We are a boutique cannabis grower and edibles manufacturing facility located in North Las Vegas. We are seeking experienced and reliable Cannabis Processing Agents. Our Cannabis Processing Agents are responsible for trimming and packaging flower, making prerolls, popping and sugar-coating gummies, packaging edibles, and packing orders for dispensaries. Production and Cultivation Agent cards are required for the position. We currently operate primarily Monday through Friday, but may be adding an afternoon/ weekend shift within the next few months, so preference will be given to candidates with scheduling flexibility. - Excellent attention to detail to ensure compliance with strict CCB regulations and company SOPS- our standards are higher than most
- Complete tasks in a focused and efficient manner

Job Responsibilities:
- Create labels for Cannabis Products accurately, making sure to include mandatory information dictated by the state to remain compliant
- Help create transportation manifest and invoices for pharmacy deliveries
- Process returns and recalls from pharmacies
- Work with supervisor and staff to obtain all paperwork at end of orders and manage it accordingly
- Assist fulfillment team with pharmacy orders (packaging, tampering, labeling, etc.)
- Intake cannabis flower that is coming into the Processing facility from Cultivation
- Quality check labels created by other staff members
- Confirm all SKU and quantity information matches with the work order
- Fill out paperwork correctly
- Assist other departments as needed

- Performing initial bulk QC Inspection of batches

- Monitoring Dry Rooms, Cure Room, Processing space for appropriate temperature and humidity
- Entering harvest batches into ADP/POS system and appropriately inventorying batches
- Monitoring team's productivity and adhering to time metrics

- Approving timecards and request off for agents in ADP
- Verifying the weighing and logging of material

The Lead Processing Agent is an essential role for processing harvest materials. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated experience working in an operation that adheres to strict health and safety policies and procedures. Candidates must be physically able to sit, stand and kneel for periods of time exceeding 4 hours.
Shift schedule: Monday - Friday 4pm - 12:30am
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Scheduling resources across multiple activities – deboning, sifting, grading, final trim, etc.
- Performing initial bulk QC Inspection of batches
- Reporting quality issues to Quality and Facility Director
- Creating and upkeeping daily performance log and continuous improvement board.
- Monitoring Dry Rooms, Cure Room, Processing space for appropriate temperature and humidity
- Entering harvest batches into ADP/POS system and appropriately inventorying batches
- Monitoring team's productivity and adhering to time metrics
- Biotrack/software adjustments, moves, and transfers
- Approving timecards and request off for agents in ADP
- Verifying the weighing and logging of material
- Maintaining a sanitary work environment and maintaining cleaning logs for all processing work stations.
- Review outlook emails for new priorities or assignments.
- Ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance.

Summary
The Delivery Processor is responsible for completing the processing of all incoming delivery orders from the online platform(s). The delivery processor is in charge of properly pulling the applicable inventory products, building the orders in Leaf Logix and staging the customer’s order for the dispatch agents. All state compliance standards must be adhered to such as printing applicable product labels, providing order totals to customers and providing good customer service for outbound calls to customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Pulling inventory from the sales floor and entering products into the customer’s sales order.
- Building and setting up profiles on Leaf Logix.
- Updating all steps during the process on applicable software program applications.
- Creates an exceptional customer service experience with guests through education, knowledge of products and salesmanship.
- Answers customer's questions concerning price, and use of merchandise during outbound customer calls.
- Maintains up to date knowledge on the endocannabinoid system and all applicable properties and/or effects.
- Comply with all state regulations pertaining to medical and/or retail sales.
- Maintains cleanliness of all surfaces and work station area.
- Reports all issues to management.
- Daily compliance with MME policies including but not limited to; state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules.
- Must complete OSHA 10 Industry Training within 6 months of hire date (company paid)

The ideal candidate must have demonstrated experience working in an operation that adheres to strict health and safety policies and procedures. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience working in a food production or similar manufacturing environment. Candidates must be physically able to sit, stand and kneel for periods of time exceeding 4 hours.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Scheduling resources across multiple activities – deboning, sifting, grading, final trim, etc.
- Performing initial bulk QC Inspection of batches
- Reporting quality issues to Quality and Facility Director
- Creating and upkeeping daily performance log and continuous improvement board.
- Monitoring Dry Rooms, Cure Room, Processing space for appropriate temperature and humidity
- Entering harvest batches into ADP/POS system and appropriately inventorying batches
- Monitoring team's productivity and adhering to time metrics
- Biotrack/software adjustments, moves, and transfers
- Approving timecards and request off for agents in ADP
- Verifying the weighing and logging of material
- Maintaining a sanitary work environment and maintaining cleaning logs for all processing work stations.
- Review outlook emails for new priorities or assignments.
- Ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance.

IHomeS will provide training for the technical aspects of the position

CORE JOB DUTIES
- Scheduling resources across multiple activities – deboning, sifting, grading, final trim, etc.
- Performing initial bulk QC Inspection of batches
- Reporting quality issues to Quality and Facility Director
- Creating and upkeeping daily performance log and continuous improvement board
- Monitoring Dry Rooms, Cure Room, Processing space for appropriate temperature and humidity
- Entering harvest batches into ADP/POS system and appropriately inventorying batches
- Monitoring team's productivity and adhering to time metrics
- Biotrack/software adjustments, moves, and transfers
- Approving timecards and request off for agents in ADP
- Verifying the weighing and logging of material
- Maintaining a sanitary work environment and maintaining cleaning logs for all processing work stations
- Review outlook emails for new priorities or assignments
- Ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance.

Essential Functions:
- Harvest cannabis plants following standard operating procedures
- Trim cannabis in safe, sanitary, and efficient manner
- Dry and cure cannabis following standard operating procedures
- Label and package all Revolution products as needed
- Maintain a clean workspace to prevent cross-contamination
- Perform quality assurance checks during, harvest, curing, trimming and packaging process
- Weigh and record data in accordance with standard operating procedure
- Basic cannabis anotomy knowledge a plus
- Adhere to biosecurity measures to prevent cross contamination
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum age requirement 21
- Passion for medical cannabis
- High School diploma or GED required, some college education preferred
- Ability to work some weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to hand trim with sheers for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds
- Great attitude and ability to follow direction Ability to successfully pass a thourough internal and external background check including criminal history check by the State Police and FBI
- Ability to obtain a Cultivation Registration Identification Card from the IL Department of Agriculture

Summary
The Delivery Processor is responsible for completing the processing of all incoming delivery orders from the online platform(s). The delivery processor is in charge of properly pulling the applicable inventory products, building the orders in Biotrack and staging the customer’s order for the dispatch agents. All state compliance standards must be adhered to such as printing applicable product labels, providing order totals to customers and providing good customer service for outbound calls to customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Pulling inventory from the sales floor and entering products into the customer’s sales order.
- Building and setting up profiles on Biotrack.

Updating all steps during the process on applicable software program applications.
- Creates an exceptional customer service experience with guests through education, knowledge of products and salesmanship.
- Answers customer's questions concerning price, and use of merchandise during outbound customer calls.

Maintains up to date knowledge on the endocannabinoid system and all applicable properties and/or effects.
- Comply with all state regulations pertaining to medical and/or retail sales.
- Maintains cleanliness of all surfaces and work station area.
- Reports all issues to management.

Daily compliance with MME policies including but not limited to; state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules.

- Scheduling resources across multiple activities – deboning, sifting, grading, final trim, etc.
- Performing initial bulk QC Inspection of batches
- Reporting quality issues to Quality and Facility Director
- Creating and upkeeping daily performance log and continuous improvement board.
- Monitoring Dry Rooms, Cure Room, Processing space for appropriate temperature and humidity
- Entering harvest batches into ADP/POS system and appropriately inventorying batches
- Monitoring team's productivity and adhering to time metrics
- Biotrack/software adjustments, moves, and transfers
- Approving timecards and request off for agents in ADP
- Verifying the weighing and logging of material
- Maintaining a sanitary work environment and maintaining cleaning logs for all processing work stations.
- Review outlook emails for new priorities or assignments.
- Ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance.

We are adding a Processing Agent who is excited to join the Revolution at our Delavan cultivation center. A passion for medical cannabis is required.
Responsibilities:
- Harvest cannabis plants following standard operating procedures
- Hand trim cannabis in safe, sanitary, and efficient manner
- Dry and cure cannabis following standard operating procedures
- Label and package all Revolution products as needed
- Maintain a clean work space to prevent cross-contamination
- Perform quality assurance checks during harvest, curing, trimming and packaging processes
- Weigh and record data in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Adhere to biosecurity measures to prevent cross contamination
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum age requirement of 21
- Passion for cannabis
- Great attitude and ability to follow direction
- High School diploma or GED required
- Basic cannabis anatomy knowledge
- Ability to work some weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to hand trim with sheers for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds
- Must successfully pass a thorough internal and external background check including criminal history check by the State Police and FBI
- Must obtain a Cultivation Center Agent Card from the IL Department of Agriculture
Note: A qualifying applicant must successfully complete 90 day evaluation period.

JOB SUMMARY
The Processing Agent is an essential role for processing the harvest materials. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated experience working in an operation that adheres to strict health and safety policies and procedures. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience working in a food production or similar manufacturing environment. Candidates must be physically able to sit, stand and kneel for periods of time exceeding 4 hours.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Processing Harvest flower material
- Grating and sorting processed material
- Weighing and logging material
- Collecting samples and performing tests to ensure quality
- Maintaining a sanitary work environment
- Safely transport products from work space to storage area
- Ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure
- Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
