Job Summary
Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and cleaning of the interior and exterior of the building including cleaning, disinfecting, general upkeep and performing repairs, as needed.
Job Duties
- Performs thorough cleaning and disinfecting of all high-touch and high-traffic areas throughout the day including, but not limited to rest rooms, dusting, cleaning of furniture, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming of floors, the emptying and cleaning of wastebaskets and trash containers, replacement of light bulbs and the restocking and refilling of restroom products.
- Follows product and equipment instructions regarding its’ use (e.g., vacuums, chemicals, supplies) including what is labeled as “use as directed”.
- Washes accessible interior and exterior windows ensuring no streaks.
- Light maintenance and repairs including the general upkeep and repair of the building’s exterior and interior.
- Assists with the setup of facilities for meetings, training rooms, conferences, events, etc. by moving furniture and/or enabling equipment as directed by Management.
- Ensures the proper handling and disposing of waste and recycling materials.
- Performs general maintenance and minor repair work as necessary, candidate should be mechanically inclined with some knowledge and experience in plumbing, electrical and/or carpentry.
- Performs external cleaning and related activities such as the removal of snow or debris from sidewalks, stairs, and parking lot, as well as the sanding and/or salting of icy or slippery areas to ensure the safety of employees and customers.
- Performs regular and preventive landscaping (e.g., weeding, trimming of shrubbery).
- Reports any concerns or questions to Management in a timely manner.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule during retail hours (standard (days, evenings, and weekends), peak, and holiday)

Position Summary
As a senior leader in the dispensary, the General Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the store. This role requires a strategic and forward-thinking individual with a proven track record of developing high performing employees and proactively leading the dispensary’s business goals. The General Manager is goal driven, people oriented and enthusiastic about our company's mission and values. They will collaborate with several members of the leadership team. Day to Day

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Home Delivery Agent is responsible for the safe, secure, and compliant delivery of Adult Use Recreational and Medical Marijuana and marijuana products from our retail dispensary partners to their consumer’s home residence. Our Home Delivery Agent will operate company owned vehicles, based from one of our retail partner’s locations.
The Home Delivery Agent serves as an extension of our partner’s establishment and will provide extraordinary customer service through customer interactions that are courteous, professional, and respectful.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Makes compliant deliveries from our retail partner’s dispensary to their consumer’s home residences
- Takes responsibility and possession of prepared orders for delivery from our partners
- Follows delivery manifests to completion for compliance with state regulations
- Uses logistic software to follow optimized delivery routes
- Stays informed of local and state bylaws, ordinances and regulations and follows Bracts & Pistils policies and procedures
- Follows safe driving techniques when operating company vehicles.
- Performs daily vehicle inspections or all safety equipment for proper operation
- Reports any vehicle safety concerns or maintenance and repairs needed to management
- Responsible for keeping company vehicle in a clean and organized manner
- Safeguards the handling of received payments during deliveries and accepts cashless options

Job Summary
This position is responsible for all inventory recording, audits, compliance, and accuracy in all phases of the Retail sales of cannabis products in the dispensary including conducting audits and cycle counts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, receiving, handling and storage of all products in compliance with all State regulations. The Inventory Specialist will also fulfill and assist with all Curbside and Express orders.
Job Duties
· Fulfills retail inventory needs accurately including express pick-ups and curbside orders.
· Assists management with various reporting tasks.

Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative will be accountable for creating an astounding positive retail experience that will exemplify Health Circle. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for driving sales, establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships, and working efficiently with the team to provide the ultimate consumer experience. This position ensures that all consumers comply with all legal requirements. Additionally, the Customer Service Representative will support the business strategies and goals developed by leadership.
Job Duties
· Engages and educates customers in a positive and friendly manner to provide an exciting shopping experience.
· Responsible for ringing sales, educating customers while creating a positive customer experience.
· Accurately completes curbside fulfillment and express pickups for customers.
· Ensures and consistently maintains a clean, safe, and inviting work and showroom environment.
· Ensures the sales floor is properly stocked and the presence of the interior and exterior are well maintained in cleanliness, appearance and safety.
· Provides exceptional customer service to customers and potential customers.
· Maintains up-to-date product knowledge and industry knowledge.
· Accurately uses the Point Of Sale (POS) system.
· Performs accurate cash handling and counting procedures.
· Enters accurate and timely data entry of customer profiles.
· Verifies and ensures accurate paperwork, documentation and identifications of customers.
· Performs repetitive tasks such as packaging products before sale along with applying proper stickers to maintain compliance.
· Is consistently observant in monitoring customers and the retail store’s showroom and stockroom.
· Reports any concerns or questions to Management in a timely manner.
· Willingness to work a flexible schedule during retail hours (standard (days, evenings and weekends), peak, and holiday)
· Performs all duties as assigned.
Required Education, Training, Knowledge and Experience
· Must be 21 years of age or older and pass all background checks required by law.
· Have working knowledge of or willingness to learn State-specific cannabis laws and regulatory compliance which is required for initial and continued employment.
· Prior knowledge or desire to learn about cannabis products and applications and the retention of information.
· 1 - 3 years of previous positive customer service and retail experience.
· Proficiency in using basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Word & Excel).
· High School Diploma or G.E.D is required
· Commitment to arrive for scheduled work shifts on time and maintain consistent attendance

Job Summary
This position is responsible for all inventory recording, audits, compliance, and accuracy in all phases of the Retail sales of cannabis products in the dispensary including conducting audits and cycle counts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, receiving, handling and storage of all products in compliance with all State regulations. The Inventory Specialist will also fulfill and assist with all Curbside and Express orders.
Job Duties
· Fulfills retail inventory needs accurately including express pick-ups and curbside orders.
· Assists management with various reporting tasks.
· Maintains product compliance with State regulations, company, and in-house policies.
· Completes daily inventory counts per internal policy(ies).
· Tracks and records products to be wasted for waste/quarantine as required by State and company requirements.
· Generates labels for all products in compliance with State regulations and company policies.
· Monitors product levels and provides feedback to Management personnel for reordering.
· Receives and enters wholesale and purchase orders in the appropriate company computer systems).
· Transfers inventory between departments, as needed.

· Ensures products are in a First In First Out (FIFO) organization.
· Monitors product expiration dates and pulls expired products following State and company guidelines.
· Manages all returns, waste and quarantined products following State and company guidelines.

· Communicates in a timely manner with the Inventory Manager about foreseeable inventory needs.
· Manages the compliance and organization of the vault.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Home Delivery Agent is responsible for the safe, secure, and compliant delivery of Adult Use Recreational and Medical Marijuana and marijuana products from our retail dispensary partners to their consumer’s home residence. Our Home Delivery Agent will operate company owned vehicles, based from one of our retail partner’s locations.
The Home Delivery Agent serves as an extension of our partner’s establishment and will provide extraordinary customer service through customer interactions that are courteous, professional, and respectful.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Makes compliant deliveries from our retail partner’s dispensary to their consumer’s home residences
- Takes responsibility and possession of prepared orders for delivery from our partners
- Follows delivery manifests to completion for compliance with state regulations
- Uses logistic software to follow optimized delivery routes
- Stays informed of local and state bylaws, ordinances and regulations and follows Bracts & Pistils policies and procedures
- Follows safe driving techniques when operating company vehicles.
- Performs daily vehicle inspections or all safety equipment for proper operation
- Reports any vehicle safety concerns or maintenance and repairs needed to management
- Responsible for keeping company vehicle in a clean and organized manner
- Safeguards the handling of received payments during deliveries and accepts cashless options
- Assists in fostering a positive work environment, treats everyone with dignity and respect
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to pass a state mandated CORI check and RMV driving record check
- Must have a valid Massachusetts Driver’s License with 3 years clean driving history
- Must have the ability to work remotely with limited supervision.
- Must possess basic reading, writing, math, computer, and cash handling skills
- Must be able to problem solve in a professional manner
- Must possess a strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
- Must be responsible and show regular and punctual attendance
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Previous legal cannabis industry experience
- Prior delivery or rideshare experience (Uber, Lyft, Grub Hub, etc.)
- Previous customer service experience
- Cash handling and Point of Sale software use
SCHEDULE and WORKING CONDITIONS
- 8 hour shift, 10 hour shifts, Full Time, Part time
- Must be able to work and drive in various weather conditions safely
- Occasional standing, walking, bending, etc. for short periods of time in all weather conditions
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to remain in a vehicle for an extended period of time.
- Must frequently move inside and outside of the delivery vehicle.
- Will maintain vehicle in a clean manner routinely vacuuming, washing vehicle windows, etc.
- Flexibility and management reserves the right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.

Health Circle is looking for a proactive, creative, driven and passionate individual looking to build their experience in marketing, social media, brand communications, community/relationship building and entrepreneurship.
This role is primarily focused on social media, marketing and public relations. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including social media and email campaign planning, content calendar creation, photoshoot planning and content creation, brand and influencer partnerships + collaborations.

· You know how to film and edit videos for TikTok and IG Reels.

The job:
- Plan, lead and assist in the creation content.
- Create visuals and graphics for social media to support the content created.
- Post, manage and monitor day-to-day engagement across all platforms.
- Build & maintain content calendars.
- Contribute to and support PR output efforts with research, deadline tracking, and content writing
- We use Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, WordPress, Mailchimp, and more
You will be performing these types of tasks on a regular basis:
- Social Media Management: You will be optimizing and scheduling posts through Later.
- Audience Engagement: You will be engaging with various audiences through targeted engagement. This includes commenting, liking, and following similar accounts. You will also be replying to comments and DM's on behalf of the client.
- Posting Content: You will work with the team to determine the best content strategy to ensure the timely & effective in coordination with overall comms schedule.

Qualifications:
· Marketing experience of at least one year is preferred.

Pay: $30,915.00 - $68,196.00 per year
