CORE JOB DUTIES
- Providing the packaging department with all materials needed at the point of use based on work orders/bills of materials provided
- Accurately recording weights of all product going out to pack
- Follow a first in first out (FIFO) flow of inventory to ensure the shelf life quality of all perishable stock items
- Receive excess materials back from production at the end of a run, accurately recording quantities or weights and storing in the proper location
- Track and report inventory levels to avoid shortages
- Assist in the receiving of goods as well as stocking shelves
- Other duties to support the overall operation as assigned

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a full time Facility Manager for our facility. The Facility Manager will oversee all operations including Processing, Packaging, Manufacturing, Food Production, and Order Fulfillment ensuring consistent delivery of products for our customers and a culture of continuous improvement. The Facility Manager is accountable for all activities on the shift including schedule adherence and throughput, all personnel on the shift by setting expectations and performance goals for the shift supervisors, leads, and agents, and will report directly to the site Facility Director.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- As key manager for the Facility Director, Accountable for P&L performance at the site
- Lead operational management teams by making data driven decisions that maximize Cresco's shareholder value, ensure collaboration between/within sites, and drive cross-departmental efficiencies.
- Partner with counterparts in Quality, Safety, and Compliance to ensure facilities are maintained to state regulatory, OSHA, and Cresco quality standards
- Plan and monitor the day-to-day operations to ensure no interruptions in production
- Create strategies to improve the efficiencies between Operations and Supply Chain, Cultivation, Food Production, Laboratory, Sales, IT, Accounting and HR
- Manage the overall welfare of the team; i.e. provide training and coaching and lead by example; attract, retain, and motivate staff
- Lead meetings with the management team to discuss supply/demand, new projects, and upcoming information
- Address company policy violations and work in conjunction with HR and direct managers to administer disciplinary action
- Report and share information with the Facility Director, Master Scheduler, and 2nd shift Pack Manager to ensure they are kept fully informed on the condition of the organization and important factors influencing it on 1st shift
- Works with operations staff to ensure all KPIs are being met or exceeded
- Coaches the operations team to establish performance measures to achieve designated objectives and deliver business results
- Maintains fast pace and high attention to detail in all areas of the team
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- College degree: A. or B.S. from accredited university; MBA a plus
- At least 3-5 years' experience in Operations Management with experience running large cross-functional organizations
- Experience in a warehouse setting, production line environment, GMP/SQF/OSHA/ISO; cannabis industry experience a plus
- Experience leading an organization in a highly regulated environment; Illinois and local medical marijuana experience a plus
- Effective solutions-based attitude and management style
- Strong ability to multitask and work through constant interruption
- Strong project management skills and experience
- Comfortable in a start-up environment - willingness and interest to roll up sleeves
- Proven experience in creating systems and processes
- Ability to provide clear direction, to manage and track progress and communicate outcomes
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, proficient in Windows based software and ability to learn seed-to-sale tracking system.

Maintain organization, cleanliness and efficiency of production area. Carry out day-to-day plant care including watering, pruning, harvesting and trimming. Monitor and maintain plant production and quality control measures in accordance with the commonwealth and standards set by Cresco Labs.

Plant Care:
- Ensure plant health by pruning, topping, trimming, according to Cresco Labs policy, as well as any other tasks required
- Moving plants in an orderly, time efficient manner from one area of the cultivation facility to another
- Moving soil/coco for transplanting plants
- Transplanting smaller plants into bigger pots
- Harvesting Plants in an orderly time efficient manner
- Bucking wet or dry plants after harvest
Facility Cleaning:
- Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility, including the safe disposal of waste.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of all cultivation equipment and tools including light reflectors, containers, mixing tools, application tools, and ventilation equipment
Reports and Documentation:
- Assist the Cultivation Manager with tracking plants from birth to harvest by ensuring proper and accurate documentation for applicable activities
- Ensure accurate documentation of all plant tracking numbers, lot numbers, and all other applicable information
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift equipment or plants up to 50 lbs. for extended periods
- Ability to perform the job duties in indoor and greenhouse climates of varying weather conditions

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Lead to join our growing facility. The Cultivation Lead works within our on-site cannabis gardens to lead a team of agents in their daily tasks of monitoring and maintaining plant production and health. This individual will also oversee quality control measures within the greenhouse to ensure the highest quality products and highest standards of compliance are met, while keeping a keen eye to cleanliness and efficiency of the production area.
CORE JOB DUTIES
Agent Support and Management:
- Responsible for managing cultivation staff, schedules, cultivation processes, and inventory.
- Serves as a role-model and resource for cultivation staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news, and changes in regulations.
- Responds to all gardener questions, concerns, or suggestions and takes action when necessary to resolve conflicts.
- Responsible for delegating tasks to gardeners and harvest technicians in order to maintain a compliant and clean cultivation facility.
- Coordinates with the Garden Manager to ensure accurate information is communicated to the cultivation staff.
Cultivation Operation Management:
- Oversees all cultivation tasks and processes, ensures proper documentation of all applicable activities in accordance with the State and standards set by Cresco Labs.
- Responsible for measuring and mixing nutrient and plant applications and applying these mixtures according to Cresco Labs policy.
- Ensure plant health by pruning, toping, trimming, analyzing plant health according to Cresco Labs policy, as well as any other tasks required.
- Maintain rotation of strains through garden to ensure variety and quantity for cultivation facility.
Reports and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of all cultivation activities including inventory records, crop application records, materials receipt, returns, etc. in accordance with the State and standards set by Cresco Labs.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills; manufacturing experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge of plant cultivation and cultivation facility operations
- Demonstrated experience managing agents and operations
- Computer literacy in word processing, point-of-sale systems, and data base management
- Knowledge of medical cannabis policy and law
- Two years of experience in a position with managerial responsibilities.
- Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications.
- Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods of time.

JOB SUMMARY

As the Lead Facility Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the facility is maintained in a satisfactory condition for all required production and manufacturing operations. The lead maintenance technician is responsible for the upkeep of the facility and should have a variety of skills, such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC certification. They will be tasked with directing other Facility Maintenance Technicians on proper procedures and repairs throughout the facility.

- Assists with building inspections, procuring bids, building operations, leasing and projects, as needed
- Timely completion of work lists
- Check HVAC, door, interior / exterior lighting, roof and general premises on a routine schedule
- Maintain building systems including interior/exterior lighting, HVAC, thermostats, life safety and building security including fencing
- Repair mechanical equipment as directed
- Keep a log of maintenance performed
- Electrical including bulbs/ballast replacement, plumbing, painting and carpentry as required

- Must be able to drive a fork lift, car, van, and truck.
- Environment will consist of office, indoor grow production, warehouse or distribution environment, as well as out-door elements on a frequent basis.
- Regularly required to crouch and reach to install/move equipment by bending forward at the waist or by bending legs and spine.
- Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift equipment or plants up to 50 lbs. for extended periods.
- Ability to perform the job duties in indoor and greenhouse climates of up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.

- OSHA certified in Safety training, preferred
- Demonstrated experience successfully leading and mentoring large teams
- Knowledge of plant cultivation and cultivation facility operations, including topping procedures, weeding out bad clones, and keeping a uniform canopy

- Computer literacy in word processing, database management, windows-based software and point of sale applications
- Knowledge of medical cannabis policy and law

Position Summary
The Retail Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the dispensary , including maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures, compliance with state licensing requirements related to retail, and supervision of retail staff. Supervises Assistant Retail Managers and ensures policy and procedural information is communicated and followed uniformly throughout the department; holds AMs accountable to meeting performance standards and facilitates a team environment
Monitors daily cash handling procedures and transactions to avoid discrepancies; monitors operating and financial metrics to control costs and enhance dispensary profitability and patient care
Maintains comprehensive understanding of industry rules and regulations related to retail in order to uphold compliance standards
Performs data analytics to compare sales and inventory, i.e. pivot tables, to assess trends and project future needs; studies product sales patterns trends and communicates across departments to inform production schedules and inventory levels

Coordinates with senior leadership to create and maintain departmental budget

Qualifications and Skills
Must be at least 21 years of age
3-5 years of management experience in a high-volume retail establishment required; prior experience in cannabis a strong plus
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in business management or hospitality preferred
Fluency with Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel; knowledge of pivot tables and basic formulas required
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate, inspire, train, and coach talent
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Self-motivated and proactive about identifying areas of growth and development for the betterment of the business
Adaptable and open-minded when troubleshooting new procedures or implementation of new systems

- Remediating cannabis product prior to 3rd party testing as needed: creating and maintaining accurate run schedules and data.
- Prepping samples for weekly 3rd party testing and entering orders into confident cannabis
- Supervising the collecting of samples by 3rd party testing companies and recording all necessary data for company records.
- Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.
- Responsible for departmental staffing including interviewing, orientating, and on-boarding new employees.

JOB SUMMARY

- Two years of experience in a general gardening production, preferably a regulated field producing for human consumption

Job Summary:
The Production Compliance Officer will assist in implementing and auditing compliance programs and initiatives in Nature's Remedy's cultivation and product manufacture facility in Lakeville, MA. The Production Compliance Officer will conduct daily and periodic internal audits and inspections to ensure corporate initiatives and activities abide state and local cannabis and safe workplace regulations. The Production Compliance Officer will be responsible for drafting and filing internal audit and incident reports for delivery to the Director of Compliance. The Production Compliance Officer will report to the Director of Compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily and periodic operational, inventory, security, sanitation, and safe workplace audits and spot checks in cannabis cultivation and product manufacture facility.
- Draft and file audit and incident reports for submission to the Director of Compliance.
- Report employee, agent, visitor, or vendor policy violations to managers and Director of Compliance
- Coordinate with state and local regulatory bodies for facilities inspections, equipment inspections, and scale calibrations.
- Provide first-level incident response and reporting.
- Understand Massachusetts regulations pertaining to the cultivation and manufacture of Cannabis
- Assist in revision and development of operational and compliance production and manufacture SOPs.
- Coordinate with HR for required licensure and responsible vendor training for employees in the cultivation and manufacture facility.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the legal Adult Use or Medical cannabis cultivation or product manufacture.

Responsibilities:
- Works with Director of Cultivation to plan for growing activities that are consistent with planned production schedules.
- Prepares space required for planned production.
- Cloning: cutting, rooting and transplanting; clone care, watering and feeding; clone monitoring and climate control; labeling; and inventory data input into state mandated electronic tracking system.
- Monitors growing conditions and reviews changes in humidity, moisture and temperature and cultivation procedures to ensure conformance with quality control standards.
- Inspects crop to ascertain conditions such as leaf texture, bloom size and the existence of pests or disease; removing substandard or diseased plants to maintain quality standards.
- Plant monitoring and care during vegetative and flowering phase: trimming and staking; big leafing and pruning; plant care, watering and feeding; plant monitoring and climate control; pest and disease control; inventory data input.
- Harvesting: cutting plants; trimming cut plants; removing flowering tops; weighing and inventory data input into the electronic inventory tracking system.
- Curing: hanging and dry-racking flowers; monitoring curing process and climate control; labeling; weighing and inventory data input.
- Preparation and packaging of all cannabis products will be needed during peak times; including extraction products.
- Operating and maintaining cultivation systems/equipment: monitoring, calibrating, running and maintaining lighting, irrigation, climate control and other cultivation systems; stocking and handling production inputs and supplies; sanitizing and cleaning growing areas, cultivation workspaces and tools.
