This position operates under the direction of the Cultivation Supervisor and is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company's cultivation operation including general labor, vegetative, flowering and may assist in monitoring and documenting plant growth.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Monitor and maintain the optimal climate, fertility, and integrated pest management (IPM) program as well as supervises the labor and materials needed for production.
- Effectively manages the seed inventory, plant seeds; propagates seedlings into mothers; and maintains the Mothering Plants through watering, fertilizing, leaf pruning, and IPM.
- Responsible for the turnover of mothering plants including all aspects of seeding, propagation, plant destruction and preparing plants for the vegetative compartment.
- Coordinates cuttings taken from the Mothering Plants and pots clones in the Mothering Room.
- Effectively manages the crop work: watering, fertilizing , pruning and IPM programs
- Responsible for the production and delivery of vegetative cuttings .
- Participates in inventory activities.
- Sanitation, trimming, pruning, harvesting, receiving, shipping warehouse, extraction kitchen helper
- Routine daily work responsibilities to ensure production, sanitation, inventory control and general labor support as required.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Monitor and maintain the optimal climate, fertility, and integrated pest management (IPM) program as well as supervises the labor and materials needed for production.
- Effectively manages the seed inventory, plant seeds; propagates seedlings into mothers; and maintains the Mothering Plants through watering, fertilizing, leaf pruning, and IPM.
- Responsible for the turnover of mothering plants including all aspects of seeding, propagation, plant destruction and preparing plants for the vegetative compartment.
- Coordinates cuttings taken from the Mothering Plants and pots clones in the Mothering Room.
- Effectively manages the crop work: watering, fertilizing , pruning and IPM programs
- Responsible for the production and delivery of vegetative cuttings .

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Monitor and maintain the optimal climate, fertility, and integrated pest management (IPM) program as well as supervises the labor and materials needed for production.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Monitor and maintain the optimal climate, fertility, and integrated pest management (IPM) program as well as supervises the labor and materials needed for production.
- Effectively manages the seed inventory, plant seeds; propagates seedlings into mothers; and maintains the Mothering Plants through watering, fertilizing, leaf pruning, and IPM.
- Responsible for the turnover of mothering plants including all aspects of seeding, propagation, plant destruction and preparing plants for the vegetative compartment.
- Coordinates cuttings taken from the Mothering Plants and pots clones in the Mothering Room.
- Effectively manages the crop work: watering, fertilizing , pruning and IPM programs
- Responsible for the production and delivery of vegetative cuttings .
- Participates in inventory activities.
- Sanitation, trimming, pruning, harvesting, receiving, shipping warehouse, extraction kitchen helper
- Routine daily work responsibilities to ensure production, sanitation, inventory control and general labor support as required.

WORK SCHEDULE
40+ hours weekly with flexible hours depending on department needs. Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary will be commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available “after hours” if an emergency situation should arise.

Cultivation Team Lead

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Cultivation Team Lead is responsible for assisting with managing the day-to-day operations of the Progressive Treatment Solutions (“PTS”) cultivation facility in accordance with standards set by the state and PTS by completing tasks assigned by the Chief Cultivation Officer (“CCO"), Cultivation Manager, and Lead Supervisor to monitor and maintain plant production and health. This position provides support for all cultivation agents, including training, policy and procedure updates, industry news, and product information. The Cultivation Team Lead maintains organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of production area as well as carrying out day-to-day plant care tasks, including watering, pruning, harvesting, and trimming. This position also maintains quality control measures to ensure high-quality products by monitoring and maintaining plant production and quality control measures in accordance with the State and standards set by PTS.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS:
- Reports to CCO, Cultivation Manager, and Lead Supervisor daily
- Follows direction from CCO, Cultivation Manager, and Lead Supervisor by implementing tasks and practices
- Communicates with other team leads and team members to execute tasks
- Communicates company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to team
- Documents and reports workload to delegate tasks appropriately via email or text to learn building of work cycle to better understand workload
- Motivates team members and assesses performance
- Works with management as responsibilities for team members are set for specific rooms or areas
- Provides help to management, including training, and keeps management updated on team performance
- Ensures that team member responsibilities are being fulfilled on time
- Keeps team members on task
- Reports issues/problems/difficulties with equipment or personnel to CCO or Cultivation Manager.
- Completes training for POL (Pesticide Operator License)

- Plant Care
- Measures and mixes nutrient and plant applications and applies these mixtures according to PTS SOP (“Standard Operating Procedures”).
- Pruning, topping, trimming, and analyzing plant health according to PTS SOP, as well as any other tasks required.
- Transplanting, loading, unloading, netting, and any additional work needed in flower rooms, according to PTS SOP.
- Facility Cleaning
- Performs all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility according to PTS SOP. If you notice something that is a hygienic hazard to product or employees, notify your supervisor immediately.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of all cultivation equipment and tools, including light reflectors, containers, mixing tools, application tools, and ventilation equipment according to PTS SOP.
- Reports and Documentation
- Documents/records the application of all nutrients and/or substances applied to any plant located within the cultivation facility as well as environmental conditions?according to PTS SOP.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AS REQUIRED:
- Assists with research, communications, or any other assigned projects/tasks.

ROLE SUMMARY:
The Cultivation Team Lead is responsible for the oversight of 4 to 8 employees depending upon the department, the lead will ensure company policies are followed, all employees under are properly trained and performing assigned job functions per company standards.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure all employees are aware and adhere to the company's Uniform and Attendance policies
- Ensure all employees receive proper training for the task at hand and the tasks are being completed accordingly to the SOP's
- Answers and responds to all questions employees have regarding job functions
- Performs daily team meetings with team to go over assignments for the day
- Ensure work areas are kept clean on daily basis
- Complete daily Employee Assessment logs in SharePoint
- Complete daily Room Logs in SharePoint
- Ensure all IPM logs, PPM, PH logs, and Calendars in the grow rooms are fill out on a daily basis in proper format
- Make sure tools and equipment are maintained and calibrated as needed
- Inventory control, ensures order request forms are submitted on weekly basis
- Reports to management on regular basis with updates, problems or comments
- Other duties as assigned
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possess a strong understanding of plant nutrients and their deficiencies
- Experience growing cannabis in different environments with various techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, changing, and challenging environment
- Strong understanding of common grow room equipment including electrical systems, lights/light buls, timers, irrigation systems, air conditioners, dehumidifiers, and plumbing
ADDITIONAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Must have valid Florida Driver's Licenser or ability to obtain one
- Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance
