Title: RSA "retail service advisor" Shift Lead
Position: A Dispensary Shift Lead is the front-line supervisor responsible for the duties of all RSA's and acts as a liaison between customers and Redi's management. Shift Leaders ensure that all operational requirements are being met as they oversee RSA interactions and transactions with customers. Position: The RSA is responsible for interacting with customers in our dispensary locations, providing knowledge, information and resources on a regular basis. Addresses and resolves customer questions in a professional manner. Provides superior customer service at all times.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Follow Redi Policies and Procedures for daily operations and fully comply with the state marijuana regulations
- Model best-in-class service that consistently exceeds our customers' expectations and builds a long-term rapport
- Provide product expertise and knowledge to customers and explain the potential benefits of each variety and strain of marijuana, as well as methods of use.
- Identify unique needs of each individual customer by demonstrating compassion, empathy and sensitivity.
- Answer questions and provide resources to assist in customers use of products
- Maintain privacy and confidentiality with your customers
- Accurately enter all information into the POS system to ensure customer receives the correct product and inventory remains accurate

Title: RSA "retail service advisor" Shift Lead
Position: A Dispensary Shift Lead is the front-line supervisor responsible for the duties of all RSA's and acts as a liaison between customers and Redi's management. Shift Leaders ensure that all operational requirements are being met as they oversee RSA interactions and transactions with customers. Shift Leaders seek to continually improve the customer experience by providing feedback on operational procedures, customer experiences, and RSA performance.
Duties, Authority and Supervision:
- Reports directly to the Dispensary General Manager
- Responsible for the RSA duties, assisting customers with additional needs and performing administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the Dispensary Manager and/or Senior leaders.
- Direct reports include all RSA's
Responsibilities:
- Maintains dispensary operations by adhering to Redi Policies and Procedures for the daily operation of the dispensary and fully comply with the state marijuana regulations.

Our dispensariesâ Guest Advisors are responsible for creating positive rapport with guests. You will maintain the sales floor and make accurate product recommendations based on guest interest. This position involves performing routine clerical, secretarial, and administrative duties. Must be passionate about Cannabis while also complying with state laws and regulations. Our retail team members must be approachable, efficient, and maintain a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service with a welcoming demeanor, both in-person and over the phone
- Perform high-volume sales transactions while following mandated procedures, including ID verification for check-in, with confidentiality

About This Role
The role of the Common Citizen Budtender, who we like to call Citizen Advisor, is one of utmost importance. As a Citizen Advisor you are the face of the company and need to treat all our guests with great humanity. Advisors are educators first, salespeople second. Their primary role is to provide unparalleled customer service in which they educate their fellow citizens, the dispensary guests, and help them discover the cannabis products that will help them achieve a higher quality of life.
When not assisting their fellow citizens, Advisors are responsible for keeping the chapter clean and orderly, including keeping bathrooms presentable and well stocked. Advisors will also sometimes work reception. This includes greeting guests, checking newcomers in, answering any questions they may have and ensuring that citizen profiles are up to date and correct. Advisors may also be called upon to assist with inventory.
Finally, as with everyone at Common Citizen, Advisors are expected to contribute to the Common Citizen movement to end the stigma and liberate all people through cannabis.
What You Will Be Doing

About This Role
The role of the Common Citizen Budtender, who we like to call Citizen Advisor, is one of utmost importance. As a Citizen Advisor you are the face of the company and need to treat all our guests with great humanity. Advisors are educators first, salespeople second. Their primary role is to provide unparalleled customer service in which they educate their fellow citizens, the dispensary guests, and help them discover the cannabis products that will help them achieve a higher quality of life.
When not assisting their fellow citizens, Advisors are responsible for keeping the chapter clean and orderly, including keeping bathrooms presentable and well stocked. Advisors will also sometimes work reception. This includes greeting guests, checking newcomers in, answering any questions they may have and ensuring that citizen profiles are up to date and correct. Advisors may also be called upon to assist with inventory.
Finally, as with everyone at Common Citizen, Advisors are expected to contribute to the Common Citizen movement to end the stigma and liberate all people through cannabis.
What You Will Be Doing
Creating an unparalleled customer service experience for our guests, your fellow citizens, that leaves them feeling well cared for, including but not limited to:
- Consistently exceptional customer service
- Strong long-term relationship-building
- Following the Common Citizen advisor protocol
- Providing problem-solving sales assistance, including upselling & cross-selling when it is to your fellow citizens benefit
- Generating references, referrals & repeat visits
- Simple math & data entry
- POS system entries
- Regulatory compliance (ie. LARA. Metrc)
Staying current with cannabis knowledge in order to educate & serve with excellence, including:
- Cannabis plant and product form knowledge
- The Common Citizen product offerings
- Hosting or participating in educational events, onsite & offsite
The Experience You Bring
- A minimum of 1-2 years in a customer service role in a retail environment
- Personal experience with cannabis â although not required, ideally you are a current medical cannabis patient in the state of Michigan
- A background in healthcare, social work or related fields is also preferred

Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring each patient receives outstanding care by generating a positive and friendly environment. Assist Patients with their personal needs, maintain up to date product knowledge on the changing laws and guidelines of the cannabis industry, and always provide the highest level of customer service. The Budtender displays a relentless passion for patients and their well-being, and for cannabis as a medical alternative.
Responsibilities
The Budtender is responsible for creating and maintaining a warm atmosphere and caring environment for all patients. To accomplish this goal, the candidate will excel at the following:
¡ Using knowledge of Dispensary merchandise and medicinal cannabis products and strains, they recommend products to patients and conduct sales transactions, consistent with regulated limits
¡ Answer questions and provide information to Patients about strains of cannabis; including, but not limited to: the types of cannabis products, the methods of consumption, suggested dosage amounts, and health effects
¡ Provide addiction prevention information
¡ Maintain a clean dispensary work environment
¡ Process payments for cannabis products for Patients, using the Point of Sale system.
¡ Drives sales and embraces fiscal responsibility
¡ Embrace training and education to facilitate professional growth and contribute to companies success
¡ Develop and maintain rapport with patients
¡ Maintain strict compliance with all Company policies and applicable laws
¡ Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment inside and outside the facility
¡ Provide information about Federal and state laws relating to cannabis
¡ Responsible for serving patients and primary caregivers who visit the Dispensary to obtain medicinal cannabis as recommended by their physicians
¡ Ensures 100% inventory accuracy and compliance in all transactions
¡ Models safety excellence & adherence with state mandated protocols
¡ Performs the required duties to record all sales and inventory transactions in accordance with state and local laws and regulations
¡ Complies with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure;
¡ Adheres to the privacy and security of patient information as required by HIPAA;
¡ Stays abreast of ever changing laws and regulations associated with the dynamic, medical cannabis industry
¡ Participate in other activities as needed to achieve the companies mission
Qualifications
Education
¡ High School Diploma or equivalent
Work Experience Required
¡ 2 years of experience in a relevant sales position, or customer/patient service setting.
Required Knowledge
¡ Knowledge of principles and processes for providing superb customer service
¡ Knowledge of mathematics necessary for inventory and cash management
¡ Thorough understanding of how to achieve results in a highly compliant environment
¡ Demonstrated success in a retail, office environment addressing a broad spectrum of customer requirements and preferences.

As a Citizen Advisor you are the face of the company and need to treat all our guests with great humanity. Advisors are educators first, salespeople second. When not assisting their fellow citizens, Advisors are responsible for keeping the chapter clean and orderly, including keeping bathrooms presentable and well stocked. - Regulatory compliance (ie. LARA. Metrc)
Staying current with cannabis knowledge in order to educate & serve with excellence, including:
- Cannabis plant and product form knowledge
- The Common Citizen product offerings
- Hosting or participating in educational events, onsite & offsite
The Experience You Bring
- A minimum of X years in a customer service role in a retail environment
- Personal experience with cannabis â although not required, ideally you are a current medical cannabis patient in the state of Michigan
- A background in healthcare, social work or related fields is also preferred

Position Summary:
The Cannabis Advisor reports to a Provisioning Center (PC) Assistant Manager and is responsible for supporting the PCâĂâŹĂâ˘s operations including, but not limited to; customer service, inventory, and facility cleanliness. The position is a key role for the company and is a critical component of the organizationâĂâŹĂâ˘s success.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides excellent customer service and guidance to patients. Presents patients with a âĂâŹĂĹmenuâĂâŹĂ of currently available medical Marijuana products, assists in the selection of products, provides advice based on the patientâĂâŹĂâ˘s comments and medical Marijuana treatment plan.
- Manages inventory within the provisioning center by handling incoming shipments, completing any accompanying paperwork, and restocking supplies as needed.
- Works collaboratively with other advisors to satisfy patient needs.
- Operates cash registers, performs data entry, inventory count, and updates patient records and profiles.
- Assesses patient records at the counter terminal, confirms patientâĂâŹĂâ˘s identity through visual confirmation of documents and determines the patientâĂâŹĂâ˘s eligibility for purchasing medical Marijuana based upon legal limits.
- Manages the patient procurement process according to company regulations.
- Provides patients and prospective patients with all printed information materials regarding medical Marijuana. Addresses questions regarding services and products available.
- Work with PC leadership to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure PC maintains a clean appearance by sweeping, mopping, and window cleaning as needed.
- Maintain product in-stock and on shelves in accordance with company standards.
- Assist patients via phone to answer questions about products and orders.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Minimum Requirements:
- One to two years in sales, retail, or hospitality with significant customer facing experience.
- Maintain a clean appearance and professional demeanor.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Effective communication in the English language with all stakeholders.
- Computer and equipment operations for running an office/retail center (POS systems, Word/Excel, and office equipment such as copiers/telephone systems).
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and ability to interpret sales data.
- Skilled in accurate cash management and inventory control.
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business.
- Must be 21 years old.
- A combination of the above will also be considered.
Preferred Requirements:
- Previous work history in the medical Marijuana industry or
- Significant exposure and knowledge of cannabis products and the endocannabinoid system.
