Role overview
We are seeking a professional, reliable, enthusiastic Travel Coordinator & Comfort Concierge to help support our team of Traveling Tablet Technicians. This position has 100% remote capabilities. At 1906, our Travel Tableting Technicians are the heartbeat of our organizations, and VIP's of the company. These Technicians go to the variety of states that we're in (and expanding to) to carry out production of our products, to then be distributed and placed on shelves for our customers to purchase! These technicians work a 2 week on, one week off schedule, and this person would be their point of contact for everything and anything they need during their time away.
Responsibilities:
- Understand 1906's mission, vision, and goals
- Schedule all travel accommodations for the traveling production team (this includes flights, hotels, and car rentals)
- Manage itinerary and communications to team regarding arrangements
- Project trends and "run" completion dates, and future timelines to get ahead of scheduling and coordination
- Research and present cost-saving strategic measures for our frequent corporate travel (Corporate Leasing? Fleet Vehicles vs. Rentals? Etc.)
- Work closely with the 1906 accounting team to manage per-diem disbursements
- Provide Traveling team with white glove service, as their main point of contact for their needs during their trips - our traveling team does work on weekends and holidays. This person will need to be on an "on call" basis.
- Troubleshoot any last minute changes or problems with reservations and travel
- Manage corporate travel rewards and accounts to get us the best return on our spend!

Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly, personable, and outgoing local candidate to answer the phone at our ever-growing Annapolis Cannabis dispensary. The ideal candidate will be able to provide exceptional customer service to our patients while maintaining the upmost professionalism.

March & Ash is a recreational cannabis dispensary located in Mission Valley in San Diego, CA. We are looking for Virtual Cannabis Concierges to join our 63 person strong team.
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working. As a VCC you will answer phones and take cannabis orders for deliveries and pick-up orders, the work will be performed in our call center orders will be taken via phone and online. We are looking for someone who is strongly motivated, committed, and looking to grow within our company and happy to work in a fast paced environment.
In order to perform this job successfully you will be required to offer impeccable customer service and have a strong knowledge of cannabis in order to educate our customers. We believe strongly that our mission is to educate the public regarding the benefits of cannabis. Many times this will result in customer loyalty and purchases. This position also is high paced with a lot of multi-tasking with many different systems and monitors you need to be able to navigate through during each shift.
If you have experience working in the cannabis industry, or have in-depth cannabis knowledge (different cannabinoids and the differences between strains, etc). Please consider this position.
Qualifications
*High School Education or equivalent. *Must speak English clearly, Spanish speaker would be a plus. *Experience using point-of-sale systems and call center or inside sales experience. *Must pass San Diego Police Dept. and Live Scan background checks *Ability to maintain professional decorum in a fast paced, high-pressure environment *Excellent Customer Service and communication skills, ability to multi-task, attention to detail and be organized. *Cheerful, upbeat speaking voice *Must be punctual and consistent shift attendance *Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends

Responsible for assisting customers, completing transactions, cash handling, and ensuring products leave the store with the proper labels affixed and in the required exit packaging. Must have the ability to listen well and communicate effectively with various audiences. As a critical part of the business operation, Concierges have the most interaction with the store's patrons. Must be outgoing and passionate, very knowledgeable on the products and cannabis in general, and be willing to assist the management team with the activities and operations of the store.

- Continual cannabis education including but not limited to knowledge of strains, terpenes, consumption methods, medical implications and research, efficacy, effects/high, aroma/tastes/aesthetic, state and local regulations for medical and recreational marijuana
- Provides quality customer service and demonstrates professionalism at all times
- Greets customers warmly when they enter and promotes a work environment that is positive, compassionate, and customer-service oriented
- Accurately record any pertinent notes that will help provide excellent customer service when the customer/patient returns
- Accurately use and maintain the Point of Sale (POS) system including correct cash handling and discount application
- Full responsibility for an accurate cash drawer and accurate cash transactions
- Ensure a presentable presence on the sales floor, including but not limited to clean and neat workstations and well maintained displays
- Completes all assigned tasks during overlap hours
- Make sales recommendations, cross-sell products and introduce new ones
- Bag, box, or wrap purchase after appropriate items are labeled in accordance with state regulations
- Complete Opening/Closing duties, initialing the checklist appropriately
- Have a team player attitude, filling-in at reception or other positions, when needed

As a VCC you will answer phones and take cannabis orders for deliveries and pick-up orders, the work will be performed in our call center orders will be taken via phone and online. We are looking for someone who is strongly motivated, committed, and looking to grow within our company and happy to work in a fast paced environment.
In order to perform this job successfully you will be required to offer impeccable customer service and have a strong knowledge of cannabis in order to educate our customers. We believe strongly that our mission is to educate the public regarding the benefits of cannabis. Many times this will result in customer loyalty and purchases.
