Job Summary
As the Inventory/Compliance Lead, this position is responsible for managing the accuracy and efficiency of all operational inventory and Compliance. This position is responsible for working closely with managers and other employees to ensure proper procurement, documentation, organization, and the timely distribution of all inventory items. Maintaining all the digital inventory and asset databases, also ensuring compliance with Metrc and CRA rules and regulations pertaining to inventory tagging and reporting.
Responsibilities and Duties
- The primary function of this position is to control inventory costs and quantities for all business centers
- Work with managers to set logical inventory levels, safety stock and reorder points

- Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages
- Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications
- Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies
- Studies shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, orders, and other records to determine shipping priorities, work assignments, and shipping methods required to meet shipping and receiving schedules
- Oversees incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments
- Determines space requirements and position of shipment in trucks and lays out position of shipment
- Inspects loading operations to ensure compliance with shipping specifications, and that the transport company is following compliance guidelines and policies.
- Compiles data from sources such as contracts, purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports, and writes, types, or enters information into computer to maintain inventory, purchasing, shipping, or other records
- Compiles stock control records and information such as consumption rate, characteristics of items in storage, and current market conditions, to determine stock supply and need for replenishment
- Prepares requisitions, orders, or other documents for purchasing or requisitioning new or additional stock
- Reviews files to determine unused items and recommends disposal of excess stock
- Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation or count, or investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies
- Plans layout of stockroom, warehouse, and other storage areas, considering turnover, size, weight, and related factors of items stored
- Studies records and recommends remedial actions for reported non-usable, slow moving, and excess stock
- Reviews records for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures, and to determine adequacy of stock levels
- Traces history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control records and recommends remedial actions to resolve discrepancies
- Works with sales team to insure inventory levels match sales forecast, COA’s are accurate, and SKUs are captured in Metrc.

- Previous experience with inventory control / management.
- Disciplined maintenance of all purchasing, transfer, and other inventory control documentation.

Job Duties
- Assesses the needs of each customer, provides appropriate product knowledge, and conducts each transaction with accuracy and efficiency

Job Description
The Director of Sales & Marketing plays a vital role by providing support to the sales team in achieving goals, establishing new business, and developing current buyer relationships. They will help deliver company assigned metrics, own the local sales team, and help establish and improve buyer relationships at the dispensary level. The DSM should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, be self-motivated and have great attention to detail. Job Summary
As the Inventory/Compliance Lead, this position is responsible for managing the accuracy and efficiency of all operational inventory and Compliance. This position is responsible for working closely with managers and other employees to ensure proper procurement, documentation, organization, and the timely distribution of all inventory items. Maintaining all the digital inventory and asset databases, also ensuring compliance with Metrc and CRA rules and regulations pertaining to inventory tagging and reporting.
Responsibilities and Duties
- The primary function of this position is to control inventory costs and quantities for all business centers
- Work with managers to set logical inventory levels, safety stock and reorder points
- Efficiently manage inventory levels, including seasonal safety stock
- Work with managers to establish procurement guidelines and consolidate vendors
- Procurement and reordering of goods and products
- Responsible for ensuring all items are properly entered in our inventory control database
- Ensuring all Points of Sale have accurate Products, COGS, Sale Prices, and inventory, COA’s
- Ensuring all database reports that include, Sales, COGS COA’s, & profit are accurate.
- Coordinates incoming and outgoing shipments
- Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiencies and documents these procedures in SOPS
- Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records
- Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages
- Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications
- Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies
- Studies shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, orders, and other records to determine shipping priorities, work assignments, and shipping methods required to meet shipping and receiving schedules
- Oversees incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments
- Determines space requirements and position of shipment in trucks and lays out position of shipment
- Inspects loading operations to ensure compliance with shipping specifications, and that the transport company is following compliance guidelines and policies.
- Compiles data from sources such as contracts, purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports, and writes, types, or enters information into computer to maintain inventory, purchasing, shipping, or other records
- Compiles stock control records and information such as consumption rate, characteristics of items in storage, and current market conditions, to determine stock supply and need for replenishment
- Prepares requisitions, orders, or other documents for purchasing or requisitioning new or additional stock
- Reviews files to determine unused items and recommends disposal of excess stock
- Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation or count, or investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies
- Plans layout of stockroom, warehouse, and other storage areas, considering turnover, size, weight, and related factors of items stored
- Studies records and recommends remedial actions for reported non-usable, slow moving, and excess stock
- Reviews records for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures, and to determine adequacy of stock levels
- Traces history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control records and recommends remedial actions to resolve discrepancies
- Works with sales team to insure inventory levels match sales forecast, COA’s are accurate, and SKUs are captured in Metrc.
Qualifications, Skills & Requirements
- Previous experience with inventory control / management.
- Disciplined maintenance of all purchasing, transfer, and other inventory control documentation.
- Highly organized, preferred experience with 5S workplace organization.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Proficient and/or willing to learn in the use of technology and software programs including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint), point of sale software and internet.

Working Conditions

- Work will be performed from eight to ten hours per day, five to six days per week. Weekend work may be required for a few busy in-season weekends. Some days you may be working with computer terminal and monitor for up to 8 hours.

- Performing opening, mid-day, and closing tasks, as well as general upkeep of the reception area
- Supporting store management in an administrative capacity, as required
- Adhering at all times to all applicable laws, regulations, policies, compliance, and protocols
- Monitoring customer ques at all times
- Keep all online/paper menus current with daily offerings
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience working within in a retail, sales and/or hospitality environment
- 1 year previous administrative and/or Front Desk Receptionist experience
- Must have strong attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking, and follow-up skills
- Excellent customer service skills and communication skills
- Must be able to work cooperatively as a team member
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) is required
- Must be willing to submit to a background check
Work Atmosphere/Physical Demands
- Requires some standing and some bending, stooping, and stretching
- Ability to operate a computer, POS system and other office equipment
- Work will generally be performed in a fast-paced retail cannabis dispensary
- Involves frequent contact with patients and staff
- Will require working varied hours/day, including nights weekends, holidays, and/or events on occasion

Job Description
The Keyholder sets the tone for the day, maintains the culture of the business, protects the Pleasantrees brand, inspires the team and shows compassion for our guests. Reporting to the General Manager , the Keyholder is responsible for team members, merchandise, and guest experience. They will also be responsible for supporting the General Manager in day to day operations, while maintaining a high standard of service on the sales floor. You will work closely with both the General Manager and the sales staff in driving sales, facilitating and maintaining great guest relationships and delivering impactful feedback in the moment. Assisting in the analysis of store metrics and strategizing to ensure proper scheduling, floor coverage and behaviors on the shop floor.
Responsibilities
- Assists General Manager in day to day operations and planning
- Demonstrate and lead an outstanding guest experience and establish a sales-focused culture
- Analyze the business, propose and implement action plans to improve results, generate sales for each product category creating new clients and reactivating former ones
- Responsible for all shop opening and closing procedures
- Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the selling floor and leading by example
- Embraces diversity and inclusiveness through our people, guests and brand
- Adhere to and uphold loss prevention systems to prevent all possible opportunities for loss and endangerment
- Ensure maintenance of cycle counts and inventory accuracy while working closely with inventory managers to maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity in processing shipments and deliveries
- Enforce company policies while adhering to proper procedure regarding disciplinary action
- Provides immediate “in the moment” feedback to all employees, through active floor presence and engagement
- Contributes to the safety and sanitation of the store
Experience and Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing a fast-paced retail environment
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Must pass criminal background check and drug screening (excludes THC)
- Must be compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the Cannabis industry
- Accountability for others
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
- Knowledge of basic computer skills
