Job Title: Material Handler Lead
Department: Cultivation

Role Summary:
The Material Handler Lead is a role that requires a hands-on approach to assist in shaping the culture of Trulieve. He/she will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a large cannabis cultivation facility. Reports and works directly with the Cultivation Site Administrator. Provides support for all cultivation staff, including schedules, training, policy and procedure updates.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive, organize, and track all consumable inventory.
Submit Purchase Request in SAP
Input all received orders into SAP accurately and in a timely manner.
Contact carrier and schedule shipping for each package.
Safely unload all shipments
Maintain a clean and safe work area and update supplies as needed.
Initiation the RMA process for returned goods
Receive and process material orders on a daily basis, including accepting deliveries, labeling them and distributing packages and letters internally.
Coordinate with Site-managers for the transfer of material when necessary
Maintain the site stockroom by cleaning, organizing, and labeling items in storage on a regular basis.
Keep records of goods that have been received, preparing regular inventory reports for the site manager.
Set and maintain minimum/maximum inventory thresholds for daily-use items.? Alert Site Manager when items drop below set levels.
Perform customer service duties as necessary, maintain good relationships with shipping companies.

The Harvest Specialist reports to the Harvest Leads and will be responsible for the harvest of the product. This individual will work with growers, inspecting the product during harvest for quality defects and ensuring the procedures are being followed to ensure specified requirements set forth by the Master Grower are set forth.

Cutting down product, separating the plant from the root ball
Defoliation and trimming of the plants
Properly preparing product for transportation to the dry rooms
Initially cleaning and removing all plant material post-harvest
Weighing and disposing of all plant material not being sent for the drying process
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and bag any excess plant material leaving the grow room clean once the harvest process is completed
Clean, sanitize, and store all grow room trays, irrigation equipment, and harvest equipment upon use
All other duties as assigned
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong understanding of harvest techniques
Strong understanding of cannabis pests and diseases
Experience harvesting cannabis in different environment and with various techniques highly preferred

Regional Cultivation Manager
Department: Cultivation
Reports to: Regional Cultivation Director
Location: Madison, FL
Role Summary:
The Regional Cultivation Manager will assist the Regional Cultivation Director to ensure all plant production lines and the quality of output with a high degree of autonomy are smooth running. We expect the candidate to have significant know-how in management and manufacturing policies and procedures. The ability to direct personnel towards maximum performance is required.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all employees in the cultivation division across multiple sites
- Manage inventory levels, supply logistics, and vendor management
- Oversee implementations of cultivation methods, policies, procedures, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with State law and Department of Health rules
- Develop and implement year over year budgets for the cultivation division
- Manage direct reports regarding implementation of the proper planting and harvesting schedules
- Reduce expenses and increase productivity across all business units resulting in increased efficiencies
- Ensure consistent onboarding and training of all cultivation new hires
- Work cross-collaboratively to optimize retention levels within the cultivation department
- Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines
- Communicate schedules, status, issues, or obstacles to senior management
- Implement start-up of new Cultivation Facilities and effectively capacity plan all facets of the growing, harvesting and driving processes
- Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising products safety or integrity
- Guide leadership team with compliance of all company policies
- Responsible for leading Lean manufacturing implementation with the assistance of the Continuous Improvement Team
- Other duties as assigned
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a supervisory capacity
- Excellent project management skills
- Must have extensive knowledge on irrigation, injection and growing methods, including an in-depth knowledge of PH, PPM, and EC counts
- Demonstrated proficiency of managing a $10+ million-dollar budget
- Working knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations
- Preferred knowledge of all construction trades
- Experience with Good Agricultural Practices and Good Handling Practices
- Experience managing a large cannabis operation highly preferred
- Ability to coach and mentor employees on a one-on-one basis as well in a group setting
- Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office and MRP systems
ADDITIONAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree required, Masters or graduate degree highly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Decision Making and problem-solving skills

Job Title: Harvest Manager

Job Summary
The Harvest Manager will direct workflow and lead others in a positive productive manner. The ideal candidate for this position is equally comfortable directing others and carrying out tasks themselves. This role is responsible for overseeing 30-50 employees and controls workflow of harvest in a fast-paced environment. He/she will work with the growers to inspect product during harvest for quality defects to ensure the procedures are being followed and meet specific requirements set forth by the master grower.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Training all employees on proper harvest techniques
- Candidate should be able to efficiently supervise a group of 30-50 people
- Directs the team in carrying out procedures and schedules
- Diagnose plant health, deficiencies, pests, and other issues while coming up with the best solution to harvesting product
- Can adjust to environment changes, relocating, and be able to work at other established work sites
- Maintains open communication with management team and coworker, must be able to give verbal directives, training information, policies, and coaching and counseling employees if necessary.
- Coordinate scheduling of all harvest/post-harvesting rooms and optimal asset utilization Establish manpower requirements to meet schedules. Propose and lead corrective actions should issues arise
- Conduct personnel development and performance management planning for all direct and indirect reports, including ongoing proficiency training and smooth onboarding of new employees
- Organize transports and post-harvest manifests in SAP

Skills And Qualifications

Job Summary
The Irrigation Technician is a role that requires a hands-on approach to assist in shaping the culture of Trulieve. They will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a large cannabis cultivation facility. Reports and works directly with the Sr. Plant Health Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, Plan, and Perform Preventive Maintenance on Digital Irrigation Control Systems
- Adhere to all city, state, and federal regulatory statues
- Maintain maintenance records as required by City, State, and EPA regulations
- Assist with manufacturing fertilizer concentrates by mixing raw salts into storage tanks
- Order and maintain parts needed to repair and maintain Netafim systems, pumps, irrigation lines and solenoids
- Manage the relationship with all major vendor accounts
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to wire digital control system, solenoids, and install PVC plumbing
- Ability to organize work and meet deadlines

Role Summary:
The Post-Harvest Lead will direct workflow and lead others in a positive productive manner. The ideal candidate for this position is equally comfortable directing others and carrying out tasks themselves. This role is responsible for overseeing 15-20 employees and controls the workflow of Dry, Cure, and Trimming in a fast-paced environment. Job Title: Material Handler Lead

Role Summary:
The Material Handler Lead is a role that requires a hands-on approach to assist in shaping the culture of Trulieve. He/she will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a large cannabis cultivation facility. Reports and works directly with the Cultivation Site Administrator. Provides support for all cultivation staff, including schedules, training, policy and procedure updates.

- Receive, organize, and track all consumable inventory.
- Submit Purchase Request in SAP
- Input all received orders into SAP accurately and in a timely manner.
- Contact carrier and schedule shipping for each package.
- Safely unload all shipments

- Initiation the RMA process for returned goods
- Receive and process material orders on a daily basis, including accepting deliveries, labeling them and distributing packages and letters internally.
- Coordinate with Site-managers for the transfer of material when necessary
- Maintain the site stockroom by cleaning, organizing, and labeling items in storage on a regular basis.
- Keep records of goods that have been received, preparing regular inventory reports for the site manager.

Role Summary:
The Harvest Supervisor will direct workflow and lead others in a positive productive manner. The ideal candidate for this position is equally comfortable directing others and carrying out tasks themselves. This role is responsible for overseeing 30-50 employees and controls workflow of harvest in a fast-paced environment. He/she will work with the growers to inspect product during harvest for quality defects to ensure the procedures are being followed and meet specific requirements set forth by the master grower.

- Verify that all employees are aware and adhere to the company's Uniform and Attendance policies.
- Ensure that all employees receive proper training for the task at hand and the tasks are being completed according to the SOP's. Any questions that the Cure Technicians have regarding task should be directed to you.
- Perform daily team meeting with your group to go over the tasks for the day.
- Ensure that the work area is kept clean on a daily basis
- Reporting any issues or updates on a daily basis directly to Cure Manager

- Verify that all flower transfers are properly executed per week, and that each flower batch is transferred to the appropriate pipeline and destination in a timely manner

Role Summary:
The Plant Health Supervisor will assist the Site Manager and Assistant Master Grower in aspects of the growth. This individual will work with the growers, inspecting the grow and ensuring that the growers are following procedures and meeting the specified requirements set forth by the master grower.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Walking the grow daily looking for issues that arise.
- Identify plant deficiencies and adjust feed schedules as needed.
- Insuring the grow is clean and correcting issues that exist.
- Assist in maintaining appropriate supply levels.

- Report back to the assistant master grower on all findings in the grow.
- Make suggestions to increase the health and function of the grow.

- Taking notes on and assessing plant health, pest issues and cleanliness of grow rooms for daily reports by email as well as the Trulieve SharePoint

- Maintaining a good relationship with staff and management to more effectively solve issues or avoid problems within grow facilities
- Researching pests and plant health issues and how to better deal with them in a compliant manner

The Hub Logistics Supervisor will assist the Logistics Manager to assign drivers and oversee the day to day operations of the transportation department for long distance routes. They will ensure assigned tasks and responsibilities are completed timely and efficiently while maintaining safety. They will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Logistics Manager on planning strategies.
- Set direction and work activities for members of the Logisitics Drive Team
- Ensure all replenishment deliveries are performed according to time, safety, efficiency, and accuracy standards
- Direct daily hub replenishment delivery operations, staffing and resources to accomplish delivery schedule within the assigned delivery area through Hub Replenishment Coordinator(s)
- Ensure compliance to all applicable DOT and Florida Chapter 381 regulations
- Create, maintain and enforce compliance with corporate fleet utilization SOP(s).
- Monitor tag, toll and insurance requirements are in place for the fleet
- Reports to upper management regularly and provides continuous improvement recommendations
- Create and deliver reports and maintain effective meeting notes
- Uphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance
- Suggest training programs and techniques to improve processes
- Control administrative processes so they are performed in an accurate and timely manner
- Read, understand and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and use these reports to evaluate department?s performance
- Monitor and evaluate safe work practices and maintain a safe work environment
- On a daily basis inspect all vehicles and ensure all lights, windshield wipers, and other safety equipment are in-place and working properly
- Ensure all required vehicle maintenance is completed in a timely manner and logged as appropriate
- Ensure all transportation manifests are properly generated, carried in the appropriate vehicles while active product is being transported, and properly documented upon completion
- Ensure all vehicles are properly cleaned after each trip and disinfected when applicable.
- The supervisor will provide hands-on training for all new drivers to ensure they are familiar with Trulieve driver safety and professionalism expectations while on the road, at dispensaries and amongst the various grow and processing facilities are met. The training shall include timeliness, transportation documentation, and proper communication with our dispensary customers.
- Ensure that all DOT and DOH regulations are always adhered to
- Consistently communicate transport status between various departments
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Associates degree from an accredited learning institution
- Minimum Two (2) years of related functional experience in Logistics
- Must have the ability to balance customer satisfaction requirements with organizational objectives
- Able to work independently and make crucial decisions
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills for effective interface with all internal/ external contacts.
- Organizational skills with a high aptitude for meeting objectives and maintaining detail orientation.
- Aptitude to understand data to drive decisions
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Strongly self-motivated, to include studying and maintaining working knowledge of industry standards and trends
- Must possess the mental and physical capacities necessary to perform the job duties
- Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check and drug screening
- Proven working experience in the field relating to transportation and logistics
- Prior leadership experience with the ability to professionally complete objectives
- Must have a valid driver?s license along with a good driving record (no violations) record
- CDL license strongly preferred
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS (continued)
- Must have complete open availability as this position often requires last-minute shifts with irregular hours
- Prior experience operating commercial box trucks and refrigeration systems
- Ability to drive in a variety of weather and traffic conditions.
- Possess the ability to engage with personnel professionally and respectfully, visitors, government agencies and the general public.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
ADDITIONAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Florida Driver's License or ability to obtain one.
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
- Familiarity with DOT regulations
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 lbs to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance
- Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods of time, maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stopping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks
- Must be able to handle organic matter daily, able to wear PPE as appropriate (eye, face, hand, arm, head, foot, body, fall protection), and able to be exposed to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions while wearing PPE (95 degrees or greater)
- Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as; reading, viewing a computer terminal, visual inspection involving small parts/details. Clarity of vision at 20 ft or more in day and night/dark conditions
- Must be able to speak and communicate verbally at conversation levels with co-workers, vendors, etc. (Moderate noise)
WORK SCHEDULE:
- 45+ hours weekly with flexible hours depending on store needs. Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends and holidays.

IPM Supervisor
Job Summary
The IPM Supervisor requires a hands-on approach to assist in shaping the culture of Trulieve. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the IPM team within their region.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring that IPM treatments are completed per IPM Manager
- Inform IPM Manager on all issues in the grow
- Lead/supervise with minimal management assistance and forecast upcoming events
- Supervise a team of IPM leads.
- Conduct employee performance reviews.
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards and adhering to legal regulations.
- Diagnose, pests and diseases, or other issues that may arise and come up with the best or proper solution
- Assist in the hiring and training of staff
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
- Ensure that all of Cultivation?s Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, and BMP?s are followed
- Verbal presentations for weekly managers meetings
- Communicate effectively with Plant Health Managers and Site Managers.
- Maintain IPM records and documents
- Other duties as assigned
