Responsibilities include:
- DAILY OPERATIONS: Oversee the smooth execution of daily operations. Ensure workstations are properly set up and staffed. Provide relief coverage for operational duties when Depot Staff is on break/lunch. Responsible for closing procedures.
- DOCUMENTATION/COMMUNICATION: Document and communicate incidents that concern depot operations and Driver/Depot Staff performance such as: tardiness, missed shifts, inconsistent inventory numbers, substandard or exemplary behavior/work effort, delivery issues, and depot infrastructure (leaks, printers, internet, etc.).
- STAFF TRAINING: Ensure Depot Staff/Drivers are trained, competent and consistent in execution of their responsibilities. Create understanding of how staff work relates to the operation.
Other responsibilities:
- Ensure lunch breaks are being properly documented and taken by Depot Staff/Drivers
- Monitor communications systems (Slack, Zendesk, depot phone, driver phone, email)
- Supervise work environment upkeep
- Communicate depot supply needs to depot management via depot supply sheet
- Ensure all drivers have a GPS and it’s on, and troubleshoot if a GPS isn’t working
- Ensure Depot Staff/Drivers clock in/out correctly
- Ensure all money pouches and staff sales are secured and accounted for in the safe at the end of the night
- Special projects as capacity allows per manager’s approval
- Any other tasks asked of management
Qualifications and skills required
- Retail or hospitality experience in a high-demand environment
- Microsoft Office competence
- Experience with POS and inventory systems

Role and Responsibilities
- This is a swing shift position, 12pm-9pm Monday-Friday.
- Act as a liaison between day and night shift.
- Weigh and portion dried flower.
- Maintain integrity of flower during the packaging process.
- Efficiently Package and seal portioned product into bags, boxes, and jars.
- Make cardboard packaging, folding boxes.
- Adhere labels and stickers to retail packaging.
- Place finished product into bags and boxes to prepare for delivery.
- Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the packaging area.
- Ensure proper procedures are followed.
- Act in accordance with all company policies and procedures and maintain proper compliance documentation throughout all operations.
- Processes finished product to desired standards.
- Tracks packaged product quantities and reports daily output to Packaging Supervisor.
- Flexible and cooperative to meet changing and unexpected deadlines. This may include, but is not limited to, being willing to work overtime which may not be scheduled or anticipated in advance.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Legal requirements:
Candidate must have a Marijuana Agent Card for cultivation. Here is what you need to know:
- Marijuana Employees must receive an “agent registration card” for contractor services from the Nevada State Health Division in order to work at a Nevada marijuana establishment.
- The applicant is over 21 years old.
- The applicant is required to have valid identification.
- The applicant never had a previous agent registration card revoked.
- The applicant is not in violation of a child support order.
- The applicant has no past convictions for drug felonies or violent felonies. (Violent felonies involve the use, threatened use, or substantial risk of using force against the person or property of another.) Note that this does not include convictions for which the case was closed at least ten (10) years ago.
- State Agent Application for TWO Years of Licensing is $150.00 (renewed every two years).
- Photos and Fingerprint Card with Live scan for State and Federal background checks (Both NRS 453A, and 453D Required).

Responsibilities
- Provide best-in-class customer service to the patients and customers expected of all of our Patient Care Specialists
- Follow and uphold established policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of every product and strain in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge, and strive to train and share that knowledge with other members of the team
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring an assortment of product, and communicating inventory action items with the GM or Store Manager
- Assist all Patient Care Specialists in the consultation of all patients and customers to ensure that the employee is empowered and informed of the right product choices by being knowledgeable of how different methods of cannabis consumption affect our patients differently. Suggest dosage starting points and upward titration for inexperienced patients
- Complete and appropriately delegate (if applicable) tasks assigned during scheduled shift, including:
- Correct cash handling and discount application
- Verification of proper paperwork, documentation, and ID for patients
- Accurate use and maintenance of the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Accurate and timely data entry of patient profiles in both the POS system and the regulatory electronic verification systems
- Assistance in verifying order deliveries for accuracy
- Security measures and safety compliance
- Maintenance of an organized and clean store
- Management of visitor log
- Maintenance of open communication with the management team and other coworkers
- Reporting of team member issues or patient situations
- End-of-day daily update emails

- Work with the Management team to ensure retail store operations run smoothly, properly, and in compliance with the applicable rules and regulations, including:

- Lead in the onboarding and training of new Patient Care Specialists in partnership with the Assistant, Store, or General Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
- Cannabis experience required
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting, specifically with POS business operations
- Must be proactive, with strong work ethic, attention to detail, and strong communication and leadership skills
- Meet timelines consistently and be able to effectively work under pressure
- Continuously open to constructive, developmental feedback
- High level of interpersonal skills in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, often working cross-functionally
- Inventory control experience

Maggie’s Farm Full Time Shift Supervisor work with our patients in a retail setting to sell flower, edibles, concentrates, and other marijuana related items. This position will provide exceptional customer service and utilize knowledge of marijuana strains and products to help customers/patients purchase cannabis products. In addition, Shift Supervisors are responsible for opening and closing the dispensary, counting down drawers, assisting in managing inventory and guiding and training staff.
The Shift Supervisor position reports to the Store Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for greeting customers and/or patients
- Assessing the needs of the customer
- Educating and guiding customer on the benefits and differences of products
- Deliver company’s retail promise to every person and patient while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Directly interact with customers and advise them compliantly on the products that are for sale
- Responsible for managing money and inventory and elevating the customer experience
- Upholds compliance and regulations per industry and business requirements
- Open and close the dispensary and responsibly hold keys to the building

Position Summary:
This position is for second shift running from 4:30pm to 1:30am
The Second Shift Operations Supervisor reports to the Operations Manager and supports the business indeveloping, implementing and managing all harvest, post-harvest, and operations activities at Fluresh’s Adrian facility. This hands-on position will be involved in all daily operations in operations including processes and procedures within harvest, post-harvest, and other operational areas. He/she will help oversee a team of Technicians, helping ensure that production needs are met, that the Company is in full compliance with all State and local regulations, and that any procedural problems are addressed and resolved.
The Operations Supervisor will support the Operations Manager in following the harvest and operations schedule aimed at utilizing the full potential of the facility to produce a consistently high-quality final product and to ensure that the needs of our plants are being met at all times.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Adhere to harvest/post-harvest schedules
- Work with the Operations Manager to enforce adherence to fertilization, irrigation, and feed schedules developed by the Senior Cultivation Manager
- Oversee and direct the work of the Second Shift team and operations
- Oversee proper techniques related to harvest and post-harvest, including but not limited to: harvesting, trimming, washing, sanitizing, drying/curing, and coco-busting
- Help ensure that product is compliant with all relevant regulations and meets all standards established by the state of Miichigan
- Help ensure proper labeling, tagging, and traceability of plants, including plant counts, both physically and in METRC, and correcting plant inventory discrepancies immediately
- Reinforce strict adherence to SOPs for cultivation and post-harvest processes throughout the facility
- Perform regular quality assurance checks of plants and post-harvest plant materials
- Assist with calculating production yields and determining areas of improvement for each harvest
- Monitor stock of cultivation, post-harvest, and packaging supplies and equipment.
- Aid the Cultivation Manager in creating reports that summarize harvest yields and highlight conditions that affect yield in a positive or negative way
- Help ensure accuracy of inventory through analysis of inventory reports
- Track compliance in METRC for plants
Facilities Management
- Ensure the facility is maintained in a clean and orderly manner at all times
- Monitor all environmental systems in the Adrian grow facility
- Help maintain functionality of equipment and the facility
Personnel Management/Training
- Help supervise and coordinate Cultivation Technicians, ensuring proper scheduling of staff with adequate coverage to address cultivation needs
- Track and report the efficiency of cultivation, developing and implementing methods to improve efficiency when possible
- Recommend adjustments in team structure to improve efficiency and profitability
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Horticulture or other relevant field preferred
- 2+ years experience as a cultivator in a large-scale operation
- In-depth knowledge of plant strains, plant structure, and plant health
- Experience with state-of-the-art environmental controls and IPM systems
- Knowledge of uses and benefits of cannabinoids
- Knowledge of relevant regulations
- Experience with state of the art plant nutrition ans IPM systems
- Experience directing and monitoring the performance of teams of employees
