Seed is currently seeking outgoing, customer-focused Concierge to provide our customers with a unique retail experience. The Concierge will engage in operational activities including greeting customers in a welcoming manner, scanning identification, instructing customers through their customer journey, monitoring occupancy and dispensary perimeter, providing security (throughout the day, during cash transports and product receipt), and providing excellent customer service.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Warmly greet/check-in all customers

Seed is currently seeking an experienced, passionate and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to assist in all dispensary inventory and fulfillment activities. With a strong focus on standard operating procedures, compliance and efficiency, the Inventory Specialist will be responsible for assisting with the dispensary's inventory and counts of all items in stock as well as inventory audits. The Inventory Specialist will report to the Inventory Manager of the dispensary.
We are looking for:
- An Inventory Specialist with prior experience handling inventory and fulfillment (cannabis experience preferred)
- An individual who has strong analytical skills to assess data, facts and figures as well as computer-based skills
- An organized, detail-oriented Inventory Specialist who works well under pressure
- A process driven problem solver who understands the importance of regulatory compliance
Duties and responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate counts of all inventory by doing daily counts and performing reconciliations when necessary
- Ensure that all product received is properly tagged according to state and local regulations and is accompanied by all necessary paperwork
- Reconcile inventory with METRC and POS system to ensure that all information is accurately porting to the state system and no malfunctions of the POS and scales are occurring
- Keep a clean and well-organized vault area that allows for unencumbered access to product, sinks, cleaning areas, and inventory desk
- Maintain all delivery records and invoices according to the methods prescribed by the Inventory Manager and state regulations

- 2+ years of inventory management and/or fulfillment experience

Seed is currently seeking an experienced, passionate and customer-focused Assistant Manager to manage the company’s dispensary operations. With a strong focus on customer service, the Assistant Manager will lead a team of well-trained purveyors to deliver a unique, high-quality customer experience.
The Assistant Manager will be responsible to assist in managing a team of dispensary employees for Seed's recreational cannabis retail store. This position will involve supporting the General Manager with all aspects of dispensary operations, including coaching and developing the retail store team. The Assistant Manager will serve as a General-Manager-in-Training, with the ability to complete all dispensary functions, as directed and authorized by the General Manager. The Assistant Manager will operate the store in absence of the General Manager.

- Understand and assist the General Manager to review and analyze financial data and reports to determine product promotions, modify strategies to enhance profitability, and grow the business
- Help oversee cash handling and wholesale product receipt in accordance with company policies and state regulations
- Ensure that the dispensary is safe, secure, sanitary and that all equipment is in working order
- Assist to attract, hire and retain a diverse team of talented individuals
- Assist with training of all new employees as well as the re-training of existing employees when needed
- Assist with performance reviews of dispensary employees on a regular basis
- Support the General Manager by monitoring the activities of the store employees to maximize efficiency and minimize errors
- Assist the General Manager with employee schedules, managing employee work hours and vacation requests
- Facilitate inspections
- Ensure compliance with state and local regulations
- Lead initiatives, dispensary strategies, and specific projects at the dispensary level that may be assigned by the General Manager

Our ideal candidate has an accounting degree and is familiar with payment processing systems (like Melio) and QuickBooks. The Bookkeeper will work independently and ensure that Seed’s vendors are paid on time whether via check, ACH or wire. The goal is to streamline this back-office operation and make it easy for the Seed accountants to gather financial data to prepare financial statements and tax returns.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Greet/check-in all customers
- Aid customers in selecting products
- Demonstrate product knowledge
- Use POS/cash handling systems
- Fulfilling customer orders
- Participate in general housekeeping duties for the store
- Upholding company policies and procedures and local/state regulations
- This position reports to the General Manager
Qualifications:
- 2 years of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment
- Cannabis experience preferred

Seed is currently seeking an experienced, passionate and customer-focused General Manager to manage the company’s dispensary operations. With a strong focus on customer service, the General Manager will lead a team of well-trained purveyors to deliver a unique, high-quality customer experience. The General Manager will have responsibility for the P&L as well as ensuring the business is in compliance with local and state regulations.
We are looking for:
- A General Manager with significant experience managing dispensary operations
- An energetic, friendly, positive General Manager who leads by example and who is passionate about helping others
- An experienced retail leader who has the proven ability to train a staff to provide best in class customer service
- A strong communicator who can interface with a diverse customer base and staff and who has the ability to present strategies and performance results to the executive team

Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service that encourages customer loyalty and results in frequent return visits
- Manage store opening and closing activities
- Oversee inventory management and product purchasing to ensure accurate inventory counts, consistent consumer-driven product portfolio, and no theft or loss
- Review and analyze financial data and reports to determine product promotions, modify strategies to enhance profitability, and grow the business
- Oversee cash handling and wholesale product receipt in accordance with company policies and state regulations
- Write standard operating procedures and ensure that SOPs are adhered to
- Ensure that the dispensary is safe, secure, sanitary and that all equipment is in working order
- Attract, hire and retain a diverse team of talented individuals
- Promote a culture of teamwork
- Train employees in line with company training protocols
- Conduct performance reviews of dispensary staff
- Schedule staff based on anticipated customer traffic
- Approve staff hours for payroll processing
- Facilitate inspections
- Ensure compliance with state and local regulations
- Collaborate with marketing to develop strategies for increasing social media impact
- Organize and participate in community events and job fairs
- This position reports to the COO/CFO and CEO
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of cannabis retail management experience
- Proven success in driving sales results
- Ability to analyze financial reports, identify trends and make operational adjustments
- Ability to manage complex issues in a fast-paced environment
