Field Services Business Development Executive responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Develops new prospects and maintains favorable relationships with existing clients to increase billing revenue.
- With the assistance of Supervisor, implements a well-planned sales strategy to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Respond to Field Services web leads.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop programs designed specifically to generate qualified leads for Field Services
- Update and maintain customer database with detailed and accurate information.
- Build relationships with customers that would have requirements for laboratory services.
- Maintain a working knowledge of practices, procedures, standards, and services offered.
- Provide follow-up with potential customers to ensure that all trade show, web RFQs, and e-blast marketing activities are fully exploited.
- Maintains a proactive, high level of quote follow-ups.
- Accurately forecasts weekly and monthly bookings.
- Travel to visit clients and prospects as needed
- Maintains Salesforce.com to document activity and status.
- Prepares quotes.
- Active in lead generation, business development and prospecting efforts.
- Manages client accounts and solves client problems.
- Attends and participates in sales meetings.
- Attend industry events as needed
- Consistently meet or exceed Sales Metrics
The ideal candidate would possess:

We're seeking a Cannabis Concierge to deliver the highest level of customer service and education in the licensed dispensary industry.
Job Duties Include:
Greet customers, listen for customer's needs, recommend, select and help locate the right products.
Educate the customer by describing a product's features and benefits, demonstrate use and operation of the product.
Answer customer queries regarding the store and the merchandise make suggestions and encourage questions.
Receive and process cash transactions in POS system.
Stay current with sales prices, discounts, specials, and PAD demonstrations.
Recognize and monitor security issues and loss prevention.
Arrange and display merchandise according to protocol, ensuring the newest product is behind older product (first in, first out by checking expiration dates.)
Ensure merchandise area is neat, organized and clean.
Take stock inventory as requested.
Be enthusiastic, personable, and build rapport with the customer. Introduce yourself and use their name often during your interaction
Educate the customer regarding the benefits of cannabis, sales happen organically as a result, education is more important than a sale.

- Viable samples related to cGMP client Environmental Monitoring Programs (USP & ISO specifications)
- USP< 1231> Bioburden Testing and Analysis
- USP< 645> Conductivity Testing
- USP < 61> < 62> testing and analysis
- RT-qPCR extractions and analysis
- Internal QC checks for media and reagents
- Internal Growth Promotion and Sterility testing program
Responsibilities Include:
- Accurate completion of records and documents for tests performed to GDP/cGMP standards
- Extractions and sample preparation for PCR and Testing
- Performs Bioburden testing of client water samples
- Conducts a variety of laboratory tests utilizing standard laboratory equipment
- Assists in monitoring training and effectiveness of technicians
- Supports microbiology laboratory investigations and activities related to CAPAs.
