Inventory Manager
Reports to: General Manager (GM)
Job Location: Ellicott City, MD
The Inventory Manager is responsible for inventory management throughout the facility. Under the direction of the General Manager (GM), the Inventory Manager oversees the process and best practices of efficient and compliant handling of Trilogy’s products and supplies to ensure the attainment of business goals. The Inventory Manager ensures the daily inventory reconciliation with sales reports, organization of stored and quarantined products, performs daily audits, creates and implements inventory control procedures and develops related staff training. The incumbent must ensure that all operational business segments are coordinated in driving accurate and compliant supply levels and fulfilment of Trilogy’s sales objectives. The Inventory Manager is responsible to drive the accurate and timely fulfilment of orders placed by the dispensary’s patients by successfully managing, monitoring, and reporting on Trilogy’s product inventory.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and inventory consumable goods. Monitor and maintain inventory ensuring data is entered and accurate in METRC and store POS.
- Track movement of all cannabis within the dispensary. Maintain and record all cannabis inventory transfers, both physically and via tracking software. Investigate and resolve discrepancies and notify the appropriate parties. Ensure inventory transactions are entered in a timely manner and updated in respective platforms.
- Create and maintain necessary records and inventory reports for all cannabis products to be sold. Conduct detailed inventory audits.
- Coordinate communication with Dispensary Manager regarding inventory movement, including packaging, testing, and waste destruction, among other tasks.
- Ensure all cannabis reconciliation is completed daily including matching physical inventory to METRC inventory.
- Ensure department remains fully compliant with state rules and regulations and Trilogy’s policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with General Manager to fulfill dispensary orders and approve invoices.
- Distribute reports as needed around inventory management, order fulfilment, and other inventory related data. Monitor and manage inventory holding costs.
- Learn various internal Inventory Control Systems, including METRC and Cannapoint.
- Remain current and knowledgeable about Trilogy’s inventory software systems and recommend system improvements and customization, when applicable.
- Learn and maintain continual awareness and understanding of the rules and regulations that govern MMCC program.
- Participate in strategic discussions with Dispensary Manager to promote streamlined efficiency and best in class customer satisfaction. Establish policies to ensure organization, sanitation and compliance is met in all storage locations
- Work with General Manager in planning and executing processed cannabis products and fulfillment and product delivery.
- Develop and maintain professional and positive relationships with external vendors in order to effectively negotiate competitive pricing and inventory.
- Process cannabis waste in accordance with state and local law and within regulatory guidelines.
- Engage in innovative and constructive problem solving dialogue with internal peers.

Qualifications
Education
- Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree in business management, project management or related field preferred
Experience
- 3 years in an inventory control setting required
- Experience in the medical cannabis industry and knowledge of dispensary or pharmacy operations, COMAR regulations for medicinal cannabis strains and their medical efficacy is a plus.

Nature’s Medicines Inventory Clerk position is responsible for inventory cycle counting for intake by conducting daily audits of inventory, tracking, and distribution of product. ROLE:
The Inventory Clerk position is responsible for inventory cycle counting, verification of required documentation and product counts for intake by conducting daily audits of inventory, tracking and distribution of product. We are seeking Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to direct and manage the dispensing of cannabis products the patients of our Steelton, PA dispensary. In this role, you'll serve as the onsite medical authority, ensuring patients receive correct dosage along with a healthy amount of education and counseling. Responsibilities
- Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) shall be in-store at all times during their scheduled shift to allow for dispensation of cannabis products.
- Responsible for securing coverage for any time off (paid time off or unpaid time off). Schedule changes shall be communicated with dispensary managers in advance and expected to follow fair scheduling practices.
- Assess patient certification to monitor for restrictions and where appropriate help patients to determine best course of treatment.

POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for managing the daily operations of manufacturing activities of the Company. Responsible for managing the Extraction and Lab team in accordance with Virginia rules and regulations and standards set by Dharma Pharmaceuticals, LLC. Implements and maintains processes related to the purification of extracted cannabis oils and testing of final dosage forms derived from medical cannabis. Responsible for managing the extraction and processing teams in accordance with Virginia rules and regulations and standards set by Dharma Pharmaceuticals, LLC. Provides support for all manufacturing employees, including scheduling, training, policy and procedure updates, industry news, and product information. Overall responsibility and accountability for the extraction and lab processing of safe, high quality cannabis plants and cannabis-based products.
CORE JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee Support and Management
- Responsible for managing extraction and lab/processing team with strategic direction, oversight of system-wide inventory control and development, and efficient manufacturing processes.
- Serves as a role model and resource for extraction and lab / processing team related to products and services, policies and procedures, industry news, and changes in regulations.
- Trains and supervises all extraction staff and evaluates staff performance.
- Plans workload distribution, delegates tasks and create staff schedules to meet Company inventory management goals
- Oversees all extraction tasks and processes, ensures proper documentation of all applicable activities in accordance with the Virginia regulations and standards set by the Virginia Board of Pharmacy and maintain inventory via RFID tracking for all cannabis seeds, plants, products and extracts to prevent diversion.
- Responds to all extraction and lab/processing staff and consultants’ questions, concerns, or suggestions and takes action when necessary to resolve conflicts.
- Responsible for delegating tasks to extraction and lab/processing staff and consultants to maintain a compliant and clean cultivation facility.
- Coordinates with the executive team to ensure accurate information is communicated to the extraction and lab/processing staff.
Extraction
- Manage all extraction activities of the Company for all products for patients.
- Responsible for quality control of all products produced and distributed by the Company.
Compliance / Quality Assurance
- Assist with development and implementation of quality improvement programs to meet the Company standards.
- Responsible for extraction team compliance of all applicable company policies, procedures, and patient protocols. Manage compliance with all current government regulations and professional standards respecting patient care.
- Evaluate quality control and quality assurance statistics and modifies SOPs, as needed.
Inventory Management and Control
- Leads continuous improvement in all and extraction and lab/processing protocols to maximize efficiencies to produce the most affordable product for patients.
Internal Product Analytic Testing
- Be responsible for daily duties related to analytic testing process of medical cannabis-based products.
- Management duties and responsibilities of additional chemists/technicians as company grows.
Independent Lab Testing
- Coordinate independent lab testing of all company oils and products as required by state regulation and Company procedures.
- Continuous improvement with independent lab testing companies for efficiencies and processes.
Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain appropriate records related to quality control and testing procedures and results.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Understanding of manufacturing processes in clean environments. Understanding of pharmaceutical compounding, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and clean lab environments. Understanding of Analytic Methods and Analytical Instruments.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Masters or higher-level degree in Chemical Science or four years of additional experience.
- Experience with analytical processes, botanical or biologic processes preferred.
- Familiarity with quality control, policy and procedure and documentation.
- Demonstrated experience building and managing cGMP manufacturing at scale.
- Awareness of high-tech pharmaceutical manufacturing or pharmaceutical processing.
- 2+ years’ experience in related manufacturing leadership role.
- The ability to perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time (i.e., lifting samples, moving lab equipment, and regular inventory).
- Physical requirements include standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Job Description
The Packaging Clerk position is responsible for packaging various cannabis products, verification of required documentation and product weighting. The main responsibilities of this position is to package pre-rolls and also to package various cannabis products based on store needs.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES *
- Performs weighting, assembly, packaging and labeling of various cannabis products.

ROLE:
As a Patient Service Provider, you will operate with direct supervision from the Patient Service Provider management team. Role Requirements
- Knowledge, skills and attitudes typical of an Associates of Applied Science degree in production horticulture, however acquired
- Previous commercial horticultural plant production experience
- Commitment to encouraging and facilitating the learning and professional development of others
- Excellent organizational, communication, record-keeping and collaborative work skills.
- Rigorous attention to safety and to detail in skilled & precision work.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to effectively complete strenuous and often repetitive physical work activities for an extended period
- Knowledge of cannabis horticulture or agriculture is a plus.

Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring each patient receives outstanding care by generating a positive and friendly environment. Assist Patients with their personal needs, maintain up to date product knowledge on the changing laws and guidelines of the cannabis industry, and always provide the highest level of customer service. The Budtender displays a relentless passion for patients and their well-being, and for cannabis as a medical alternative.
Responsibilities
The Budtender is responsible for creating and maintaining a warm atmosphere and caring environment for all patients. To accomplish this goal, the candidate will excel at the following:
· Using knowledge of Dispensary merchandise and medicinal cannabis products and strains, they recommend products to patients and conduct sales transactions, consistent with regulated limits
· Answer questions and provide information to Patients about strains of cannabis; including, but not limited to: the types of cannabis products, the methods of consumption, suggested dosage amounts, and health effects
· Provide addiction prevention information
· Maintain a clean dispensary work environment
· Process payments for cannabis products for Patients, using the Point of Sale system.
· Drives sales and embraces fiscal responsibility
· Embrace training and education to facilitate professional growth and contribute to companies success
· Develop and maintain rapport with patients
· Maintain strict compliance with all Company policies and applicable laws
· Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment inside and outside the facility
· Provide information about Federal and state laws relating to cannabis
· Responsible for serving patients and primary caregivers who visit the Dispensary to obtain medicinal cannabis as recommended by their physicians
· Ensures 100% inventory accuracy and compliance in all transactions
· Models safety excellence & adherence with state mandated protocols
· Performs the required duties to record all sales and inventory transactions in accordance with state and local laws and regulations
· Complies with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure;
· Adheres to the privacy and security of patient information as required by HIPAA;
· Stays abreast of ever changing laws and regulations associated with the dynamic, medical cannabis industry
· Participate in other activities as needed to achieve the companies mission
Qualifications
Education
· High School Diploma or equivalent
Work Experience Required
· 2 years of experience in a relevant sales position, or customer/patient service setting.
Required Knowledge
· Knowledge of principles and processes for providing superb customer service
· Knowledge of mathematics necessary for inventory and cash management
· Thorough understanding of how to achieve results in a highly compliant environment
· Demonstrated success in a retail, office environment addressing a broad spectrum of customer requirements and preferences.
· Demonstrated ability to establish positive patient rapport and build relationships to establish repeat customer-trends.
· Familiarity with history and varieties of medical cannabis preferred but not required

Physical Requirements

We are looking for an energetic and compassionate Wellness Consultant to join our team. Our Consultants guide patients to cannabis products to best alleviate their symptoms and ailments. We track patient progress, keep their preferences in our secure client database, and work with them to make adjustments as necessary.
Primary responsibilities:
- Ensuring each patient is provided the highest possible level of service and care
- Educating patients on the variety of cannabis and cannabis-infused products we will offer
- Dispensing cannabis and cannabis products to patients
- Greeting and checking in patients
- Ensuring compliance with all State regulations
- Assisting with inventory counts and organizing products on the floor and in vault
Requirements:
- 2+ Years in retail, customer service related or medical office experience
- Weekend Availability
- Strong software and computer skills
- At least 21 years of age
- No drug related felony; ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug test required by MMCC
