Cannabis Part Time Cannabis Advisor Budtender Jobs

We are looking for a part-time candidate who is interested in working 32 hours (4 shifts) a week.

LS Boutiques, dba Lucy Sky, is an upscale cannabis boutique located in Englewood. We are currently seeking applicants with general knowledge of cannabis products and proficient retail experience seeking long term employment.

Job Summary:

Job Title: Cannabis Advisor
Department: Retail Store
Reports to: Shift Lead or Assistant Manager or General Store Manager

Cannabis Advisors perform the majority of all retail and medical sales while assisting guests with the highest standard of customer service and patient care, all while strictly adhering to MED regulations and WPB store policies and procedures. Cannabis Advisors are responsible for the accuracy of their daily cash intake and inventory sales and should be able to listen well and communicate effectively.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures;

· Perform above and beyond customer service and hospitality to the standards of WPB;

· Capable of accurately ringing in all customer transactions with 100% accuracy and compliancy;

· Correct cash handling and discount application;

· Verify proper paperwork, documentation, and identification;

· Accurate and timely data entry of patient profiles;

· Responsible for product knowledge;

· Answer the phone and greet walk-in customers;

· Complete all daily duties checklists with integrity;

· Ensures store presence is well maintained, tidy, and inviting;

· Maintains organized store displays and inventory stock;

· Notifies Shift Leads or Managers of low inventory stock;

· Assists with daily and weekly inventory audits;

· & other duties as assigned by the Management Team.

Skills & Qualifications:

· MED Support or Key Badge

· Valid CO Driver’s License

· Must be 21 years of age

· Open availability

· Responsible Vendor Training certified, preferred

· One year of customer service experience, preferred

· One year of cash handling experience, preferred

· Able to use POS system, BioTrack and/or Greenbits preferred

· Punctual, meticulous, reliable

· General knowledge of cannabis and cannabis infused products

· Understanding of laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry

· Compassion for patients and guests

· Calm and level-headed

· Fun attitude and strong work ethic

· Ability to maintain an enjoyable and productive work environment

· Attention to detail

· Good communication skills

· Responsible with a level of integrity

· A team player mentality with scheduling flexibility

· Ability to work in a fast paced, heavily regulated environment

· Must be confident and customer service oriented when dealing with patients/customers on the phone and in person as well

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:

Cannabis Advisors regularly work early mornings and/or late nights, weekends, and some holidays to meet the needs of our retail setting;

Successful performance of this role requires that the incumbent is physically able to move freely between different parts of the store, lift up to 30 pounds, perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, walking, and kneeling;

Spend several hours a day viewing a computer screen.
