POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Director to oversee retail operations. The Store Director will be responsible for managing personnel, inventory purchasing and tracking, sales goals and bonus targets, and the general operations and compliance for their assigned store. Oversee and manage quality product inventory and conduct inventory audits in accordance with regulations

Reporting to the district manager, this role will be responsible for the development, integration, and implementation of a broad range of initiatives relative to the strategic direction of the organization via the company's retail dispensaries
Responsibilities:
- This person will be responsible for the development and management of the retail dispensary and field operations team in Bellmawr NJ

- Lead the store workforce management team to drive efficiencies in store scheduling, payroll forecasting, reporting and administration of incentive programs in conjunction with the District Manager
- Partner with the finance and accounting department to analyze store incentive programs to recommend changes that will drive top line growth and/or expense savings
- Create a consistent in-store experience for New Jersey customers; work with operations leaders to ensure store experience meets expectations consistently
- Primary liaison between the District Manager and store leaders to ensure that all information is communicated in a timely, consistent, and brand appropriate manner
- Partner with all departments such as Compliance, Marketing, Security, Operations, Logistics and Cultivation to ensure a smooth operation to meet daily business needs

Position Summary
The Store Director is responsible for directing, managing and providing ongoing support to the Regional Manager for their assigned location, including sales goals and target revenue. The Store Director will lead, manage, provide ongoing coaching and act as a mentor for their management team. Essential Functions
- Exercise significant authority and discretion when addressing items that concern their retail location, including:

- Make recommendations to the Regional Manager regarding hiring, discipline, termination, or advancement of employees

- Responsible for attending meetings and relaying all information and communication back to their location

JOB SUMMARY
The Director Store Development is an instrumental role that serves as the liaison between multiple cross-functional peers, ultimately overseeing the successful launch of Sunnyside* Dispensaries nationwide. The individual will be responsible for setting up new retail locations and retail remodels to meet compliance and brand standards, while also managing specific operational workstreams prior to launch. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Director of Sales for C-store, and Smoke & Vape, is responsible for being a strategic leader, consultatively selling our CBD line of products and offerings into retail channels. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Director of Sales for C-store, and Smoke & Vape, is responsible for being a strategic leader, consultatively selling our CBD line of products and offerings into retail channels. Reporting to the VP of Sales, The candidate will manage the existing sales team and help grow and expand our market presence throughout North America among retail establishments.
Will be responsible for:
- Delivering sales from retail & independent channels that meet or exceed established goals

Highway 80 Dispensary is opening in Dixon, California in April, 2021. We are seeking an Inventory Director who can hit the ground running to lead all inventory related functions. This is a salaried role, and the Director will directly manage up to 8 additional staff members.
Highway 80 Dispensary is a cannabis start-up business which will be a fast paced environment, with constant changes being implemented over the first year of operations. We are looking for a seasoned inventory professional who has spent time in an inventory role in the cannabis industry.
Required Skills & Knowledge: -Treez Point Of Sale/Inventory Management Software Experience-METRC Software Experience-Cannabis Product Knowledge-Inventory Receiving Experience-California Cannabis Regulatory Laws
Position Duties: Lead all inventory efforts for Highway 80 Dispensary. Coordinate and oversee the intake of products coming into the dispensary through METRC and Treez. Schedule and manage inventory staff to prepare products for storage onsite, movement to the sales floor, and transfers to sister dispensary. Prepare all documentation for incoming and outgoing product transfers. Oversee inventory counts for every product every 30 days, and be responsible for ensuring all inventory related regulations mandated by the California Bureau of Cannabis Control are adhered to at all times. General Description:
The Store Operations Manager primary job function is to manage and assume overall responsibility of the Evergreen Market stores by directing all operational aspects of each store and driving sales while minimizing costs while assuring LCB compliance.
This role is heavily weighted to strong management skills with the ability to alter ones approach to managing all different types of people and handling many challenges and issues with a high aptitude for balancing compassion, sensitivity, firmness and objectivity.
Given the heavy regulation coupled with the lack of federal acknowledgement of this industry, there is a lack of maturity in the technologies and processes available to cannabis retail. The Evergreen Market has started up and grown within those constraints and is expecting this role to continually push us to the competitive edge of retail maturity within our stores, develop and grow our management talent and maximize the teams utilization in our growing company.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility is focused on developing store managers to be strong leaders and operate like profitable business owners through (but not limited to) the following
-
Developing, setting and managing quantitative and qualitative performance metrics for each store to optimize sales and maximize customer loyalty
- Ensuring customer service standards are consistently met across the stores.
- Monitoring and maintaining a competitive edge and remaining current and aware of competitors strategies
- Maintaining an active performance development process for all store staff.

Providing coaching in the moment and performance feedback to store managers using the appropriate levels of direction and support.
- Conducting formal performance reviews of store managers.

Proactively monitoring and managing staffing levels according to business needs.
- Analyzing and measuring sales results and trends to achieve sales driving initiatives.
- Partnering with the marketing department to drive revenue through in-store sales campaigns, effective advertising, and promotions.
- Partnering with marketing to assure the design and execution of the loyalty program is achieving desired sales and loyalty results
- Maximizes store efficiencies and efficacy through (but not limited to) the following:
- Continuously evaluating process, procedures and policies/developing projects around these when necessary.
- Continuously evaluating and implementing new training procedures, at all levels of operations.
- Responsible for oversight, documentation and training of process improvements and continued improvement across all stores

Holding managers accountable for the accuracy and integrity of employee information including, but not limited to, new hire and onboarding data, personal data, and payroll.
- Holding managers accountable for store operations, scheduling, visual presentation and merchandise stock levels to ensure stores are optimized to meet EM objectives.
- Modeling and following up to ensure all EM policies,
- Maintaining effective LCB compliance, and assuring operating procedures are communicated effectively, maintained and consistently followed.

Appropriately partners with corporate departments such as, Marketing, Purchasing, HR, Compliance, Founders, and other departments.
- Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication skills with employees, customers, and corporate office.

Qualifications:
- College degree preferred
- Ability to drive revenue growth in competitive retail market
- Ability to develop and execute retail growth strategy
- Ability to identify competitive levers in rapidly growing and change retail market
- Ability to control and contain costs and optimize for growth
- Ability to create and implement process in dynamic distributed retail environment
- Strong interest in the cannabis industry demonstrated minimally by industry knowledge and industry work experience preferred
- 10+ years of professional work experience
- 2-5 years of senior management experience
- A minimum of 5 years of retail experience
- 1-2 years multi-unit/multi-store management experience

Experience in a growing, multi-unit retail store environment (preferred)
- Ability to travel between all Evergreen Market locations, must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Proven ability to perform complex management across a highly diverse labor base
- Strong Interpersonal and strategic communication skills

Proven ability to build effective teams and motivate employees

- Functional knowledge of POS, inventory and loyalty systems

- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be willing to participate in our program of random drug testing for illegal drugs.
