PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Store Manager is the driver of total store sales, the customer experience, overall operational excellence and our high performance selling culture. The Store Manager has primary responsibility for the management of the store, including directing the work of direct reports and is responsible for the store's revenue, culture and employee engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages the overall store
- Leads financial growth of the store, year over year
- Leads the sales floor and drives store results through the store team
- Drives a primary focus on customer service as the premier product differentiator and develops the Evergreen Market culture by cultivating brand loyalty
- Role models, coaches and develops best-in-class selling behaviors
- Sets visual merchandising expectations to brand standards, to ensure brand consistency that impacts the customer experience and maximizes overall business results
- Ensures the operations of the store are executed with excellence
- Accountable for the development of associates' product knowledge which in turn, enables high performance selling
- Influences and inspires associates to unlock individual potential for extraordinary selling and productivity results
- Owns workforce management, including talent productivity decisions, writing the weekly schedule and ensuring state specific LCB compliance
- Accountable for the selection and development of top talent within the total store
- Responsible for the talent life cycle of direct reports, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, development, performance management, terminations and succession planning

Our two-week training program will consist of one week of Budtender training, and one week of Cashier training. Summary: The Evergreen Market is looking for customer service professionals/cannabis enthusiasts to join our training program. Our two-week training program will consist of one week of Budtender training, and one week of Cashier training. - Greet and confirm age of all customers

- Operate a POS system
- Keep an organized and clean work area
- Communicates effectively with others
- Able to answer customer questions regarding general use and effects of cannabis
- Work with expediters to ensure product availability and correct pricing
- Open/close/replenish tills through the ARCA cash recycler
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer
- Maintains cash wrap operations by following existing policies and procedures
- Work with expediters to insure product is available in display cases and for customer show
- Proactively engages in customer education with floor procedures and cannabis knowledge
- Provide new customers with first class presentation/introduction to store layout
- Knowledgeable about producer/processor information to insure customer satisfaction
- Understanding of the execution of floor procedures
- Understanding of the Endocannabinoid system and appropriate dosage
- Cleaning and stocking of store/property
- Thank every customer when finishing order
- Attend monthly store meetings.

Summary: The Evergreen Market is looking for customer service professionals/cannabis enthusiasts to join our training program. Our two-week training program will consist of one week of Budtender training, and one week of Cashier training. General Description:
The Director, Sales & Operations Store Operations Manager primary job function is to manage and assume overall responsibility of the Evergreen Market sales stores and by directing all operational aspects of Evergreen Markets business in each store and driving sales while minimizing costs and assuring LCB compliance.

General Description:
The Store Operations Manager primary job function is to manage and assume overall responsibility of the Evergreen Market stores by directing all operational aspects of each store and driving sales while minimizing costs while assuring LCB compliance.
This role is heavily weighted to strong management skills with the ability to alter ones approach to managing all different types of people and handling many challenges and issues with a high aptitude for balancing compassion, sensitivity, firmness and objectivity.
Given the heavy regulation coupled with the lack of federal acknowledgement of this industry, there is a lack of maturity in the technologies and processes available to cannabis retail. The Evergreen Market has started up and grown within those constraints and is expecting this role to continually push us to the competitive edge of retail maturity within our stores, develop and grow our management talent and maximize the teams utilization in our growing company.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility is focused on developing store managers to be strong leaders and operate like profitable business owners through (but not limited to) the following

Developing, setting and managing quantitative and qualitative performance metrics for each store to optimize sales and maximize customer loyalty
- Ensuring customer service standards are consistently met across the stores.
- Monitoring and maintaining a competitive edge and remaining current and aware of competitors strategies
- Maintaining an active performance development process for all store staff.

Providing coaching in the moment and performance feedback to store managers using the appropriate levels of direction and support.
- Conducting formal performance reviews of store managers.

Proactively monitoring and managing staffing levels according to business needs.
- Analyzing and measuring sales results and trends to achieve sales driving initiatives.
- Partnering with the marketing department to drive revenue through in-store sales campaigns, effective advertising, and promotions.
- Partnering with marketing to assure the design and execution of the loyalty program is achieving desired sales and loyalty results
- Maximizes store efficiencies and efficacy through (but not limited to) the following:
- Continuously evaluating process, procedures and policies/developing projects around these when necessary.
- Continuously evaluating and implementing new training procedures, at all levels of operations.
- Responsible for oversight, documentation and training of process improvements and continued improvement across all stores

Holding managers accountable for the accuracy and integrity of employee information including, but not limited to, new hire and onboarding data, personal data, and payroll.
- Holding managers accountable for store operations, scheduling, visual presentation and merchandise stock levels to ensure stores are optimized to meet EM objectives.

- Maintaining effective LCB compliance, and assuring operating procedures are communicated effectively, maintained and consistently followed.

Qualifications:
- College degree preferred
