A JARS Delivery Driver/Curbside Specialist is much more than just an average delivery driver. You are a cross trained individual who can function in all store departments as well as provide exceptional customer service at the door and behind the wheel. Job Duties
- Deliver orders to customers in an efficient and timely manner

Responsibilities
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, so the ability to make a customer’s day an amazing one from the moment they walk in the door is key!

Verifying customers legal age requirement, registering new customer in the POS system and scanning in returning customers

Promoting the Oz brand and getting customers excited about shopping at our location

Using proper greetings and salutations to all customers at all times
Assisting with curbside and online orders when needed

Show up to each scheduled shift timely and presentable
Communication to budtenders for order completion updates

Supporting store management in an administrative capacity, as required

Core Responsibilities
- Ensure the availability of all office supplies and exit bags

What we are looking for:
JARS is seeking an Assistant Manager who will be responsible for assisting in managing all day-to-day operations of the dispensary in accordance with the state, CRA and Company rules and policies. As our Assistant Store Manager, you aid the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store as needed. You train, coach, and motivate our Retail Representatives to be the most knowledgeable, respected sales associates in the industry. Job Duties
- Communicate with and coach staff on a regular basis to ensure the dispensary's excellence in sales & service
- Placing store supplies orders with General Manager approval

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working in retail & hospitality

The Responsibilities

The Qualifications

A JARS Delivery Driver/Curbside Specialist is much more than just an average delivery driver. You are a cross trained individual who can function in all store departments as well as provide exceptional customer service at the door and behind the wheel. Strong attention to state and CRA compliance rules and regulations is required for this role.

Job Duties
- Deliver orders to customers in an efficient and timely manner
- Works scheduled shifts and follows the company’s attendance policy
- Follows all delivery safety and CRA rules policies
- Timely and effective communication when issues arise while making deliveries
- Promoting the perks of being a JARS customer (Loyalty Program, Referrals, etc.)
- Verifies correct cash amounts during transactions
- Responsible for reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.

- Escalates customer issues to upper management when appropriate

The Responsibilities

Position Summary
The Cultivation Manager will help to create and implement the vision and best practices as set forth by the Cultivation leadership team. This role will be required to interface with the Cultivation Director as well as the Harvest Supervisor and the Director of Compliance. This position requires an understanding of plant health, genetics, pests, pathogen, company SOPs, automation, and all tasks associated with the growing and harvesting of cannabis. Assists the Cultivation director in leading daily tasks and keeping all parts of production on cadence and up to compliance. This position directly reports to the Cultivation Director.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
· Assists the Cultivation Director in leading and overseeing assigned tasks including fertigation, harvest, propagation and all other cultivation work.
· Lead’s team though daily tasks ensuring quality control and compliance.
· Leads the team in efficiently completing tasks according to SOPs and state regulations. Provide feedback and coaching to employees when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

- Knowledge of plant cultivation, including nutrient requirements, rockwool medium, light requirements, temperature control, and air flow, etc – Controlled Environment Ag Specialist.
- Knowledge of plant diseases, insects, and fungi - as well as plant treatment options

The Position The Store Manager is responsible for creating a world class customer experience for every customer. The PositionThe Delivery Associate/Delivery Driver is responsible for creating a world class customer experience for every customer. This position is accountable for complying with all policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and all other operational objectives of the business.
Lume. Cannabis Co. is seeking reliable drivers to distribute products promptly to our customers who will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction. The Driver must pass a preliminary background check and a level two background check. A company vehicle will be provided.
The Responsibilities
- Assist in building a great company and business that disrupts the traditional retail model and embrace change
- Transport product between Lume. Cannabis Co. facilities and various locations throughout the region using a company provided vehicle. The Driver will be expected to work various hours with irregular shifts and days

The Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude, team-oriented and disciplined work ethic
- Detail-oriented; able to stay organized and on task in a fast-paced environment
- Previous retail cannabis experience strongly preferred
- Experience handling cash transactions and maintaining a balanced drawer
- Ability to perform to sales goals and team goals
- 2+ years of experience in a retail environment
- 2+ years of cannabis retail experience preferred
- High School Diploma
Additional Requirements
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Must pass any and all required background checks
- Must remain compliant with all state and company rules and regulations
- Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 30 pounds (100 pounds with assistance). This job function may include walking or standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over and/or crouching

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU //The Patient Advisor is responsible for interacting with and building positive relationships with patients. S/he shall spend time with the patient and listen to their needs and concerns, and make appropriate recommendations about medicine. Therefore, the Patient Advisor must have a drive to help people and solid knowledge of the medicine as well any many other products available. S/he must be able to explain the effects of various medicines and products and explain how each one can reduce a patient’s symptoms for different ailments. Ideally, the Patient Advisor will also be computer literate and able to use POS equipment and software.-Maintains quality customer service by establishing and enforcing company standards and handling customer inquiries and complaints-Assist patients with choosing the right products according to their aliments-Greets all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner-Processing transactions-Verify patient’s allotment and ensure they are eligible to make purchasing using the state system-Manages inbound phone inquiries and routes calls accordingly-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed-Participates in ongoing education and professional development as needed-Follows all Michigan Department of Health Services laws-Maintain a positive attitude that promotes team-work-Performs other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU NEED //-Knowledge of medical marijuana and different cannabis products-Superior customer service skills and phone etiquette-Cash register experience-Experience frequently interacting with customers, fulfilling customer requests and addressing customer issues, questions, or suggestions-Ability to handle high stress situations and a busy atmosphere-Experience in a retail setting-Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time-Self-motivated-Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends-Must be 21 or over to apply-Successful completion of a thorough personal reference check and background check. Note that any applicant with a violent felony or drug-related offense (Conclusion of sentence, probation, and/or incarceration within the past 10 years) is not eligible to become a dispensary agent.
