause analysis for Manufacturing quality outages
- Support training for line operators to ensure process checks are accurate
- Approve standard work for cells prior to production
- 100% execution of daily tasks, projects & objectives
- Conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality
- Identify coaching and training needs to meet quality standards
- Work 1st shift with occasional overtime

Position Overview
The grower position performs manual labor to assist in the maintenance, upkeep, stocking, and fulfillment of growing medicinal cannabis, including, but not limited to; watering, feeding, pruning, propagating, and transplanting. Attention to detail is extremely important. The ideal candidate will excel as a team member within a tightly controlled, state regulated system and timelines.
Responsibilities
The grower will be responsible for assisting in daily activities as they pertain to maintaining the health of medical cannabis plants. This job operates in a commercial horticulture environment. This role routinely uses sharp instruments and is exposed to a variety of environmental conditions. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. Exposure to tight corners and workspaces. Exposure to a pollen producing environment. Work time expectation: 60% of the time will be spent working with plants in the grow rooms propagating, transplanting, moving, pruning, spacing, grading, watering, potting, and loading cannabis plants. 30% of time will be spent doing general duties around the nursery as they relate to the upkeep of the nursery, including 5s. 10% will be spent on continuous improvement.

- Scout for plant pests.
- Assist in Irrigation and applications schedules.
- Follow and uphold GMP and GAP standards.

Qualifications and Skills
Required:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High School diploma or Two year AS in related field or completed Qualification Card or Equivalent
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Ability to follow protocols and willingness to learn new skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work effectively and in a cohesive team atmosphere with all areas.
Preferred:
- Prior commercial agricultural experience in a greenhouse or nursery.
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Knowledge of controlled greenhouse environments.
- Knowledge of State AG regulations
- Strong math skills

Talent Acquisition Specialist responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. The Talent Acquisition Specialist creates strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process to include, posting and updating job postings, creating and updating recruiting guides, compiling all interview and orientation materials, scheduling all interviews and sending appropriate communications and surveys, sourcing and identifying relevant job fairs, attending job fairs, coordinating all background checks and drug screens, following the MMCC regulatory guidelines for on-boarding, completing the new hire checklist in its entirety, screen new hire inquiries and questions
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria

Trim Associates are responsible for all aspects of plant processing from post-harvest through packaging and labeling of the final product ready for customer sale as outlined by the Curio management team.
All qualified applicants will be trained in the use of equipment for trimming and packaging. This position reports to the Trim Manager.

Assisting in the post-harvest plant processing of medical cannabis. This will be accomplished by performing various tasks:

- Hand trim sugar leaves from medical cannabis using shears, scissors, etc.
- Weigh, package, label, record/track medical cannabis for distribution
- Take instructions and assist with tasks delegated by the Trim Lead, Trim Manager and management team
